I put her Mxpool cleaner and sent out rebate form I should have received the promotional leaf catcher and my $rebate within to weeks as stated on the paper work I mailed the rebate before July 4th I called the company several days after Labor Day By then I should had reieved the rebate The phone representative told me that they just received my rebate formI asked how could that be I mailed it over weeks agoShe told me it's summer and they have lots of rebates to issue I told her then it should not state that the rests will come between and weeks She told me that rebates are processed on Monday's We were speaking the Tuesday after Labor Day So I said great then it will be processed todayHer reply was no next Monday because yesterday was a holidaySo I guess they just skip the processing for that week if the holiday falls on a MondayShe told me it would be done the next Monday and sent out I called again when the rebate card never arrived

In June 2015, I purchased a Zodiac MXpool cleaner from a local licensed dealer, It stopped working within hours of installation Over the next serveral months, the local dealer made several attempts to repair it without success Zodiac technicians were contactedEventually, Zodiac sent a replacement part It did not work I then asked for the regional agent to inspect the cleanerZodiac refusedIt is now April 2016; the cleaner remains under warranty After telephoning Zodiac again, it refused to refund the cost of the cleaner even though it is under warranty stating the product was not purchased directly from them It wants me to go to Vista, CA from Plano, TX to purchase the product That's like General Motors requiring customers to travel to Detroit to buy one of their cars rather than purchasing the product from a local, licensed dealerWhen sharing with Zodiac future actions that would be taken, Zodiac agreed to replace the cleaner; the replacement cleaner does not

Purchased a pool heater, Model LXi400N, installed by an authorized dealerUnfortunately, flames started coming out of the heater and burned part of the unitThe sight hole glass was destroyed and other parts were meltedTwo service companies, including the original installer (authorized dealer) looked and the unit and stated it is a fire hazard and needs to be replacedBoth recommended shutting off the gas completely The original installer confirmed the unit is under warrantyI called Zodiac directly and have documented communications that the unit is indeed under warrantyHowever, the service company is stating that they are unable to get zodiac to approve the repair On January 3rd, I contacted Zodiac directly again and an email was returned that said my unit was registered and "we should be able to accommodate any part needed as it is under the warranty." This is after consulting with two different pool service companies in Mid-December, who both stated Zodiac was not
