I am not sure who the customer spoke to this year since I cannot locate a note in our system. However, I do see a reship for the entire order plus strawberries in our system pending. It is pending because it is waiting for the planting zone to open which is the beginning of May. If
the customer wants it sooner please let us know.Thank you,Customer Service

I no longer wish to do business with Gardeners Collection. I gave them ample time to respond to me and both times they gave me different answers or did not respond at all

Customer has been refunded for the shipping

We receive many calls and try our best to get back to each one but often times the customer does not answerThe order shipped and should be there any day now

I am rejecting this response because: I have never received the shipment and it is now June 17thThey need to supply you and myself with a valid tracking number showing this deliveredI cannot believe it took two weeks for
a response like thisAll I want is my credit card refundedWhen contacted not once would they give me a tracking numberIf you or this business cannot supply me with a valid tracking number showing where I signed for this shipment by today then I will be contacting the *** *** of my state and filing a complaint for mail fraudThe company told me it shipped 04/23/and when I contacted them on 06/15/I was told it shipped that dayWHEN DID THIS SHIP, SUPPLY ME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER SHOWING IT DELIVERED SO IF WHAT THEY ARE SAYING IS TRUE I CAN WORK WITH THE CARRIERIf I do not receive this information by end of day I will be contacting the *** *** of my state for mail fraud and include all this documentation showing what little was done on my behalf by your branch to solve this issueThis is unacceptable. I have attached the original email I received from the company!

We have issued a refund $ However, we were issued a chargeback as well so the customer needs to contact their credit card company since we are owed reimbursement

Due to the major delays at our nursery, the orders are shipping at a much later date. However, I have issued the customer a refund today

Please advise if they still have not received the items and we will refund the money

We spoke to the customer informing them that we had a shipping issue because our nursery located in TN had major issues with their local post office which caused us to change shipped in the middle of our heavy season. The customer's order is being processed now and will ship by *** ***
and not by ***. We had informed the customer that we will call them once we have a confirmed ship date which we are monitoring their account daily/manually. If the customer does not want the order when received than they would need to refuse the package and when returned to us we will issue a refund.

We called the customer and have issued a refund for $for the dead plants that they received

and they told me that they were shipped out on May and would be received on May or May and as of May they have not arrivedEven if they were shipped on May after days Live plants will be deadI personally believe that they have never been shipped nor do they intend to ship themI paid for insurance on the shipment so they should be able to get reimbursed from the transportation companyI can't believe that they were shipped without a tacking number from the transportation sourceI wish to receive a refund for the total amount that I paid for the plants since I have had to purchase new plants from another source$made to mu credit card that I used
