For months of my garage making weird noises it finally stopped working. After looking on yelp for a good repair man and nobody answering I called this company. The owner Rick was able to pin point the problem over the phone and give me a cost. His cost was very reasonable and he fix my garage with no hassle. I was very pleased with his work and his customer service. I will be using him again!

Tim came out same day, as my cars were stuck in the garage due to a broken spring. We have heavy wood doors and he was a life saver. Even looked at our 3rd car garage for me that was broken too. Will use them for installation on new doors soon as well. Pricing very good compared to other outfits....5 stars

Rick runs an honest family business. He charged the $141 for the Garage Spring repair that he was asking for on the phone and didn't try to find any reason to charge more. In fact he replaced some cheap plastic bearing with a steel ball bearing without charging me extra for that. Our original home manufacturer had originally just put in one spring due to the fact that it saves them a few $ , which Rick replaced with 2 Springs.

Rick made the appointment within during my initial call. Tim was prompt, efficient, and educational. I would recommend this company

Had a garage door spring break. Called Affordable Garage Door. They were able to come the same day. Rick arrived and finished (including some extra work we had done) when he said he would. Very professional and a good price. Would recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Garage door would not open so I called these guys. It is a family owned business so one of the owners came to my home. He quickly diagnosed the broken spring and gave me a very fair estimate without a bunch of add ons. I agreed and he quickly cleared the area of the garage so nothing would get damaged and he completed the repair. I would highly recommend this company, they give very good service at a fair price. There is another company with a very similar name, I have no experience with them so I can not say if they are good or not but be careful not to confuse the two, this one is great!

I called on a Monday afternoon and Rick dispatched Keith, a wonderful and quick repairman, during the same day! Our garage door needed new springs, which were quickly installed by Keith and our new garage door functions now better than ever before. A pleasure to chat with Keith as well. After looking through numerous ads online I came across [redacted] with Affordable Garage door and opener repair. The Spring at the top of my garage had broken and I could not even open my garage manually. My car being stuck inside my garage for a couple of days. [redacted] showed up at my house the following day ( on a Saturday ) and fixed it within the hour. He did offer to come that same day but I wasn't in dire need for my car then. He was very professional and informative and didn't try to sell me on numerous other things I didn't really need. The price was reasonable the service good and a company I can now say I trust. Thank You to [redacted] for your service and I would recommend you to all my friends if they are ever in the same predicament.

Called Rick to discuss my springs breaking on my Garage Door. He asked me my address and Zip code then proceeded to quote be 147.00 for the repair. I agreed and set up appt and asked for a 30 minute call prior to. I was not able to be there but my wife was.

They showed up and fixed the garage door only to up charge my wife to 179.00 saying it was a bigger door and needed bigger springs... It is not about the 30.00 it is about quoting a figure and not honoring it.. and then since a lady is there, taking advantage

I called Rick afterwards only to get a attitude from saying that he has no clue what springs are needed and why am I calling over 30.00 .. Made threats to take me down should I report him.... Just poor business practice ....

The worst service I have ever had in my long life. Renting my home needed my remote to garage fixed Call SOS from flyer I just received. Rick sent his nephew to do repair gave him 3 remotes 2 old , 1 new of my renter. as repair man to leave remote on metal stand in garage. after I got home never saw2**SSN**. Officer spent at least 1 hour in my home. This Rick guy made my move-out a very stressful time. Not service that helped my and on top of that my remote on my garage still did not work. SOS did not fix. My renter and R/E person called me and I had to call my regular company Integrity Garage which I had used many times before just did have their #number. They came out and fix garage remote and it is still working October 15

SOS charged me $253.15 and would never have them come back afraid they would threaten my Renter. Integrity Garage charged me $160 and it is working great.

I want my Money back they did not fix remote $253.15 And I lost a new remote $60.

Not a Licensed contractor did not see small print on their flyer!!!

I would definitely recommend this company. I had asked for several quotes and as promised Rick's was the cheapest. He fixed my garage door spring in 30 minutes. I really liked his professionalism ..and best part he didn't push me for any additional repairs. Thanks Rick ... I now have him on speed dial.. And will definitely recommend him to family and friends.

One of our garage doors failed a home inspection. It refused to stop closing without slightly crushing a box on the floor - a real safety issue! On the phone they said this could probably be fixed in a $50 service call. One of their service people, [redacted], came out the same day, on time - in fact, he called to ask if he could come a little early. He adjusted our ancient door opener to fix the problem, lubed all the joints and left it running better than before. He was clean, efficient, with a very good attitude, and didn't try to sell us anything. We are glad to recommend them highly!

Our garage door suffered from excessive wear and an unfortunate (albeit minor) collision with one of our cars. Rick answered my telephone call after 2 rings, and came to our house the next day. He accurately diagnosed the problems, and promptly repaired the door at a very reasonable price. I would heartily recommend him to anyone needing garage door repair!
