As per our last response, we have credited the complainant's last month billing of $73.23 to the credit card she has on file.

  As stated by [redacted] at Zurvita, no one is getting anywhere with the back and forth on this.
 
  We are not happy
that this woman goes out of her way to call us liars.. But she will have to
answer to God one day for the things that she already knows is the truth and
covered up by her and her company.
 
 However, we accept
the refund, and close the case.

Zurvita has looked into this matter and it appears there was an error in updating the pricing in her back office.
We have refunded the $74.04 and left a voice message to ensure [redacted] understands this is the first time in 8 years of business that we made made a price...

adjustment. It was time due to inflation of goods and the need to continue to provide a stellar product. 
 
Zurvita set the price increase a month out and sent a letter out to our consumers to ensure they were aware.
