I provided a full refund two weeks ago.
We placed new fascia on the home without charge. We went back to do a full clean up. We also repaired the screen door free of charge and always returned phone calls.

My experience with ZyKan Exteriors was excellent. I was hoping the damage was a result of a storm, but it was not. *** from Zykan Exteriors surveyed the situation. He accurately pointed out the problem and leveled with me that the two roofing issues were the result of wear and tear vs storm damage. Despite the horrible wet, cold weather the past two weeks, *** scheduled and completed the work in relatively quick time given the adverse weather. In fact, once the work began, it was discovered the extent of the water damage from years of leaking was worse than expected. The work was completed as promised and at the agreed upon price even though it would not have been out of the question to request more money for additional time and labor necessary to finish the work. *** and his team definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. I own multiple rental properties and I will definitely use ZyKan Exteriors in the future.

Zykan Exteriors put a new roof on for us. We were extremely pleased. We had great confidence and great trust. It was well founded and we have an excellent quality roof. They are very pleasant to deal with and I think that if anything went wrong with someone's job, they would definitely make it right.

Overall the work completed was of quality. This process was somewhat frustrating due to the disorganization on Zykan's part, however, it was overcome and completed appropriately. Responsive when contacted for updates.

and his Crew were great. *** walked me through everything and was very quick to respond and get the work done. His crew were in and out in one day, covered all of my plants, picked everything up when they left, including nails, and left me with a beautiful new roof.

My grandparents had some roof damage and it was a fairly large job. They were worried and Zykan Exteriors took care of them wonderfully. It was a nearly $15000 job and was worth every penny. Great crew, solid work, and cleanup was just as good as the work. A+ company!!

Zykan exteriors went beyond what I was expecting. April 2017 my home was hit with heavy wind. I called Zykan and they came out immediately to tarp the roof. They helped me with my insurance claim. Zykan also pointed out other damages that the insurance company tried to overlook. I definitely recommend Zykan for their quality workmanship but also to have added protection against the insurance company.

Always professional and courteous. We have used several times for exterior work (siding, roofing, gutters) and no issues with workmanship or materials.

We recently had *** and his firm put on a new roof and related work in regards to a claim for hail damage a year or so ago. In a word, fantastic job, they took care of everything we asked for and then some and were very flexible and honest. If I had one minor complaint, it would be they seem to be so sought after, that some of the requests took a bit longer than I would have thought. But it was the busiest part of his season. He may need to hire a helper! But we were in no hurry, in fact were bugging him to make our final payment not the other way round. Highlights: on the hottest day of the year, his crew worked from 6:30 to 9 to complete the job. The next dat, I could fit what few nails etc they missed in the palm of one hand. Such was the cleanup. There were homes nearby to actually see the color and style we wanted. He praised the insurance company and had a great working relationship with them. He even provided the extra shingles one might need. An honest super hard working team, I would highy recomend them. Hk

I had a roof, siding, gutters, and soffits replaced by Zykan Exteriors and I must say the company far exceed expectations. A tree fell on my house and Zykan Exteriors worked with my insurance company to ensure I received all of the needed replacement cost. They even helped with a squirrel problem. I would highly recommend them.
