Zurich is bubbling
This product was part of the deal buying a new 2019 Honda Pilot. It is bubbling in an area roughly 3 square feet and I was only given a one year warranty. Since this product is junk what is the best remedy? Going to a detailer to remove or fix?

We are very sorry to hear about Ms [redacted] accident Unfortunately we are unable to assist as we are not an insurance company We service after market product warranties not comprehensive/collision or medical insurance claims I wish I could refer Ms [redacted] to the correct company but I do not have that type of information

ZurichShield is an after market product applied to your car that includes a limited warranty and is not considered an insurance policy The damage reported and reflected in the photos was that of bubbling paint which is not listed as a covered provision As per your conversation with our Lead Claims Representative on 11/10/we are pending an estimate to repair the damage on your hood as we have offered to assist in repairing your car Upon receipt of the repair estimate, please fax a copy to 210-568-Thank you, [redacted]

Revdex.com:I called them and we discussed problem not completely satisfied with what was discussed, but going to give them the benefit of the doubt and see if they honor there warranty like discussed in telephone conversation with *** 06/06/If the issue should continueThe dealer took care of it last week ok for now but like I said I don't want just a cover upAnd one issue I have after talking to representative is I have been paying the dealship to get the water spots of my car and it should be free this whole time! So now I know Can I get reimbursed?

We are truly sympathetic to Mr***’s situation. We have not had an opportunity to speak to Mr*** since December of 2015. While we do not know the origin or cause of the discoloration of Mr***’s interior door panels, we are willing to assist him by repairing the damage

I was sold the warranty from Zurich shield by the Lexus dealership, and was pressured into it by the salesmanNaturally I regretted spending the money and doubted the coverage, especially being $2,on top of the cost of my car
Fast forward years
Like an it, I had a bottle of black edge dressing for my dress shoes in my car and went to get out of the car with it inside a Wal-Mart bag with other shoe care productsI don't know how it came open or if it was broken, but it apparently leaked and filled up the bottom of the bag and leaked EVERYWHERE across my suit pants, and all down my leather seat, leather center console, and light beige carpet on the drivers sideMy heart sank, as I love my car
I nervously called zurich immediately after it happened expecting to be told it wasn't covered, most likely due to my own stupidity
However, they were fantastic! They instructed me to try and clean it myself first, which I did with no successThey followed up with a call the next day and since I wasn't able to get it out, they sent a technician to evaluate itHe was very professional and was honest with me saying there was nothing he could do and took photos to send to Zurich with his findingsThe very next day, they called me and told me it was covered for full replacement at the dealershipNot even a deductible
I honestly couldn't believe what I was hearing, but I'm extremely happy with them, and that I took the warrantyThey probably saved me 3k or more with the replacements, so the warranty paid for itself in the long runI will definitely look for them with my next car purchaseIf you care about your investment of your car, buy the insurance

In regards to *** *** her warranty is good for the term she signed up for There was a miss understanding, the warranty states that we must be notified within days of noticing the damage One hour after *** *** disconnected with our Claims Representative, I spoke to her and
made an exception and sent a technician to her home to repair the damages she reported
