Eddie [redacted] is wonderful to deal with He listened to me and treated me with the utmost respect

Eddie [redacted] was very helpful with my mother's refund on her vehicle

Endurance scheduled a telephone call appointment with the customer where Endurance's Customer Service Manager walked through the vehicle service contract line by line Endurance's Customer Service Manager showed the customer and she agreed that she understood the failed components were not listed for coverage We offered, and per the customer, Endurance's Customer Service Manager cancelled the policy and issued a full refund At the end of the call, Endurance's Customer Service Manager asked the customer if she was satisfied and stated yes

It is a genuine pleasure and honor for me to write this letter of recommendation I found the service of Joe [redacted] of Customer Service to be outstandingHe listened to my concerns and found a way to help me as the consumerEmployees like this are rare, he had the ability to allow me to feel importantJoe demonstrated that he understands the ethics of customer service He kept a sharp eye on the bottom line, but without losing sight of the customer I suppose doing well in business is easy if you have employees like Joe [redacted] he is, driven by both quality and efficiencyIn closing, let me say I have no hesitation in recommending Joe [redacted] and Endurance WarrantyThank you, Laura [redacted]

I've only had the best, fast, and prompt service with EnduranceI'm very pleased that I chose Endurance My representative Martin, has been the bestVery friendly, imformative, and pleasant when I call with questions stars from me

The consumer states she does "not want any calls to my home number, cell number or any mailings from this company" Please be advised Endurance does not have the consumer's phone number and never called the consumer Endurance never, in the history of our organization, cold-called or canvassed prospects via the telephone for businessFurther, Endurance has never contracted outside marketing firms or telemarketing companies to cold-call or canvass prospects via the telephone for business Regarding the mail piece, Endurance immediately followed up with the third party data provider Endurance contracted with regarding the data that included the consumer's daughter receiving the mail pieceThe data provider stated that they found the data came from an online publisher that used in-app incentives to drive leads So, during candy crush or another app, the publisher ran an add for free tokens if you fill out a form for a quote The data provider stated that they work tirelessly to catch the publishers that do that The data provider pointed out that this scenario happens few and far between, they thought they had it completely cut out a while back and were shocked to hear it happened Endurance add the consumer to Endurance's "do not mail list" to make sure the consumer does not receive a direct mail solicitation in the future

This review is with a story - Jan 1st(2014) , bought a [redacted] and I needed a warrantyI spoke to a Enducance salesmen and he sold me the best level warranty they have telling me my engine or transmission or anything can die in my car in a year or so an ill still be paying for the car even if I cant drive itmonths later my transmission starts dying - take the car to a [redacted] - $repair billEndurance pays the bill I pay a $deductible - Endurance gets a 10/from me I am so happy I got the Warranty and Im still covered for about another years(Make your next move your best move anf get Endurance) - - [redacted]

I would like to thank Justin [redacted] for his excellent work today He is such a professional and helped me with everything I needed He went above and beyond for me and I wouldn't have kept my coverage if not for him I look forward to doing more business with Justin in the future

The customer purchased an Endurance Select Premier vehicle service contract for their [redacted] Xwith 110,miles At the point of sale, the sales representative went over the vehicle service contract and informed the customer of Endurance 30-day money back guarantee policy whereby the customer can cancel for any reason within days and receive a full refund The sales representative then transferred the call to Endurance's Verification Department where a verification representative went over the contract terms once more Further, Endurance mailed the customer the vehicle service contract via USPS critical mail to ensure delivery of the contract The customer initiated a claim for a failed valve gasket and leaking seal Endurance's official denial was for "non-covered" parts because the Select Premier vehicle service contract does not cover seals and gaskets In the interest of customer service Endurance cancelled the contract, waived the cost of the time-used as well as any applicable cancellation fees and issued the customer a full refund

Eddie [redacted] was amazing at helping me with my issue today! It is so great to know that Endurance truly cares about its customers

The customer service representative is polite and courteousShe is knowledgeable and knows her product

They are salesmen first When I called to compare rates I was given several sales pitches and smoke and mirror discounts So, I called back and spoke with a different agentThe second agent gave me the same pressure filled sales pitch but this agent gave different inflated prices on the same plans I went with a different company who gained my confidence by having a great Revdex.com rating And the agent listened to what I asked for and didn't need a sales pitch He explained the product and it sold itself

I had an overall positive experience

Steen [redacted] was the most wonderful person to deal withAAA rating

Eddie [redacted] at Endurance was able to solve a problem I was dealing with for the past month He provided excellent customer service and used creativity to come up with an acceptable solution that the other people, and the dealership I dealt with, were unable to do Thank you for relieving a stressful situation

Endurance was extremely helpful in answering my warranty questions I would recommend their services to anyone

Keeps sending notices even though I've called and complainedJunk mail every couple of weeks

I feel that the customer service of [redacted] was excellent she pinpointed the problem and got it resolved any quick fashion
