Mouthy customer service reps who tell the customers what they want and crappy technicians who take more than times the allotted time

The business is not real They are not what they claim to beTheir blog is a bunch of nonsense like this: "With updated technology like cloud, email servers by spam, virus, phishing and other malware programs for frequently." That's not even EnglishFurthermore, the staff on their page (with all of their names) is made upThey are all stock photos, easily proven by image searchI am sure ALL of the positive reviews here have been written by themWatch out for their subsidiary "companies" as well that share the same [redacted] and [redacted] are also fake companies They are so new they don't even have a good way to leave a review for them, so I am leaving this trail of crumbs here Don't trust your financial and computer data to people who create fictitious staff and fake website facades I wish I could slap them It's some kind of mix of hackers and scammers in one nice package

I use *** *** to process sales at my businessMy server lost power and created errors in my company fileNo having my cell phone on me, I used *** to search for the toll free number for *** SupportI found 866-340-listed as *** support but it was actually Vortex Solutions Ltd aka Zye TechnologiesI was nervous and frustrated because I was not able to get into *** and although I had some suspicions, the reps convinced me to allow them to remote control my computerThey opened the license window and told me I did not have "advanced technical support" covered in my *** subscription and I would have to pay $1,to get my computers back up and runningI repeatedly asked them if they were Intuit and they said "yes" they were partners with intuit and my service plan did not cover this problemI foolishly paid their ransom; but later on started investigating and called the REAL *** support and found that Intuit knew nothing about these people and I WAS fully covered for all technical support and did not need to pay ANYTHING for support from the REAL ***I called Zye and demanded my money back, but I am still waiting for my refundThese people use predatory & deceptive tactics to do businessSTAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANYTHEY ARE SCAMMERS!

We have successfully installed a security software in his computer and we are always available in business hours to provide a help & support to the customer. We also provide a customer ID number to our every client and mention that on their respective service agreement. Customer has received a phone call from some other company with the information as customer have some issues in his computer and they can solve it by giving him a reference number. I therefore request you to close the matter as we have tried to contact the customer to resolve the issue but we were unable to reach. I don't agree with the response because it doesn't make sense. The main reason for my complaint was because I requested a receipt for this security software and I have never received a receipt from this company yet. Any legitimate business would and zye technology did not. The company really charged my husband's credit card $100 and not $99.99. As matter of fact I called [redacted] directly and they even told me that zye technology is a third party and this company is not authorized to say they work with [redacted]o put security software on people's computers. This is what zye technology told my husband and thos needs to be reported.

I received a pop up that told me that my computer was infected by hackers, they even showed the list of how many times my computer had been hacked. I should have known what was going on they all spoke with an eastern accent. They told me that it would only take a few hours to fix the problem, and should be done by 7:00 p.m. they finished at 11:38 p.m. I thought my problem was fixed two days later I get the same message. When I called them back on the number that was given to me, I got a message that Zye Technologies was not available at that time to leave a message. When I called use their product to fix the problem I had to have a code, which they did not leave me. Thursday 9/10/15 I finally found a help desk international and they helped me. Somehow the same Hackers managed to tie into a similar help product and picked up on the phone and told me that their legal dept. would take my case for $659.00. I told them I would get back to them later. I finally found the correct number and got my computer fixed by a techinichian who know about my problem and what had happen. I learned a very expensive lesson. I they speak with an eastern accent and write back to you using the lower case (i) instead of the Upper case (I) as the English are taught to do they are more than likely an Eastern citicen and will have something to do with the Hackers do not speak to them and I they call on the phone hang up. They will also use the same login name of LogMeIn Rescue

Watch out for their subsidiary "companies" as well that share the same [redacted] and [redacted] are also fake companies. They are so new they don't even have a good way to leave a review for them, so I am leaving this trail of crumbs here. legitimate practice of advertising. Moreover, we offer Annual maintenance for any future help in the terms of any computer issue. We have posted our refund policy on the website for any customer who is not satisfied with the services. We have investigated the case by our internal quality team and not found any call made to our billing department from the customer.
If the customer is looking for the refund then, we will do the full refund of her payment.
Customer has already called a bank for the chargeback so we consider this matter to be closed. let me know if we could be any further assistance.

My charge card company is working on a credit, so If I receive the full credit,I will be satisfied.I was confused about the company name; Zye Technologies, I put the 2 together, hence [redacted]
