First off, I want to wish you and your employees all the best on you purchasing the Zounds franchise.
I Purchased my hearing aids from Zounds about a year ago and have had no trouble with them until the past month. When I walked into your store today without an apt your administrator [redacted] offered me coffee and was extremely pleasant and said you would be happy to help me out.
When you took my defective hearing aid to check it out, you came back with a solution and also cleaned and changed my battery and had a smile on your face.
I greatly appreciated all of your help and you can count on me be a customer forever.

I have been wearing hearing aids for twenty years. The Zounds hearing aid is the best I have every had. Also the service I have received from the store at 92nd and Shea has been outstanding. Every question I have had or problem I have encountered has be solved quickly with a smile. I am very satisfied. end of comments

I have had hearing problems since I was 21. I am 83 now. I have had several different hearing aids over the years. Recently I got new hearing aids from Zounds. These are the best hearing aids I have ever had. For example, I had problems knowing when to change batteries on other hearing aids. The Zounds hearing aids and the control monitor are recharged each night. The Zounds hearing aids are comfortable and secure in my ears. The staff at Zounds have been very helpful.

I would like to thank everyone at Zounds at [redacted] for a delightful hearing aid experience! I recently returned to Zounds after test driving hearing aids from several of their competitors including but not limited to [redacted] and a local hearing physician’s office. None of these places compared in either quality of product or over all customer service! After months and months of frustration and failure I was at my limit when I walked in to my local Zounds [redacted]. I was promptly and respectful greeted by [redacted]; [redacted] became my advocate, she helped me explain my situation to one of the many knowledgeable and helpful hearing consultants that worked there, and soon I was fitted for a new pair of Clareza hearing aids. This company’s teamwork and dedication to customer support and care is second to none. Everyone from the receptionist to the branch manager Leon and his team are truly dedicated to restoring the patient’s ability to hear and improving their overall quality of life.

Finding Peace in the Home

Thank you Zounds for bring peace back, into our household. It used to be that unless we were standing and facing each other, there was no way of communicating. Throughout the day there was the yelling at one another in an effort to be hear which was to no avail. All day long, it was stop what I was doing and go to her to see what she wanted after I had already responded to her call 4 times with WHAT! My thanks also includes all those who called to speak to her. Calls would last four times as long as they needed to as throughout the calls the people would have to repeat themselves several times.

I also noticed the change in her disposition as she can listen to everything from the birds chirping to the grandkids on the phone. It's like they say "when Mama ain't happy, no one else is happy". It's nice to talk to each other again.

This is an excellent Hearing Aid facility with absolutely top notch people. They understand.
They care. Their only concern is that clients get the best hearing possible. They are head and shoulders above most other hearing facilities. I have recommended them to several friends.
