Please remove this from my experience rating.  It is a payment issue.  Should be made out to [redacted]

The customer should contact Charles (the manager) and he should be able to change the payment date.

At first I was skeptical that they could help me I have horrible credit below 500. plus I had a bad experience with the camelback location a few years back and just gave them the car back. Then I called steve and Phil the car guys they told me that the country club location was much better and I should ask for Ken when I went in. Ken was able to help me into a car I have only dreamed of I've never had a car with less then 100,000 miles and he placed me in one with 76,000 miles. on top of that he helped me get a 6 month/6,000 miles warranty and gap insurance so if I get in an accident and total the car I only pay $500 out of pocket. I loved the experience here compared the the bad ones I've had at the camelback location and my recent bad experience at ez auto own they sold me a car with a bad transmission. I'm so glad I went to cactus jacks on country club and asked for Ken due to steve and Phil the car guys recommendation.

Mrs. [redacted] did purchase a vehicle on 6/6/2014.  She brought it in and we did replace the motor mounts, brakes, and tightened the tensioner.  She came back in for a rubbing issue (the brakes were rubbing on the rotor slightly.  She is scheduled to bring it back in July 1st to have us...

repair the vehicle.  When she purchased the vehicle it had 89,250 miles and on June 20th (2 week period) she had 90,250 mile on it.  She put 1,000 miles on it in a 2 week period.  She had full use of the vehicle and we stood behind the warranty.  There are no major issues with the vehicle that we know of.

We apologize for the inconvenience and would offer her a rental car reimbursement but the car has been in use since she made the purchase.

Sincerely,

This is a collection issue and should be removed from this company.  It should be under Chicago Lenders the finance company.

Thank You

After 20 years of being in business and hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers this is the response
We will stand behind the product and service like we alway have.
Let us inspect the vehicle and make our determination

Thank You

On July 22, 2016 I paid what I thought was my final car payment on the schedule. Yesterday afternoon, representative Judy called and stated I still owed .68 cents. I was very annoyed by this however, I went to get my card and end up having to pay $1.00 because the fee was to low to process on the card. After the payment was processed I asked when I would receive my title, and Judy stated I still owed approximately $271. I was so upset because I had not received any notice, or a call stating that my payment schedule was incorrect, or as she stated I had accrued interest and late fees over time. I am a repeat customer to this business and feel misled and overcharged especially since late fees don't accrue until after 10 days.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Regards,

I am confused.  We had an appointment to fix Mrs. [redacted] vehicle on March 6th but she never showed up for the appointment.  We had the finance company

defer one car payment to the end of her loan so she could afford to get her car fixed.  We would like to help her but she is not letting us.

Sincerely,

I recently purchased a truck from cactus jacks on country club in mesa Az, and I cant begin to tell you how extremely satisfied I am with the vehicle I purchased and the deal I received. By far with the customer service I have and am still receiving I would recommend to everyone I know and who I come across where to buy a top of the line pre-owned vehicle that has gone through an extensive inspection and repair process before it reaches the front line. Thank you so very much to my salesman [redacted] and the owner [redacted].

Regards,

The business has stated they would allow me to make payment arrangements for repairs, of which I can not afford to make loan payments and repair payments of this kind,The also offered to fix the on failed check engine light. I am now to the understanding that smog and obd2 is different here is AZ but will not be much longer. Which is of no help to me. I am going to have to let the car sit for months to come as other items are going to be needed in order to pass the obd2 test than was first thought. I will not recommend the dealerships, as I did tell the manager where I bought the car of the ongoing problems from 8/2/2013 on, but did not ask them to repair them as they were not covered under warranty, but he smog was something I asked many many times that it did indeed pass, and was told it did before I bought the car , my mistake is not knowing that here in AZ there is 2 different smogs, and at this point dealers do not have use obd2 test so the buyer beware. I am done with them, I can not take the car in even for the check engine repair at this point. Maybe at some point I will be able to do so if the other repairs  are done in the future, as it is becoming more costly than first thought

We have been working with the customer to resolve the issue.  We ordered one part and the vehicle need a second part.  That part was on backorder from the Dealer. The part is in now.  They can call the service department to set up an appointment.  We will give them the $50...

credit once the repair is done.  This is the first time we heard about a radio.  The door actuator should not have anything to do with the radio, but we can look at it.  The customer uses their vehicle for commercial use (not allowed under the contract) and has had a difficult time leaving us the vehicle.Sincerely,[redacted]President

This business by far is the very worst I have ever dealt with. The people in the payment center are extremely rude. They give horrible service, they call you from an automated number, put you on hold, transfer you around, then hang up on you, then when you call back to speak to a manager the manager is rude and tells you to go make a payment on the website which has no customer service number. I called to have my address updated to make a credit card payment correctly and the same girl who hung up on me was completely rude again. I told her the payment would not go through if they showed my billing address different than what was on the card. I told her I tried to change it after making the payment and realizing it wasn't correct. She argued with me and said she sees the correct address. I had to keep telling her it was because I had just changed it..after I made the payment. I then told her the online portal they use, which also charges a fee does not have a customer service number. She said that they do have one on the customer contact page. That page is empty. I can see, I am not blind, there is no customer service phone number or email or anything. I was lied to about the down payment. I was told one amount and then charged $300.00 more. Several major issues were wrong with the car and they have tried to get out of fixing them, this would be the gas tank(which was broken) the sway bar, all fog lights don't work and they won't fix them, and the steering column is broken and they pretend there is nothing wrong with it yet it is pointed to the right and makes a lot of noise inside and outside of the vehicle. I have had to fight tooth and nail to get these things fixed, and now I have to take the car back again and not have a car for several more days because of this. I was also lied to about the mileage. The sales rep said the car was one thousand miles less than it actually was, and he put that on the paperwork, then he agreed to fix this and never did. This business should not be in business.

