I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Due to the previously mentioned issue, I had no other choice but to miss two different days from work, costing me close to $300 from my pay. A $50 credit to my account is equal to merely 3 hours of my time. I apologize for the inconvenience, but unfortunately this offer does not resolve my complaint.

The customer purchased the vehicle on 3/21/2015 and had it in with a concern on 6/9/2015.  We inspected the vehicle and load tested the alternator and deemed it needed to be replace.  The customer received at the time of purchase a free warranty (6 month/6000 miles). The...

warrantyhas a $200 deductible on it.  We informed the customer of the $200 deductible and she said ok.  The customer never called or came back.  Now 3 months later we received this complaint.  She may still be under warranty.  If she had other problems then why didn't she use the warranty?  I would like the customer to call our service department at [redacted] and schedule an appointment so we can take care of any concerns.  Please have her bring in all the service recordsfor all the problems that have occurred in the last 6 months.It is true we do have an early trade out program, but the customer has too high of a balance at this pointI look forward to hearing from her and helping.Sincerely,[redacted]President

My car I financed through cactus jacks had stopped running twice in then year I had it. When I brought it to their own auto body shop, a lugnut from their yard caused my tire to blow out while driving & they actually charged me to replace it. When I brought the car the man who sold me it was rude and I asked him a simple question about if insurance is higher on a red car. He told me insurance companies don't ask for the color. I told him they get it from VIN number. I am really disappointed in the high price and so much money I put into car and continue to put because they didn't have a decent car on lot for me

The customer called and stated her car would not start and we would like to inspect it to see if it is covered under warranty. She did not want to have

vehicle is a newer vehicle and MAY be eligible for some of the original Manufactures warranty.  She will have to call Dodge.  We gave her a free 6 month 6000 mile warranty.  We would love to help 
her with her vehicle.  Please have it towed to our [redacted].  The  customer has been driving the vehicle for 30-45 days.

Me and my boyfriend went in and got a decent car with no noticeable issues from Cactus Jacks. Although the check engine light did just come on we will see how that situation turns out. But overall they were very organized, informative, had a great sense of humor, and got us in and out in an hour with a car the same day. I say customer service is a 5 so far! We will see what happens about this check engine light... to be continued...

Go See Jack if you want an over price car with lots of maintenance problems. They are dishonest they lie about the work they do on the cars.

My wife and I purchased a van from cactus jacks and had some issues with the van we took the van in to fix the issues which took a week and they didn't fix anything van still has same problems as before. We are very disappointed in cactus jacks they ripped us off. Please everyone stay away from cactus jacks they sell lemons

repair on the fan connector did not work. She brought the vehicle back in and we replaced the entire connection assembly.  The repairs were all covered under warranty.  I feel the company did a great job with customer service.  I would like to offer Ms. [redacted] a $50 credit for the time and gas she spent bringing in the vehicle.Thank you[redacted]President

Cactus Jack's in Mesa is one of the few places that people with bad credit can go to and get a decent car. If you have a smartphone you can use Carfax Mobile and have VIN checked which I did on a Hyundai Santa Fe. The car had only one issue and was easily fixed. You have to do your homework when you buy a used car. If you do, you will find that things are fine.

The warranty was given to the customer for free with a 200
deductible.  The customer drove the vehicle for over 1000 miles.
We are sorry this happened but this is why we give a FREE warranty.

TRANMISSION ) broke down less than 1 month. I believe that company know car is bad so they maybe fixed car only stay good for few weeks that way something happen to my car so I have to pay myself rest. Its not right! I only have car for 1 month and broke down on me middle of highway which I can get killer for that! How can I cause transmission bad? no way. most common transmission not good more than years ( Not Less Than One Month ) I was bought my car for reliable and satisfy because I will drive car everyday and I work for Jelco Electric llc company. my boss will send me far far drive that why I get jeep and expect that jeep is good. I believe that Cactus Jack's dirty business to make a money and not fair to people.

Cactus jacks on camelback has poor customer service. The manager over collections is rude and disrespectful. She shows no concern for the customer or hearing the customer out. When paying your bill the woman that sits in the front to take your payment is very unprofessional discussing your account out in the open so other people can hear them. There is no way this behavior is acceptable.

This issue was not resolved, and I did take there show of kindness to defer a payment to cover the first round of repairs to  pass smog, but that proved to be more costly than the they told me. the interest in one week jumped  to 137.00 and daily interest was at 2.97 and going up daily. Now I owe way more and still have over 400 in repairs to hopefully pass smog. It seems that this state allows some used car dealerships to just write off a car stating it passed emission testing when it was not a state OBD test. No one can prove that the car passed emission after 2/2012 to the time I bought the car on 6/13...there is only a little paper that the dealer signs saying it passed. I know owe the higher interest amortized daily, plus the rest of the repairs. I have no use for an illegal car. The items that broke last summer I didn not expect them to repair, so I didnt even ask, but I asked so many times if the car passed state smog..misled  just like the deferment.  There mechanic even told me that ALL used car dealerships do smog like them,,,found that to be very untrue, as on of the dealers on the same block take there used cars to state emissions, and have the proof. This is a con company. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I bought my car Feb of 2014. I put $700 down and pay $150 every two weeks. They gave me a 6monht/6000 mile warranty.The first week I had the car my engine light came on. I took it in and they replaced the gas cap. After that there weren't any issues until after my warranty expired. My check engine light came on again but this time it was blinking incessently. I took it to [redacted] and had them plug the computer in, the results were that there was a misfire in cylinder 6, a few days later my car started violently vibrating and sputtering. I called Cactus Jacks and told them, their mechanic told me that after I paid a $200 deductible that he would look at it and try to fix it, I decided to get a second opinion at a family mechanic. My family mechanic informed me that without taking the engine out he thought the headgaskets were blown. I called Cactus Jacks again and told their mechanic about that, again he made it a point to say without looking at my car it would be $200 just to look at it and there was no guarantee that he would fix it. Regardless of that, I didn't have any faith that the company that sold me a lemon would fix it. I took y car to my mechanic and after taking the engine out they informed me that there was water in the bottom of my engine. I paid $2000 to have my engine completely rebuilt. After that ordeal I have not been in contact with Cactus Jacks. I have had to completely replace my brake system and my catalytic converter. I can't wait to finally pay off my loan and never deal with this company. If you want to have to completely rebuild a car then come here, otherwise avoid this place at all costs.
