Victor V*** is a gem to work withHis patience is outstanding!! I highly recommend him as a valued financial partner

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! I had numerous credit cards and debt that I couldn't get out from under I was sold on the "consolidation" plan with payments that I could afford and in most cases the debt was going to be settled for much less than what I owed Any correspondence from the credit card companies would immediately be sent to Timberline I would get an automated email reply and that was itThey do nothing with the letters I received a letter in the mail from an attorney soliciting services since I was being sued by a credit card company Timberline didn't alert me and I had to find out from a lawyer I contacted the court and I found out that I was actually being sued When I notified Timberline they told me to send in the summons and they would take care of it Then they told me I had to keep asking for continuances until they could get it settledNow I am having to do the heavy lifting Ridiculous Months go by and nothing was ever done with the account I called weekly and was given the runaround by Antwon Johnson, a supposed litigator with the company He told me all the usual stuff "I do business with these companies all the time", "we have a working relationship", "I know the other guy handling your case", "don't worry, I am going to take care of it for you." All bull The credit card company offered me a settlement and I told Antwon Johnson to take it He agreed and said it was a done deal If I didn't hear back from him it meant that all was good I even put more money into the account to make sure there were no snags and that we could get this settled so I wouldn't have to go to court Time goes by and I am being sued again by the credit card company Antwon Johnson did nothing to ensure this would be taken care of I am now terminating my agreement with Timberline Timberline takes fees for every transaction that occurs They were continuing to pay themselves while they were not paying off my credit card balances They have taken thousands of dollars from my account for fees They had months to come to a settlement with the creditor that was suing me and did nothing Dishonest IncompetentWont return your calls Mailbox is full when you try to call themDon't waste your time and money

This company has repeatedly not followed through on actions The latest issue is that I filed a 'skip payment' motion in November for the Dec payment as I was at completion of the program, with sufficient funds in my account to cover the remaining payment and the fees, and still provide a small refund $was still deducted from my bank for the December payment I contacted them and was told they screwed up and submitted the skip payment for Jan *** A refund was supposed to be issued within business days After I called back This time I was told the last agent put in the notes, but never filed something that was required for action to be taken I was told it was escalated, and would be taken care of within a week I was out of the country for weeks, came back, and still nothing had been refunded I called again the first week of January, and was told it was processing and should be in my account within days I have now called again today, 1/*/2019, and hav

I have a contractual agreement with Timberline that allows them to withdraw $on the *** of each monthMy regular payment was made on the ***, as usualOn Sunday, October *** three separate withdrawals were made by Timberline's associate company Global Client Services (two for $and one for $477.95)Two of these withdrawals (one for $and one for $477.95) were immediate reversedI called Timberline on Monday, October *** and was told that the remaining $would be put back in my account by the end of business that dayThat didn't happenI called on Tuesday, October ***The rep told me that they mistook the reverses that were done on Sunday at being complete and that the remaining $was my usual monthly paymentIt wasn'tI spoke to her supervisor who told me I had to contact Global Client ServicesI did and was told that, in fact noI need to deal with TimerblineGCS just processes the ordersTimberline is responsible for placing t

I am so thankful to have been offered Timberline’s debt resolution assistance I began compiling credit card debt due to a debilitating physical injury that rendered me unable to work After months without a single paycheck I had accumulated nearly $30k of credit card debt I felt like I was drowning All of my cards literally had less than $of available balance I had become completely overwhelmed and crushed by anxiety, thinking I was about to lose everything That’s the moment when Jessica called me with Timberline’s offer It almost seemed too good to be true My prayers were finally answered Thanks!

Similar story that I've seen other people had: I was baited with a promise of a pre-approved consolidation loan, but then told I didn't qualify for itBut they have this better option, debt negotiation/resolutionIt sounded too good to be true, and I even asked, "what's the catch?"My consultant, Benjamin, didn't explain the entire process and tried to rush me through signing the contract so that I couldn't read itHe even had me sign for my husband, which I thought was shadyAs I'm trying to keep up with him, but still read some of the contract, I asked him how long it would take for my creditors to be paid, and when he said 4-months I was really upsetHe had never mentioned this beforeMy husband and I both have credit scores, and didn't want to take a big hit to our credit, but he assured me that it would dip initially but then come right back upI still wasn't comfortable with this, so I looked up the company on Revdex.com, and proceeded to read about all of the problems others have had with Timberline getting the creditors paid, and with collection notices and constant hasslingI had already filled out the contract paperwork by this time, but hadn't finished the "compliance call" where I needed to answer some questions from some other guyI told Benjamin that I had doubts about doing this, and wanted to speak with my husband before finalizing anything (if you'll recall, hubby never actually agreed to anything since Benjamin had me sign for him)Benjamin tried to convince me to go ahead and finish the process because there is a five day cancellation allowed, but I refusedWe decided not to do the program, so I immediately called Benjamin and left a messageI also sent an email stating that we didn't want to participateI received no response, so I tried again the next day with another voice mail and another email asking for confirmationThis guy had my bank account information and a signed contract, so I was really worried about the charges going throughThis was a Friday, and I didn't want to go into the weekend without putting a stop to this, so I called the main customer service lineThey couldn't help at all, other than to send Benjamin another message to contact me before the end of the day, which he did not doI then found the cancellation form from the contract, and faxed it to the company and to Benjamin's number, requesting an urgent replyMonday came and still received no response, so I left another voice mail, called customer service again, and finally sent another email asking for confirmation and explaining that the reviews here were one of the reasons for us backing out, and that I would be making a review here as wellThis finally got a response, and this is what he said, "you only need to cancel if you sign up, you did not complete your compliance callIf you would not like help getting out of debt I would appreciate you stop contacting me." If he had just sent a simple message back right away with the first half of that, I would not have needed to continue contacting himTalk about unprofessional! I'm still not comfortable with them having my information, but I don't know what else I can do...I already had my bank put a stop payment on my account for charges from them

