I am rejecting this response because: no one reached out me!! I called corporate twice before any manager from the store contacted me, which was 20 minutes after I spoke to Rebecca from corporate. They damaged my coat and refused to reimburse me along with insulting my intelligence and being very obnoxious and disrespectful in front of customers by telling me the Revdex.com would not help me in anyway and would side with them. At this point there is nothing more to discuss I'm no longer interested in reading the lies from the management. Their business practices are unethical, and by reading the horrible reviews they have online I'm sure many customers would agree! I also spoke with empolyees from the Gaithersburg location which also stated Germantown store and management is horrible and they should contact their insurance company and pay for my coat. At this point I would like them to pay for the damaging my coat!!

fact dry cleaning is not even as aggressive as water.  The spots would become more apparent after cleaning because the bleach or bleaching agent had dried on your garment before it came in to our store, but when it came in contact with the cleaning solution it activated.  If it was something that happened in the dry cleaning machine it would have been a random pattern all over your pants (inside, top) and at least 40 other garments that were in the machine at the same time.  That did not happen. With all that said I am sure you do not believe me because words are cheap. So here is my offer.  Have the Revdex.com send your pants to the lab to be analyzed.  If the report comes back that we are at fault I will reimburse you for your pants and the lab fee.  If the report comes back that it is not our fault I will issue you a store credit for the lab fee.We value you your business and I want you to be 100% sure we are being honest and not playing games.God Bless <><bart

The pink comforter was cleaned, using a washing machine, as instructed by the care label. Then it was put into a dryer. The customer Complained about a line that was Stitched on to the comforter that was not there when it was dropped off. Unfortunately, we do not even have a tailor, seamstress,...

or anyone on site with the ability to stitch anything, alone a large comforter, We cleaned the Cornforter by following the care label instructions, and then sent it out. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do past this point. The total charge for cleaning a comforter is $19.99, never have we charged $24.99 as stated by the customer.I will be more than happy to give the customer back the money she paid to have it cleaned, which was $19.99.

dry cleaned, or machine washed. It also clearly stated that it can tumble dry in a drier, or be hung to dry. There is no way we could have gone wrong by cleaning and drying this jacket. It was machine washed, then tumble dried. I was very apologetic to the customer, even thru her cursing, both in store and on the phone. I suggested she take it back to where she had purchased it because they manufacturer who put the care label on was responsible. The store manager told me she was not going to make my belt. However, I was contacted by the manager, Brian, and was asked to find the material to have a belt made. Unfortunately, I was not able to locate the material at the fabric shop. I sent an email informing the manager and owner letting them no.
I reject the claim from Tina that she offered to make me a belt. She offered me $15 dollars. Yes, I was upset, but in no way did she offer to replace the items the store is clearly responsible for. When I picked up my coat, she wrote $15 dollars on the ticket.

Review: I took 2 Dresses to Zip Cleaners on 7 August 2014, Got the Dresses out of Cleaners one/two weeks later. Upon taking the Plastic off the dress and was going to wear the Blue one. I Notice the Blue Dress was missing the Blue Lining. I then look at the White Dress and the lining wasn't missing.So I look both dresses inside out to find that the Blue Dress had been tamper with. Like someone had sewed the Dress back together and hoping that I would not notice that the lining on the Blue was not missing.Both Dresses are Style alike and by the same Designer "[redacted]".Desired Settlement: Would like them to pay me for my Dress.

