Our experience with Patterson Remodeling has a positive end result It did not begin that way, when the 6000+ sq ft of pavers installed on our driveway quickly broke and sunk due to improper preparation of basePatterson Remodeling soon realized they'd hired unskilled crew for the project, and so they did come through as promised and found someone else who came to tear up the entire driveway and begin again The project took months from start to re-finish, but it did get done correctly at last We have been using the driveway for a year and a half now and it still looks brand new, we are very pleased with it Yes we would recommend Patterson remodeling Our experience was both negative and positive but fortunately the positive is the end result

Patterson Remodeling completed a restoration in our manufactured home after 12,gallons devastated our master bedroom, master bathroom, hallway & laundry nookThis company's sister company, Arizona Restoration, removed the water so I called Patterson as I had no idea where to begin to handle even one thing to start the process of rebuilding"Contractor Jake" as I call him came to meet with us and found a tearful, confused meHe was patient, kind and assured me he would deal with hpthe adjuster, insurance company, all subcontractors and keep us in the loopWithin a couple days, the demolition team arrived and completed it in one dayThe plumber came and capped off the problem water connectionsThe rebuild crew arrived the next day to begin restorationEveryone who helped to restore our home worked hard, never complained despite the heat, were always pleasant and always had time to answer any questions"Contractor Jake", you are my hero - you did everything for us and never got frustrated even when dealing with a weepy meThank you to everyone who helped us seems inadequate, but please know we are sincereWe love our new bedroom, new bathroom, and new flooring and are amazed how quickly it was completedTHANK YOU - WE ARE SO GRATEFUL!

We had Ryan out to walk through a kitchen/bath remodel project He never got us the proposal or returned numerous phone messages Put us in a bind, we had to leave town without getting a quote for work we would like done, we'll have to have another contractor out when we return this fall

Patterson Remodeling installed tile in several areas of our home The work was excellent, the price was reasonable and they did an outstanding job
I am very impressed with all of the personnel that we worked with including the Project Manager, Scott and tile professional, Justin What a beautiful job they did This was on ordinary laying tile on the floor but intricate work on walls above tub surround in master bath which included a small wall with corners on each side This was repeated in the guest bathroom, backsplash in the kitchen, back of counter and above the desk
When I saw the work, I actually cried How beautiful it is Thank you Scott and Justin Your guys are a class act and your work is perfection!

After weeks into purchasing my condo, my kitchen counters got flooded and I was informed that holes would be bashed into my walls, including my shower, due to leaking pipes behind the wallsJake was a godsend! Not only did he represent me to my insurance company , he advocated for me repeatedly to the roadblocks presented by the HOAI couldn't have kept my sanity without himNow, I have a beautiful condo beyond my wildest dreams

My experience with this company went from bad to worseThe time frame in which the home remodel was quoted took double that amount of timeLack of communication, subpar work was done on the house, no show of professionalism or pride in the workThe workers never cleaned up there mess, left doors and windows open when air on, and brought kids to workThere was never a superintendent on site to fulfill the promises that were made The work job was never completed but a bill was presented which was an absorbent amount Is that how the company stays in business, cheating out the elderly Very Poor!!

We hired Patterson to do a cosmetic rehab on an investment property in the *** *** ***Original request was for homes but patterson never returned to the 1st propertyThe work that was agreed and paid for to be COMPLETED by patterson was not doneThe work that was done was incomplete tile installation by non english speaking, undocumented workers, ( when their website and verbal agreement stated all workers are documented licesed with background checks, ), interior srpay paint throughout the house, vanities were not removed paint on vanities ( we replaced) , ceiling fans not removed at my request until their people installed new ones that I bought, wiring one incorrectly shorting out fan and the remote is missing for the only one that had a remote , 3rd fan installed in wrong room, paint texture and paint uneven and missing in many areas, Patterson said they would repaint entire house with texture, we paid a different contractor to paint and texture interior,

My experience with this company was awesomeI needed a granite countertop installedDarren and Dion were both professional, and great to work withThe result is beautiful, and the price was reasonableI would recommend this company, and will definitely use them again when I have my kitchen cabinets replaced

I would like to take a minute and let everyone at Revdex.com and Patterson Remodeling know how much my son & I appreciate their work. My son had a flood in his home that he had lived in only a very short time. Having your first home is an amazing thing and when things go wrong it is very stressful and confusing. Patterson Remodeling came in and looked the damage over. Matt Hintze was the foreman of the project. Matt had great empathy for all involved. He spent time talking to my son and his girlfriend Samantha. Matt explained the process of repairs and assured them he would be there for them at a moments notice. Matt gave them a great deal of confidence and took a load of stress away from them. During the repairs, Matt was always in contact with Danny & Samantha. He responded to phone calls and many text messages in a timely manner. Even after hours sometimes! He helped them with wood flooring, carpet, paints, drywall and every aspect of the repairs. He even put up with me, Danny's dad! We would recommend Patterson Remodeling as a great TEAM member when you need repairs. Thank you to Patterson Remodeling, Matt Hintze and the entire team that made Danny and Samantha's house a home again. Danny, Samantha and Dad!!!

