They have not answered my complaints as to why they send spam for male enhancement products to a year old girl or where they got her email address fromThe business response just verifies what kind of shady company this isBusiness as usual, send spam to anybody any time regardless of age or anything elseI am sure their young daughters would love to get this infoI pity their children to have parents like theirs

Attention Revdex.comCompalint # [redacted] Customer: [redacted] Order ID: ***Product:ZynevI apologize for the delayed response on this complaint.After reviewing the account I see the customer placed all charges from our company in chargeback with his bank.Once a chargeback is done we are unable to provide any type of refund on our side.I am sorry we are not able to come to a resolution in the form of a refund[redacted] should have received a credit from his financial institution when he placed the chargeback.The outcome would be between him and his financial institution at this point

My husband seen an offer for a free trial of a product called Zynev, and was interested in trying itSo he asked that I complete the order for himIn doing so there are always options or offers to try other products with itOn their site the "No Thanks" option was/is in very small print, if you skip to the next page to finish your order they automatically add it to your order In less than hours after ordering the free Trial ONLY, I learned that my account had been already billed for a second product at a cost of $29.95, which I DID NOT order or wantSo, on the same day 10-15-2016, I called the company explaining I did not want or order the second productThe customer rep, said they would void the transaction for the second product priced at and gave me a confirmation notice of cancellation, which was [redacted] Today (10/17/2016) I checked my account to see that it had not been credited back to my accountNaturally I contacted them right awayOnly to be told that the rep who told me they'd void the order and refund the amount had no right, because they do not refundAnd that the order was on its way First I was told, no we can not and will not give a refundThen I was told, Well, there are a few optionsI can give you a 30% discount, Then told 50% discountI continued to insist on a full refund as I had been told the day it was orderedAnd the rep hung up on meSo I called back and spoke with a Rep named Austin (woman)In the back ground I could hear other reps arguing with customers and it sounded as though they were having the same dispute as II did inform them that I would be contacting the Revdex.comBut since they are NOT Revdex.com accredited they really didn't careEven if I would've wanted that product I could not afford to order it at that timeAs I did not have it in my accountNow my account has gone into the red as a result, costing me a lot more than that None of these products ever work, and they trick and deceive you into getting them along with other products you were not requestingThen they refuse to make things right

Their response says nothing about my demands to be removed from their marketing listsCurrently their unsubscribe list is 100% ignored not matter how many times that I unsubscribe that fake crap keeps getting sentI demand acknowledgement that they will in perpetuity remove me from their listsI will be holding all documents as proof that I have made these demands and they still refuse to remove meAgain, failure to comply with the demands is 100% proof of willfull disregard for US canned spam laws

I have unsubscribed at least times It does not work I keep getting emails from them from different spoofed email addresses What they need to do is contact their marketing company and have them remove my email address Again, unsubscribing does not work It is ignored