HelloIt seems to be that a 2 piece garment became separated during the cleaning process. They are usually held together by a small thread. Because it's one tag per garment there is no way to know there was something missing out of her completed order. We have searched for this slip but was unable to locate it. There is a 30 day waiting period to file a claim. Review: On Saturday February 9th I put two white ss in the Zips Dry Cleaner. When my husband brought them home today they were dirter then when I put them in. The General Manger [redacted] said she would redo the shirts. Some of the spots she said were not spots they were dark lint and she could not help that. I asked if they are washed with all white shirts how did they get black lint in the creases she said that is the way it is but she would get the other spots out. Against by better judgement I left the shirts there. My husband had put in another shrit when he picked that one up. I asked them if I could have it back beucase I did'nt want them to clean it becase of how bad the other shirts looked. [redacted] told me the shirt had already gone through the process along with 5 or 6 hundred other ss and she was not about to go throw them and look for one shirt. I asked could I speak with her Manager and she gave me his name but not his number and said he is only going to refer me back to her and she is not allowed to give out his number. The shirts are faily new one was purchased about 2 weeks ago and the other was purschased on January 1, 2013. They were in very good condition when I put them in cleaners but not when I picked them up. I don't have the confidence that they will clean them correctly. Another thing how can they refuse to give me my shirt back.Desired Settlement: If the shirts are not cleaned correctly I would like them replaced. I would like a refund on all three of the shirts. If the third shirt is not cleaned correctly when I pick it up tomorrow I would like that shirt replaced and my money back.

Review: Shirts were lost or stolen from the Zips cleaners and the manager at that company states No one will call you back. I am the only one who handles all complaints and I will give you a store credit only for 2 custom shirts that the company lost / stole. refuse to return any follow up call. I was offered a 30.00 store credit for the items that they lost/stole. no follow up be going to this cleaners for about 7 years no complaint ever filed. Have had clothes lost before but, never reported because the item were old. however with theses items the were very nice clothes that the company fails to repond.Desired Settlement: monetary compensation

Review: I had a large dry cleaning lately and used Zips of [redacted] on [redacted] for the cleaning service, after picking laundry up and went home, I found 3 pants missing of the 11 pants, 5 jackets and 20 shirts I gave for dry cleaning.I contacted Zips and spoke to a [redacted] (several calls) and a [redacted] (manager who promised to call back in 15 minutes yesterday, Monday the 17th early morning but never bothered) they say they checked and have no extras and IF a client returned them they will call me.Those missing pants are Jos. A. Bank suit pants and are nearly brand new. These pants are very expensive (makes one wonder why only these were missing out of the 11 pants).The concern here is how relaxed and uncaring these persons that I spoke with in particular the manager, its like "oh we've been there and you can do nothing".Well, I can and if complaining does not reap the requested outcome, I will go to court.Desired Settlement: Zips should either find my 3 pants and return them in the excellent condition they were in or do the honorable thing and compensate me for the replacement of those expensive pants.

I am rejecting this response because: I do not "think I lost 3 pants", ZIPS of [redacted] lost them. They took in the agreed upon number of clothing and delivered them 3 pants missing, there is no other explanation to it except ZIPS lost them.

Truthfully, I am not really surprised at ZIPS unprofessional response, a quick internet search revealed many, many clients who are in the same situation and had to go to court to get any proper response. So be it.

I would request the Revdex.com to keep this complaint on file for all to see so as the public are aware of what to expect dealing with this untrustworthy business.

Review: I dropped off my daughters bed set (pink satin spread & shams) to be dry cleaned & I paid for the service up front. Once I brought it back home from zips not only was the spread not cleaned but it had been damaged. I called them immediately they told me to bring it back in, when I did the manager on duty ([redacted]) told me that it was not uncommon for spreads to become damaged during the cleaning process & that they would reclean the spread & have their taylor try to fix it. The lining between the top pink layer & bottom white layer was rolled & bunched up & a seam that ran from the foot of the bed to the head of the bed on one side had came out (there was a seam one each side of the spread). A few days after dropping the spread off for the second thine [redacted] called & left me a message stating that it was going to cost to much the repair the spread & that Zips would just replace it instead. When I called back the owner was there and he told me no he wasn't going to replace it even though his manager told he would & I still have his message stating that they would. When I went to the store the spread was still not clean and was given back to me uncovered on a broken hanger. I discussed the issue again with [redacted] & asked him to have his boss call me I have waited over a week with no response, I told [redacted] that if the owner didn't respond that I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com & possibly file suite.

The bed set was purchased from rooms to go it included a full size spread 2 ruffle shams & bed skirt.The set has been discontinued the set that they sell in it's place cost $199.99Desired Settlement: I want to be reimbursed for the dry cleaning ($24.99) plus the cost to replace the bed set ($199.99+$14.00tax) $238.98.