The Monday after Thanksgiving we had a major water leak in our house. The water extraction company was there in 30 minutes from our phone call. They recommended Patterson for our repairs. We needed four days of dehumidifying and drying and then new carpet, new tile, new wood floor and lots and lots of drywall repair. We were having family for Christmas and all I could do was cry. My husband works extensively with building vendors and warned me that things do not always go as planned and we should not expect this all to be completed before Christmas. When we met with [redacted] and explained what was happening he said he would do his best to have it done by Christmas. We had crews in the house nonstop and they worked quickly and efficiently. [redacted] was on top of any little hickups and gave us well more than 100% of his time and effort. He answered his phone more times than not and if I did leave a message he called me back quickly. On Monday before Christmas we unpacked the last of the boxes returned to us by the contents company and family arrived three hours later. The house looks amazing and we felt like we worked with a friend and not just a contractor. We couldn't have asked for a better experience for going through such a difficult time.

My job that Patterson did in my home was probably as small as they come, but I was treated like it was the most important job to them. They were professional, courteous, and timely. The small area of tile they laid looks great. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks me if I know of a reputable remodeling company.

We had new floor tile installed throughout the house, a kitchen backsplash & the whole interior of the house painted. What a GREAT experience. I had a leak in my master bath. Following mitigation of the leak, Patterson Remodeling began the rebuild which included replacing the front portion of tiled tub enclosure, replacing bottom of tiled shower enclosure with tiled bench, replacing the entire shower floor which was also tile and a portion of the exterior wall of my home. Immediately after mitigation, [redacted] from Patterson contacted me to view the project. Upon his visit, [redacted] began the rebuild process with [redacted] as project manager. [redacted] took charge immediately and managed all insurance claim requirements as well as rebuild. In 3 weeks my bath was back to normal -- actually better than normal. What a GREAT job!!!!!!

I purchased a townhome that needed to be remodeled and hired [redacted] to do the tile work. They did a great job, were willing to work around another conttractor who wasn't very good at staying on schedule and got the job done very quickly. [redacted] was good at keeping to the schedule, finding ways of cutting costs and in the end bringing the job in at the agreed to price.

My Wife & I had Patterson Remodeling & Custom Tile install Granite Counters in our Kitchen and Bathroom, also install Floor Tile throughout our home in the Summer of 2014, they did a nice Job and was pleased with very little complaints. This year 2015 we contacted [redacted] with Patterson and wanted a estimate on a Built in Media Center in our Great Room, [redacted] came out and took Pictures and measured etc. A week latter no one contacted us, my wife called and left a message for [redacted] to call us, again no call, we e-mailed the Company about the estimate we wanted, again no call! Just before we contacted Patterson for this estimate we recommended Patterson to our friends for some Granite to be installed in their Kitchen and Bathroom which they did do the job with some problems, we are so disappointed this time with Patterson that I don't think we would do business again, also wish we would never have recommended Patterson to our friends also, a very Disappointed Experience homeowner that got treated like [redacted] the second time around. [redacted]

My fiancé and I just bought our first home and with much to be done decided to find a remodeling company that "can do it all." We were referred by friends to use Patterson Remodeling. After seeing the beautiful job that was done at our friends home, we felt very comfortable going with Patterson. We met with [redacted], one of the representatives and after just a couple of weeks they had completed everything, which the other companies that we received quotes from told us it would be done in no less that 30 days which would postpone our move in date. To our surprise, [redacted] and his team got it all completed and looking amazing in half the time. I will be refer erring Patterson to everyone I know with an A+ rating. Way to go guys!!!!!

We suffered a significant water pipe leak in an interior wall and our insurance company recommended Patterson Remodeling for the repair work. Despite being very busy because of recent flooding damage around the valley, [redacted] came out to inspect our damage a day after I called, and he had a team begin work the following week. In five days our living room, family room, and study were back together and better than new. We took this opportunity to upgrade from carpet to hardwood, and [redacted] crew was terrific- careful but quick. [redacted] had all four work crews arriving like clock work. Nobody wants to suffer water damage, but if it has to happen, then Patterson can get it fixed with skill, speed, and honesty.

I submitted a review a few weeks ago, that I want to amend. I gave a "neutral" score, but have since then, wished to give a more positive review.

It was regarding the larger driveway we had pavered. The experience was mixed because the first crew did a very inadequate install, but Patterson Remodeling served us well by having a new (licensed) crew tear out all 6500 sq ft of pavers and re-install the driveway..this time it has turned out very well. We have now had some time to make use of the driveway and it is standing up and serving us beautifully. We do very much appreciate Patterson Remodelling seeing to it our project was completed to satisfaction. We are so pleased with this new driveway! I'd like to give them a positive review, instead of neutral as previously submitted. Thank you

(Because the experience started out so badly, I cannot give them a 10, but because they did go through the long, and costly process of completely re-doing the driveway, and we are very happy with it, we can rate them 8 at least.)

They left thin set mortar splatters all over the walls. I had to clean them myself. They did a poor job with the grout, they left low spots when they wiped off the tile. Never finished the doorway carpet transitions when they told us they would. When asked about it they denied saying they would do it but promised to send someone to fix it. They never have followed up.
