to reach us for over a week I refunded the most recent charge as well as canceled any future shipments.  I hope you have a great weekend you should receive the refund in 3-5 business days and get a cancelation confirmation via email!

Their response says nothing about my demands to be removed from their marketing lists. Currently their unsubscribe list is 100% ignored....

not matter how many times that I unsubscribe that fake crap keeps getting sent. I demand acknowledgement that they will in perpetuity remove me from their lists. I will be holding all documents as proof that I have made these demands and they still refuse to remove me. Again, failure to comply with the demands is 100% proof of willfull disregard for US canned spam laws.

unsubscribed at least 10 times.  It does not work.  I keep getting emails from them from different spoofed email addresses.  What they need to do is contact their marketing company and have them remove my email address.  Again, unsubscribing does not work.  It is ignored.

My husband seen an offer for a free trial of a product called Zynev, and was interested in trying it. So he asked that I complete the order for him. In doing so there are always options or offers to try other products with it. On their site the "No Thanks" option was/is in very small print, if you skip to the next page to finish your order they automatically add it to your order.
In less than 12 hours after ordering the free Trial ONLY, I learned that my account had been already billed for a second product at a cost of $29.95, which I DID NOT order or want. So, on the same day 10-15-2016, I called the company explaining I did not want or order the second product. The customer rep, said they would void the transaction for the second product priced at 29.95 and gave me a confirmation notice of cancellation, which was [redacted].
Today (10/17/2016) I checked my account to see that it had not been credited back to my account. Naturally I contacted them right away. Only to be told that the rep who told me they'd void the order and refund the amount had no right, because they do not refund. And that the order was on its way.
First I was told, no we can not and will not give a refund. Then I was told, Well, there are a few options. I can give you a 30% discount, Then told 50% discount. I continued to insist on a full refund as I had been told the day it was ordered. And the rep hung up on me. So I called back and spoke with a Rep named Austin (woman). In the back ground I could hear other reps arguing with customers and it sounded as though they were having the same dispute as I. I did inform them that I would be contacting the Revdex.com. But since they are NOT Revdex.com accredited they really didn't care. Even if I would've wanted that product I could not afford to order it at that time. As I did not have it in my account. Now my account has gone into the red as a result, costing me a lot more than that.
None of these products ever work, and they trick and deceive you into getting them along with other products you were not requesting. Then they refuse to make things right.

I am sorry that customer care was not able to resolve this concern for you in a more timely manner.  I have reviewed the account and refunded the charge in full as requested.  I hope this resolves the concern.
