[redacted] did a fantastic job of supervising an extensive remodel of our Scottsdale home. All the Patterson employees and contractors did excellent work. They were highly responsive, totally trustworthy and meticulous in their workmanship. Highly recommended.

Patterson Remodeling installed tile in several areas of our home. The work was excellent, the price was reasonable and they did an outstanding job.

I am very impressed with all of the personnel that we worked with including the Project Manager, Scott and tile professional, Justin. What a beautiful job they did. This was on ordinary laying tile on the floor but intricate work on walls above tub surround in master bath which included a small wall with corners on each side. This was repeated in the guest bathroom, backsplash in the kitchen, back of counter and above the desk.

When I saw the work, I actually cried. How beautiful it is. Thank you Scott and Justin. Your guys are a class act and your work is perfection!

Highly recommend this company for installation of flooring/tile. Our Manufactured home was a complicated installation and was accomplished in a timely manner and an exceptional outcome.

The customer service rendered by Dustin (Patterson Remodeling) was exceptional and greatly appreciated. David and Aaron are very capable; the underflooring presented a challenge with odd angles and uneven surfaces and turned out beautifully. They are quite talented and skillful - We will be having them install other tile in our home. Really an excellent experience - we have had several tiling opportunities in previous homes and this group, by far, provided the best service. We will be recommending them to several of our neighbors and family

The tile installer took much longer than estimated to complete the job. We were told that he had experience with glass tile installation, but he did not seem to have that expertise. He did not have the correct tool to cut glass tile. He made mistakes installing the tile where tiles were not lined up correctly and had to be uninstalled and reinstalled. He did not cut correctly around outlets leaving enough room to insert screws and had to redo some of those. There are several slightly cracked tiles. My husband had to point out the problems. He was agreeable about fixing things. The second day he was supposed to arrive about 9:30 AM, but did not get here until 1:30 PM, which meant he did not finish until 8:30 PM on a Friday night. While he was working he kept getting calls from his supervisor asking if he was done yet, which seemed to distract him and add to his stress. The following day my husband spent 5 hours wiping the dried grout haze off of the glass tile as it had dried to a hard finish. We would not use this company again or recommend them. We would also not use Installation Made Easy again. We should have used a local company that specialized in tile installation rather than the

So many times you read negative reviews. This is not one of those negative comments. Our experience with Patterson Remodeling was absolutely amazing. We have dealt with numerous contractors in the past and it was always a battle. Not so with Patterson Remodeling. I had my battle gear on when we started dealing with them, because they’re a contractor. I soon found out they return calls, they do what they say they are going to do, when they said they were going to do it and they do it for a fair price. Like with any projects, there are bumps along the way however the difference is that they will make it right without asking for any addition money. They genuinely care about the work they do. We tiled our entire house (2,550 sq. ft.), painted all of the interior walls, replaced our kitchen counter top and the counter top in all three bathrooms. In addition, we tiled our bathroom showers and put new doors in each shower as well as other smaller projects. We actually trusted what they said and respected their opinion. We were very lucking to have Patterson Remodeling do our remodeling and strongly recommend them for any project you are contemplating.

If I could provide negative stars, I would do so. After receiving the contact information through Floor and Décor for Patterson remodeling, I provided information, answered additional questions, and was told that a quote for new countertops would be forthcoming. Weeks later, after more than 12 phone messages/calls, a call to the office, numerous emails to Mark, and a conversation with Floor and Décor's installation counterpart, I have still not received the quote for the work provided, nor have I received a phone call, email, or message saying that they were too busy, or were not interested in doing the work. Very poor business practices. Don't waste your time with Patterson Remodeling!

