Reshipping the order asap

Order was never charged due to our nursery no longer accepting new orders

As provided, I have proof that I did contact them, and that they said the plants were shipped. To this date the plants have never arrived - it should be obvious by now that they were never shipped. My bank has reversed the charge on my debit card, and I will expect this business to honor that reversal since I have no merchandise, and they have cleared lied about having shipped anything as well as claiming I never contacted them. You have the proof that I did contact them, and I can provide further proof of the repeated phone calls I made to them that went un-returned if necessary. I want nothing more to do with them; however, I will expect them not to dispute the reversal of the charge on my debit card, and they need to clearly acknowledge that before I will accept their response. I like to add a comment: I still believe this company trys scamming people in hopes the person doesn't go thru the extent I did to get my refund

I would like the record to reflect I did receive plants, but I had
paid for 12. They did offer to refund the additional payment or to send an additional plants but that would have to be next season because it was too late in the season for shipping. I opted for the refund and they have done so. However, since it is so late in the growing season, I am not sure they will be big enough to make it through the winter. Only minimal growth is apparent at this time. I would have serious issues recommending this company to anyone
