Zykan is a great company,met all of my needs on installing my roof, I had some other company install a bathroom roof exhaust fan and they ruined a part of my previous roof and they did a bad patch job, one phone call to zykan and they promptly called back and being the weekend, they came the following tuesday and fixed my roof the right way, no more leaks. zykan will fix it right.

We have nothing bad to say about this company. Will Lackey was our account manager and he went above and beyond to get our home done. Will always responded quickly to our questions, made sure the job was done to 100% satisfaction of us and him. I would highly recommend Zykan Exteriors to anyone looking for anything related to roofing/exteriors and general construction!!!

They stand by their workmanship. I had them out to take care of an issue with my ridge cap. The roof was originally installed in late 2013. They came out promptly. We reviewed the issue together and they were back in two days to complete the repairs. Professional, courteous, and completely customer focused. I have and will continue to recommend them to my friends and family.

They do great work, reasonable price and stand behind their work.

We called back Mr *** right away once he reached the officeEvidently he had difficulty trying to reach us through the website which we are looking intoWe met with him on 2/23/and inspected the roof which had no viual damage and there have been no leaks as of this date, however since the
complaint had mostly to do with flashings that are concealed by the shingles and the fact we want him to feel completely re-assured we did agree to replace the entire first level of shingles and all the flashingsWe are scheduled this week to do the repairs and MrCulley is satisfied with this course of actionWe are also replacing to two screens that are mentioned

First, we would like to thank Mr*** for allowing us the opportunity to replace his roofI do not know how this power vent got replacedDue to the need for a professional electrician and the risks associated with handling wiring, it’s just too much of a risk for us and the homeowner and we
always refer to a professional electricianWe do replace the vent covers, as most insurance companies allow for this in their scopes, but that is allBecause we appreciate Mr***’s business and want to help him get this situation resolved, we’ve agreed to order a new power vent and place it properly but that we would not touch any of the wiringAgain, we do not mess with these things because of the risks of fire and electrocutionMr*** agreed to us just installing the vent into the roofThe power vent has been ordered and receiveMr*** agreed via email on Monday August 22nd, to have us install the power vent on Wednesday August 24th, and agreed that he will have the wiring taken care of himself

Zykan stood behind their roof and have come out several times with no problems to correct a flashing issue. Good work and great service.

The customer originally wanted a louver vent replaced and was given a quote but that gable vent could not be matched.  There were a number of factors such as time to research by us and then his health to come to a result.  We were unable to match the vents but were willing to match the...

vents with others and offered to assume the costs of the difference as a good will gesture and keeping with our standards of customer service.  I was under the impression that this matter was resolved but I unfortunately have found it was not.  There was a breakdown of communication as a result of our changeover of software.  The refund which he has requested will be fully reimbursed.

As far as the job. All of the work is now completed. I believe it has been completed to the customers satisfaction. This info is coming form my boss. The customer did pay 50% deposit for the job. It has been a very busy season. We were delayed due to back logged work handled by our coppersmith.

I hired these guys via *** and prepaid. They never responded for literally weeks so I called them and told them to give me my money back but they apologized and said they would send someone out and gave a date and time while saying I didn't have to be there when they showed up. Well it's weeks later and they never told me how it went so I called them several times. Only upon telling them I'd give a negative review did they call back. The person on the told me my roof had extensive damage and they'd fix it. So I called my insurance company and they sent someone over cause the insurance would have to pay for most of it anyways and the insurance company told me they saw nothing wrong other than usual wear and tear. So I called up Zykan and asked them to send me an itemized list of what was damaged and again told them if I didn't get it I'd complain to Angie's List. So Angie's List told me so long as they did this I couldn't give a negative review. So guess what? Zykan gave me an "itemized" list and all it said was they checked out my roof with no report of any of the damages they alleged and Angie's List said it was over, nothing else would be done. To this day I have no idea if Zykan actually showed up to check my roof out but they got their money from me and *** really did nothing.

We are sorry for the delay in completion of this work. This was a very large storm and we are working hard to complete the work for all our valued customers. Since this complaint was made we have had several conversation with Mr [redacted] and the siding is scheduled for delivery on 2/24/17 and work to...

begin on 2/25/17. With weather permitting the gutters and power washing are to be completed the week following. We will due our best to keep Mr [redacted] informed during the remainder of the job and look forward to completion in the next couple of weeks. ...
