We are currently working with Mr. [redacted] to resolve this issue. The only directory listings that have this issue are the [redacted]! and [redacted] directories so this issue can be resolved very easily by Mr. [redacted] claiming the listings and changing the information to what he would like seen - as stated in our previous response. Since the phone number listed on those directory listings is not located anywhere in our information for Mr. [redacted]'s business, we are unsure how they were placed on those 2 directory listings as the listings we created for Mr. [redacted] have the correct business phone number (and only phone number we had listed for the business in our information) listed on them.

Mr. [redacted], we have tried over and over again to work with you on ensuring that the phone number that you are linked to is added to our Do Not Call list. We are more than happy to remove your number as soon as possible but your refusal to provide us with your phone number makes it near impossible....

Being a company that is based on a business to business structure, in which we call business phone numbers, we do not need to register to the Federal DNC. Again, we are more than happy to add the phone number to our Do Not Call list and ask, again, for you to provide us with whatever phone numbers you'd like. We have stopped attempting to reach out to you to be provided with this number as our responses to you were denied and we were asked to stop responding to your messages. As we have previously imformed you, you can also add your phone number to our DNC through our website.

We have resolved this issue with our client and have refunded the charge.

I signed up for their services in August 2016. I hoped they help improve my position on internet search engines. All started well until the account rep I was working with quit of was fired. I made several attempts to find out what happened as my site virtually disappeared from search engines. After three months of trying to correct the problem thru phone calls and emails I gave up and asked ZOEK to cancel my contract. They did but charged me a termination fee. I did not get what I paid for and should have gotten a refund not an additional charge. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANy>.