I would like to take a minute and let everyone at Revdex.com and Patterson Remodeling know how much my son & I appreciate their work. My son had a flood in his home that he had lived in only a very short time. Having your first home is an amazing thing and when things go wrong it is very stressful and confusing. Patterson Remodeling came in and looked the damage over. Matt Hintze was the foreman of the project. Matt had great empathy for all involved. He spent time talking to my son and his girlfriend Samantha. Matt explained the process of repairs and assured them he would be there for them at a moments notice. Matt gave them a great deal of confidence and took a load of stress away from them. During the repairs, Matt was always in contact with Danny & Samantha. He responded to phone calls and many text messages in a timely manner. Even after hours sometimes! He helped them with wood flooring, carpet, paints, drywall and every aspect of the repairs. He even put up with me, Danny's dad! We would recommend Patterson Remodeling as a great TEAM member when you need repairs. Thank you to Patterson Remodeling, Matt Hintze and the entire team that made Danny and Samantha's house a home again. Danny, Samantha and Dad!!!

My job that Patterson did in my home was probably as small as they come, but I was treated like it was the most important job to them. They were professional, courteous, and timely. The small area of tile they laid looks great. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks me if I know of a reputable remodeling company.

The Monday after Thanksgiving we had a major water leak in our house. The water extraction company was there in 30 minutes from our phone call. They recommended Patterson for our repairs. We needed four days of dehumidifying and drying and then new carpet, new tile, new wood floor and lots and lots of drywall repair. We were having family for Christmas and all I could do was cry. My husband works extensively with building vendors and warned me that things do not always go as planned and we should not expect this all to be completed before Christmas. When we met with [redacted] and explained what was happening he said he would do his best to have it done by Christmas. We had crews in the house nonstop and they worked quickly and efficiently. [redacted] was on top of any little hickups and gave us well more than 100% of his time and effort. He answered his phone more times than not and if I did leave a message he called me back quickly. On Monday before Christmas we unpacked the last of the boxes returned to us by the contents company and family arrived three hours later. The house looks amazing and we felt like we worked with a friend and not just a contractor. We couldn't have asked for a better experience for going through such a difficult time.

Due to water damage I was in need of my kitchen tile to be replaced. I purchased the tile and all of the needed material to do the job. The company I purchased it from recommended Patterson to do the job. I contacted "[redacted]" - had to leave two messages before he called me back to make an appointment to get an estimate. He was on time and gave an estimate that I felt was reasonable. I scheduled two different appointments - one for the installation of the Hardibacker for the floor (which was suppose to be installed before the cabinets) and then they were suppose to come out and lay the tile 5 days later. I took time off of work for both appointments. After being an hour late I called [redacted] and left a message. Of course no call back. I called the company and spoke to a girl that was calling [redacted] to find out what was going on. Again, no call back. I called the company again, just to find out I wasn't even on their schedule for the day but a manager would call me. In the mean time I found another company to show up and lay the hardibacker down. The manager did call me back and informed me he had a crew "out sick" and he was trying to find someone to do the job. In other words - he was lying to me. He tried intimidating me to only allow his crew to do the job. I said no but he could lay the tile. They promised their crew would be out 5 days later and on time. The day came and to no surprise I got a call saying they would be three hours late. At the end of the three hours (4PM that day)They called to say it would be in the morning. I informed them that appliances were being delivered and the crew would need to be here by 0630. They said no problem. Surprise, Surprise, NO CREW. I have dealt with a lot of construction crews the last two months and none of them were this unreliable and untrustworthy. I would strongly recommend people to think twice about this company - especially if you have a timeline for a job.

What a GREAT experience. I had a leak in my master bath. Following mitigation of the leak, Patterson Remodeling began the rebuild which included replacing the front portion of tiled tub enclosure, replacing bottom of tiled shower enclosure with tiled bench, replacing the entire shower floor which was also tile and a portion of the exterior wall of my home. Immediately after mitigation, [redacted] from Patterson contacted me to view the project. Upon his visit, [redacted] began the rebuild process with [redacted] as project manager. [redacted] took charge immediately and managed all insurance claim requirements as well as rebuild. In 3 weeks my bath was back to normal -- actually better than normal. What a GREAT job!!!!!!
