Hello BBB,We have reached out to Mr. [redacted] , and have agreed to replacement his heater with model number [redacted] . Per our discussion with him, the heater will not include a new warranty as there is no purchase being made, and labor to have this installed will need to be paid by... Mr. [redacted] by a pool professional of his choice. Mr. [redacted] is very pleased with the outcome of this situation. Zodiac considers this matter closed with the BBB. Purchase a few pool valves and they came with a warranty stating they were good for the life of the pool - well I still have the pool and still in the same house since and now they do not want to warranty the valves and will not relinquish them to me so I can pick a vendor to install them They are demanding that I have them sent to a professional installerI bought them originally and they were sitting at my house until I choose a person to install them originally and now they will not warranty them by sending ME the valves like I originally purchased myselfThey have changed there warranty after they sold me there product and I have the proof of the old warranty which is the one I purchased my products under and then the new one they decided to issue in and not tell anyone about it

Purchased a Zodiac/Polaris Spa Bubbler 1.5hp, 240v unit from [redacted] in [redacted] via the internet I had my licensed pool tech install item The unit shuts down after 2-minutes of use and is also very hot to the touch I attempted to return unit to Sunplay under their defective merchandise policy but they are refusing item and instruct me to follow up with Zodiac under their warranty policy I have spoke with Zodiac times concerning this issue, they inform me that I am required to have a Zodiac approved company service tech visit my house and diagnose unit prior to any warranty service This service visit will be at my cost I have used the Zodiac website to locate an approved dealer within miles of my house and called all three pool companies listed All three advised me they are a Zodiac authorized dealer but will not do warranty service calls

[If the installation was faulty, why did the pump run for almost an entire year (from August 2015 to June 2016) without any issues, noises flaws etc? Hello BBB, I have read the complaint, and have review the customers account. The homeowner is the 2nd homeowner, and does not have a warranty with Zodiac. We did explain this to him, and he was not happy with our response. See attachment for the notes in his account and for our... warranty policy. We have declined this home, and have no plans on providing him with the part. Thank you [redacted]

Absolute BS!!! I spent about double on the Jandy HE heater and it lasted half as long as it shouldThey will not stand by it and say buy a new heaterDO BOT USE THIS COMPANY

Hi,***,I'd like to thank you for your hard work and diligenceZodiac Pools finally sent me another debit card for the amount of $95.72.I will say this:1) The debit card is not easy to useOne calls the 800-number of the card-issuing company (not Zodiac) and an automatic response assigns you a code number to use when making a purchaseWhen you go to a retailer, however (in my case the other day), the debit card doesn't workThe cashier at this particular establishment advised me to use it as a credit cardI didIt workedAgain, I can imagine the average consumer (like me) being frustrated and embarrassed by this, maybe even abandoning further attempts to use the cardIs that the intent of companies that offer such rebates?2) I read your e-mail with the following message from Zodiac:Date Sent: 1/16/12:15:PMSpoke with Mr [redacted] in regards to his rebate, and card has been reissued this week in the amount of $Confirmation number [redacted] Card should be mailed next week to customerThis is a fabrication I spoke to no one from Zodiac and never returned their callsI left everything up to you and the Revdex.comIs it any wonder then that they didn't honor their initial promise?
