I had a very positive experience with the Endurance Rep I had the pleasure of speaking

I purchased a platinum warranty from Endurance a couple of months agoIt was approx.112$ down and 89$ a month for two years, I heard a noise and took it into the dealershipFirst they said an adjustor would need to come out to see the vehicle and I need to leave the car at the dealership or the warranty was voidThey stated everything was in order and they would more than lightly cover a rentalThank God I have another vehicle because that would of been another cost to endureI called frequently and spoke with customer service, whole days later I spoke with customer service time in one day they would tell me everything was ok and tell the shop they need to speak to me, they tell me they need a price sheets from the shopI get the horse and pony show up to 4:pm on the 8th day at which time they tell me that the repairs to my car are from a pre-existing conditionI could of had my car days ago but thought I had a warranty, if they were not going to cover it they could of told me after the adjuster reviewed itI canceled my warranty they did me the favor of voiding a cancelation fee I knew nothing aboutSave your money! Don't purchase something with hard earned money all I could think of is what if I was out of town visiting my daughter

I had a issue with my car and didn't have the monies to pay for it cause it wasn't covered and I knew that it was my responsibility to fix But when I could get anywhere with the shop I took it to I called Endurance and I talked to a Eddie [redacted] and I didn't expect for him to go above and beyond for me he called my shop and got them to reduce there price by more the so I could get it fixed and out of there I am so grateful for the company and Eddie [redacted] I will be sure to recommend my family to you ,, its so hard to find a company that will really stand behind you and be honest thx you so much I am one happy customer

We could not find the consumer in our internal mailing databaseHowever, to ensure that the consumer will not be mailed an advertisement from our company in the future we have added his name and address to our internal "Do Not Mail" list

Endurance's Customer Service Manager spoke to the customer and explained the pro-rated refund process The customer understands and is happy with the resolution regarding her refund

I obviously know that any large company is going to have bad reviews against themHeck even [redacted] and [redacted] have bad reviews but it doesn't make them bad storesI'm glad I went with my better judgment and bought a policy with EnduranceI haven't had a single issue with them or my policyEveryone there is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, especially AshleyThank you for all of your help with my claim!

We are sorry about any confusion we caused the consumer and as a result of her complaint Endurance placed her on our internal "take me off you list" mailing database to ensure she does not receive any future direct mail advertisements from our company

Eddy [redacted] , customer service manager made my day, he was able to keep my policy in effect during a financial crisis, not only did he give me a free month of payments but he was able to lower my paymentsI am very satisfied with this company and impressed with his Can Do attitude!!!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Endurance says they tried to contact me but I did not receive anything in the mail. I received no phone calls from anyone who identified themselves as an Endurance rep. Actually, even if an Endurance rep would have called me I would be suspicious since they would not talk to me about my cancellation when I called them twice. I mailed a certified letter to Endurance that was delivered on 9/17, nearly two weeks after my first attempt to cancel over the phone. My contract was purchased on 4/16, effective 5/16. Coverage for 100k or 60 mos for a total cost of $2583. My cancellation letter shows my first attempt to cancel was on 9/4 with 106,904 miles. I agreed to the required $100 cancellation fee. I have received a check from Endurance for a refund with no other correspondence, or explanation enclosed. Evidently it is in response to the BBB complaint. The check is for $266.24 which is about $100 less than it should be, depending on whether I'm required to pay for the first 30 days of "non-coverage" and what date they used for cancellation. They may have used the BBB complaint date as a cancellation date, which is totally unprofessional and dishonest. It takes a BBB complaint to get action??This company may handle a warranty well, I don't know, but they certainly don't handle a cancellation well. Sincerely, [redacted]

Only a few months after purchasing an extended warranty for my [redacted] , I had to have some repairs done which were fairly expensive The Endurance representative made sure that the repairs were done quickly and appropriately with virtually no cost beyond my deductible This service will allow me to enjoy my car for several more years and to know that my drive will be safe, reliable and cost efficient

Micheal was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that my plan wasn't cancelled despite recent financial hardship

Overall I’m very pleased with my experience at EnduranceI’ve been a customer of theirs for over three years and have used my policy on multiple occasionsThe policy paid out on everything they said was coveredI’m extremely thankful that I had this coverage, otherwise it would have been over $I would have spent out of my own pocket! Their customer service department is extremely helpful and knowledgeable- they have gone out of their way for me on multiple occasionsThe sales rep who assisted me was very patient and helped me pick the best plan that suited my needsI will continue with these guys, happy to have it

In response to the complaint, Endurance reviewed all of the information attached with this consumer in order to determine a resolutionThe customer purchased coverage on her BMW 325i on 5/5/The customer originally requested a quote back on 3/27/through our website and an Endurance agent provided her with all of the complete coverage details via email back in MarchWhen the coverage was officially purchased on 5/5/2015, the consumer was emailed a copy of the coverage again and was also sent the coverage in writing via USPS Critical Mail Delivery which also includes tracking number confirmationEndurance provides only one version of the contract and the consumer was provided with coverage details prior to purchase as well as the same day of purchaseThe contract includes all coverage and exclusionsThis consumer filed her first claim on 6/25/and the claim was approved for ignition coilsThe consumer filed a second claim on 10/12/and the repair facility informed Endurance that the vehicle's clutch had failedMost policies will not cover the clutch because it is a wearable item and does not fail but rather wears out over timeThe clutch is listed specifically in the exclusions section of the contract and therefore was not coveredThe consumer submitted written notice of cancellation to our office on 11/12/and the contract was cancelled per her requestThe consumer was provided with a pro-rated refund based on time and mileage usage, less any cancellation fees and claims that were paid out on the contractEndurance wanted to provide all of the details of this case in the interest of providing great customer service

I received a notice in the mail from this company that my factory warranty was about to expireI called the number and spoke to an "agent" to discuss this informationHe gave me quotes and insisted that I had to buy the contract today or I would lose the discount he was offeringI told him that I wanted to research this offer and he started telling me what a great company this was and he would send me some links by email to use to check out the validity of the companyI then checked my Service agreement to verify if in fact it was expired and then called my dealer that sold me the car and the service agreementI was told that they had numerous calls about this company and that their information was "bogus" and that my policy still had years on my warrantyBeware of this company

Called endurance talked to Eddie and he was a big help