I purchased a truck from the CJ in Mesa. Within 1 month the back window was falling out and it had a major transmission issue. They refused to fix the issues and then wanted to charge me up and beyond the reasonable amount the Cherokee was worth. I called and was told that once I driove off the lot it was my responsibility. They knew the transmission had issues.

I just started my job and no one would sell me a car except cactus jacks

Cactus jacks sells the poorest quality of cars and they take advantage of people in delicate situations! They garnishee your wages at 25% of your net pay and attach a 27.9% interest on top of that! I am proof ,I have documents to prove these facts. They sold me, an upper middle age lady, a car from new york so rusted underneath, ball joints falling apart and everrthing else so rusted out that 3mechanic shops wouldnt even TOUCH it!

I went to 4 different dealerships and I could not get financed because I already had a car financed through my bank. Then I went to cactus jacks on Bell rd and they sold me a car. [redacted] was the first salesman to do what he promised and sold me a car.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] From cactus jacks with the full belief that if there were any issues with the car that I would be able to get them resolved in a timely manner.

What I didn't realize was that there would be soo many issues with the car. In the last two weeks I have brought the car in 5 times and the first couple of times they were reasonable.

I have gone to the dealer and they have continued to reset the check engine light and tried to fix issues only for the light to turn on again and I have to bring it back again.

The Sales Manager [redacted] I Believe has continued to get nastier and nastier every time I have to bring the car back. Saying that unless the engine blows up he is not going to give me another car or give my money back.

I can't believe that I have had this many issues. Management has continued to tell me that there is no lemon law in the state of [redacted]. A bald faced lie. I know that they are continuing to push me off just hoping that I will go away but I am not stopping until resolve.

The car has been overheating, they have had to replace the radiator as well as spark plugs. two belts and the cam sensor and the check engine light is still on. Now it says that the 4th cylinder is misfiring and they are telling me at noon that they dont have time to work on it today. After saying it was just the gas cap and not even checking the car.Desired Settlement: To be given a different car. an actual reliable car.

Response:

We are sorry they experienced trouble with the vehicle. We tried to repair the 3 small issues at our facility. We did credit the consumer $100 to compensate them for their time and inconvenience. We spoke to them 30 minutes ago and offered them to take the vehicle to a [redacted] store and we wouldpay for the repair(and give the $25 a day for rental car reimbursement) or they could come down and trade out of the vehicle for one of like value. We made this offer to them before knowing they wrote the Revdex.com. This is the way we conduct business.Sincerely,[redacted]Management

Review: I traded in my truck to get a new vehicle to fit my new son. The next day after recieving the vehicle the car had major electrical problems and the service tech told me there were issues with the transmission... he told me it was fixed and I repeatedly said I was going to mochigan to visit family. Once in michigan the car started to give me problems again. I requested for them to fix the car and they told me that I had to fix it and they would reimburse me up to 800$.. I told them to take the car back if they were not going to fix it. I noticed last month 14000$ went on my credit and the car was only 9500$. They are refusing to give me a copy of ny contract so I can file a complaint with the attorney general and get a lawyer to fight them over this issue... I just want the debt taken off or I want my paperwork so I can fight this. I am sure my warrenty is valid considering the issue was apparent the day after I bought the car.Desired Settlement: If they want to give me another car and keep me as a customer I would be fine with that, or they can take the debt off completely, or give me copies of my paperwork so I can file a complaint qith the a.g. and retain a lawyer to fight them in court, they refuse to send me the contract.

I reviewed Mr. [redacted] file and found the following: We have spoken to Mr. [redacted] and written to him that we updated his credit report with [redacted]. It is his responsibility to file a dispute with [redacted]. They will not make the change until he files a dispute. He is the only one that can activate the change. Please have him do so. The process, because [redacted] is a large company will take 30 -60 days.Sincerely,[redacted]President

Regards,

Review: This company and the lending branch have been a nightmare! I will NEVER do business again and pray no one will have as well.

Paid off my car online, through their payment portal. My last payment was $132.00, please understand that my normal bi-weekly payments were $200.00. Paid it! Whew- done. Was so excited. Waited a month for the title to arrive in the mail and it never did. So I called. Guess what- all of the sudden I have mystery charges that have appeared on my account to the tune of $78.00. Now mind you, this is after I paid the balance according to their website in full and brought the balance down to zero. Typically, I would just pay the money and be done with this horrific company but I was "right sized" and am currently unemployed. I spoke with [redacted] who was very nice and empathic but couldn't do anything. He transferred me to some bimbo that can't spell her own name who suggested that I file a Revdex.com compliant if I didn't like the way I was being treated. So I am.

These mysterious charges are false and erroneous. I don't owe them or they would have shown up when I paid off my car. Please warn others not to have dealings with this company. First they repossessed my car over $40 and now this. THis is what's wrong with America.Desired Settlement: I want what is rightfully mine- my car title without paying the $78.00.
