Terrible Company with Terrible service
I signed up with Zoek in July 2022. I had a Wix website that I built and needed someone to help me get noticed. We worked out an agreement so I would get my website optimized with SEO and other tools. During the first few months they did fine and helped me somewhat. However, then they have made numerous changes and even added pages to my website without even telling me or asking my opinion. I actually had to delete much of their content, because it just wasn't true.
Evey time, I mean every time, I call I get a different "Customer service representative". That isn't good either. No one listens and they pass along my messages to programmers, who get it wrong and What a mess.

BUT, even worse, during all of 2023 they did nothing. I had to call them multiple times, just to get them to do an optimalization. I just don't have time to manage them and had to call them every time! They simply stopped doing anything for me. So, recently I told them I wanted to cancel. Now they are sending me threatening emails and just aren't listening to anything I say. They just want their money.

I'm a small business and really wish I could get my money back from them.

I've found someone that is working with me and has already given me suggestions to improve my website and get the recognition on the web, I'm looking for.

In short! Don't do business with them!

Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible. I waited for more than three weeks for someone, anyone to do anything I paid for... all while my customers are complaining about the lack of navigability of my site. I complained and the designer apologized, saying she was just too busy to get to my site. Finally, I decided to do the designing myself and I accomplished a thousand times more in three hours than Zoek accomplished in 3 weeks and they are refusing to refund my money. There are sooooo many better options than this shady company. Why, oh why isn't there an option for zero stars?

Mr [redacted] , we have tried over and over again to work with you on ensuring that the phone number that you are linked to is added to our Do Not Call listWe are more than happy to remove your number as soon as possible but your refusal to provide us with your phone number makes it near impossible Being a company that is based on a business to business structure, in which we call business phone numbers, we do not need to register to the Federal DNCAgain, we are more than happy to add the phone number to our Do Not Call list and ask, again, for you to provide us with whatever phone numbers you'd likeWe have stopped attempting to reach out to you to be provided with this number as our responses to you were denied and we were asked to stop responding to your messagesAs we have previously imformed you, you can also add your phone number to our DNC through our website

We are currently working with Mr [redacted] to resolve this issueThe only directory listings that have this issue are the ***! and [redacted] directories so this issue can be resolved very easily by Mr [redacted] claiming the listings and changing the information to what he would like seen - as stated in our previous responseSince the phone number listed on those directory listings is not located anywhere in our information for Mr [redacted] 's business, we are unsure how they were placed on those directory listings as the listings we created for Mr [redacted] have the correct business phone number (and only phone number we had listed for the business in our information) listed on them

they will revert back to their original state as we are not monitoring them and checking on their status weekly and we cannot make any changes since we no longer have ownership or control of themThis is all explained thoroughly in the contract that you signed and returned on September 22, The good news is that since no one has ownership of these, you can claim ownership of them and take care of them yourselfYou'll just need to find the listings and go through each of the required processes for each directory to claim ownership and make the needed changesWe also highly recommend checking these listings individually each month to ensure that user data has not been added or has not altered your information and to ensure that ownership still belongs to youThe services we provide are offered to make this easier for you since we have the available resources to do this quickly and efficiently for you so that you, as a busy business owner, do not need to worry about it - kind of like how you could paint your own home but would probably hire someone to do it for youWe hope this helps you resolve the issue of your listings reverting to their original state! We take accusations of this nature very, very seriously and can assure Mr*** that payment information is never stolen from anyoneWe pride ourselves on providing an highly ethical and transparent business relationship with all of our clients and are sure to maintain this through our business
relationshipsMr*** provided Zoek with credit card information in order to secure services with our company and all services promised to Mr*** were provided to him. We understand that a lot of businesses are family businesses and it is not uncommon for a parent/child team to be running a business and often, in these cases, it is simply a matter of one of the business partners not knowing about an investment that was made by another business partnerWe have taken the time to listen to the call with Mr*** in which he explicitly provides billing information and agrees to the terms of the serviceThe contract was also sent, via EchoSign - a well known online document signing software - to Mr***'s provided email address and was electronically signed upon receiptThe signatures, of course, will not match as it an electronic form of signature but all of this is covered by EchoSign's policies and legal processes to ensure that each signature, although it may not appear like the signer's actual, is valid and upheld by the highest of standards. At this point, the issue has been resolved with Mr*** as refunds have been processed as a courtesyAs mentioned, there are often times that businesses have several owners or owners with family or friends helping out that do not know what the business owner has signed up for and we work with people to find the best resolution to these issues as possibleUpon hearing about Mr***'s state, we processed the refunds - it is not in our business ethic to turn down any client who is interested in services due to their gender, age, culture, beliefs, etcThe only people who are entered into an agreement with Zoek are the clients that present themselves as the business owner, provide payment information, agree to disclosures (which are read on every call before payments are ever processed) and successfully passed through the provisioning process. We ask that Mr*** cease from leaving all online defamatory reviews and comments at this point, as we have taken care of this matterThe statements being made about Zoek online are not true and are damaging to all reputations of parties involved.
