In investigating this claim, I have found an email we sent on March 9th requesting the return tracking for your orderOur plan is to return the amount once we had a tracking number to show the product is coming backPlease update us with that return

In reference to this complaint Revdex.com Case # *** we have researched and our findings are as follows

The customer initially signed up for our product (Weight Management Product) and was shipped her first shipment on October 5th and was charged $which included taxThis was an autoship and she was shipped the same order in November and DecemberOn December 12th we received an email from the customer requesting to change from the Weight Management Program to a single CanisterThis was accomplished and she was shipped single Canisters in January and FebruaryShe was charged $for each shipment which included tax.
The only record we have that the customer wanted to cancel was on February 5th and our customer service rep cancelled her account on the same dayHowever, the February shipment was already made.
Since her cancellation request was only one from after the February shipment, we will refund the February payment of $back to the credit card she has on file
Since her cancellation request, we have not sent her anymore emails and there will be no more debits to her card
Once we know this is acceptable to the customer, we will proceed with her refund

Upon reviewing the account notes for this case, I do see the customer understood that she called us three days after the autoship was billed to stop it.
 
During the sign up process, the...

account holder is able to either make a one time purchase or select a recurring monthly order. This account was set up as a recurring monthly order.
 
Our Call Center reps take great pride in working with customers and finding resolution. 
 
To provide finality for [redacted] is reimbursing the $107.00.

We have verified that the account history shows it did not bill on August 22nd but was scheduled to deposit the funds.
The account continues to...

remain cancelled and will not generate further shipments.
We have reached out to our customer to ensure her account is good standing as well as invite her to let us know if there is anything else she needs.

We want to state that the charges this customer makes against Zurvita are false. She states that her bank account was "set up" for recurring purchases without authorization. The customer signed up to be a...

"preferred customer". It is explained in the sign up form that a "preferred customer" is agreeing to a monthly autoship. She had the option to just get the first month but chose the autoship. She obviously didn't realize that, however it was the customers responsibility to check the box indicating her preference. Her accusation that our company is a pyramid scheme is also false.
Having said that we are sorry that the customer was not satisfied with our product and we apologize for any rudeness on the behalf of our customer service. We accept no excuses for rudeness!
We are refunding $106.00 to the credit card she has on file with our company. 
We hope this resolves this complaint and are willing to answer any questions that either the customer or the Revdex.com has.

We are very concerned about this complaint. There are some things the complainant lists that are not consistent with our companies policies. We don't doubt the information that she sent however it may take a couple of days to research the issue. Actually it falls into several of our departments...

including compliance. Once I have researched this I believe we will have a resolution that the complaint will be satisfied with.

[They are incorrect, I contacted them 8-22-2016 to cancel my membership, week before they took out this money but I am satisfied with getting my money back. As long as I get my money back I consider this solved

Zurvita has taken the steps to promote our refund policy upon sign up.
As it is our mission to ensure our customers are satisfied when parting ways. Therefore, we have gone ahead and refunded the amount to resolve this case.

Zurvita takes great pride in the care we put into developing our products. This consumer has been contacted and we have explained that our products are not intended to treat, cure, alleviate any disease or disease symptoms.
In addition, our canister states "Not...

recommended for children" due to the naturally occurring caffeine. 
As a member of the Direct Selling Association, we are dedicated towards protecting the consumer. In order to provide swift resolution, a refund has been provided.

After 1 1/2 years with this company, I found it to be above exceptional! The products are amazing and affordable. I especially rely on the Zeal for Life wellness to meet my daily nutritional requirements with confidence. Customer Service is very pleasant and helpful. Have met the owners and heard them at several functions and they are very genuine thoughtful.

I want to let everyone know, who might read this, that Zurvita has an amazing product called zeal wellness, and zeal protein that over the past 400 and some days I have felt more positive, healthier and alert than I have ever felt before in my life!
I've also lost over 40 lbs and feel great about that!
As far as the business end of the business, zurvita makes no claims that it is easy, if you have a Dream and a vision along with a plan and goals, you can build a profitable organization by working at this a few hours a week!!!!