I paid this company a total of $5,Then they took unauthorized payments out of my account so I cancelled my serviceThey had recently settled accounts so I wanted the remaining money I paid them sent back to meThey gave me several excuses as to why I could only get $backThen I was contact by a manager who attempted to break down the fee'sThey did not make sense to him eitherI asked for the phone number to the collection departments they paid and I was given the wrong numbersI have not received anything else from them and the manager won't speak with meA representative recently told me a decision was made not to refund me anything because it was paid toward my debt, which was incorrect

I have worked with Timberline Financial for debt reconciliationI was satisfied with their customer service since September They successfully settled of my three credit card accounts without issueJanuary 29, I requested the amount of money needed to be added to my escrow account to start negotiations on my third and last credit card accountMy daughter was willing to lend us the moneyI already had $in escrowOn 2/1/Quincy estimated $but would pass on my request to payouts(payoffs) and would have someone respond to my request--that is an inside joke the customer never receives such consideration in my experience Feband I repeated the request and was apologized by Christian and Gina for being dropped through the cracksRequests to speak to a supervisor were deflected with "would you mind if I place you on hold for a few mins while I page the supervisor?" What else could I say other than yes for fear I would never get called back The supervisor gave the frontline specialist the information to pass on to me which was they were following up and payouts were behind on their workload which affected my quoteCalls on 2/6, 2/8, 2/12, 2/13, 2/finally elicited the amount of $needed to be added to the balance of my escrow account to =a total of $11, To be fair my credit card balance was $16,I called them and told them I had the moneyThey were to email me paperwork for them to withdraw the disbursement from my checking accountMeanwhile I went into the hospital and due to my care was unable to check for the paperworkI was told when they supposedly sent the first set of paperwork, the disbursement would be held for days for processing which was to be released 3/3/It was not disbursedCalled Timberline and demanded to speak to someone who had the authority, responsibility and accountability to expedite and resolve client issuesI am in the hospital and in extreme painI was called back by a supervisor, whose name I cannot find in my notesShe indicated she would email me duplicate forms, for me to sign them, return them and she would expedite, so I would not have to wait another daysThe forms were sent on 3/at 3:pmI was napping and not pick up the email until 5:pmAfter numerous computer, scanner, and printer glitches, the signed forms were emailed at 9:pm and I received an email at 10:am 3/they were receivedDaily calls were met with assurance the disbursement would occur the next day 3/8, it was 3/before the disbursement was completedGee they managed the days anyway The last week has been consumed with phone calls to find out if negotiations had startedI was assured that third party who was holding the credit card debt had been "reached out to" while the the paperwork was being processedA final offer from the 3rd party on behalf of the Credit card company was accepted by me for $on 3/Because the computer system did not indicate the recording of my acceptance of the offer I ended up recording my acceptance times in days We have been waiting the last days for the letter of settlement, which we understand is out of the control of TimberlineWe have requested a call or email just letting us know the statusAn hour and half ago we were told it would be mins and our negotiator would call us backWe have now been told that is will be turned over to manger to investigateWe have been told that our negotiator has a hundred cases but has placed our file as his priority and called the 3rd party times and was asked not to call any moreI appreciate what he has doneNo negotiator should have a hundred cases on their plateI was told business was booming and hiring could not stay up with the growthThe personnel are attending to the long-term clients firstWhile I am sympathetic to their issues, it does not change the fact as a long-term client I am lost in the maze of their problems and my concerns are a non issue (my feelings)A manager of negotiations is to call us on MondayWhat is driving our frenzy is I need this letter to give to our loan officer to submit and clear my credit report so we can get our pre-approval letter for a loa to purchase a homeWe have lost the ability to make offers on housesWe would have liked to purchase one or the other during this almost month long processWe wait without much patience, which God may be trying to get my attention that every thing is in God's timeThis is as accurate as related as my notes and memory have allowed

Coclaims to help payment of credit card balance by negotiating lower balance and lower payment terms
Since signing up for their service as client # --- they do not respond to my phone calls or fax letters
I have received letters from one vendor (*** ***) one of which offered lower termsTimberline says to not respond to communications from vendorsI sent them a copy of letters receivedThey do not respond
The bank is proposing legal action against meTimberline should take care of this problem in accordance with our agreement

In August dollars was taken out of a my checking account by this company to start a debt resolution accountHowever I decided to cancel my contract with this company within the designated time frame, and was promised a full refundAfter several phone calls to the company, it is now going on two months and still no refund

I received a piece of mail that "pre-qualified" me for a $20,dollar loan at 2%I realized that was bogus, but decided to check them outMy debt was kind of our of control because I had been caring for my mother who has terminal cancer and I was unable to work the hours I used toSo...the debt accumulated to over $20,
I called them and was put through to a very clinical man who retrieved all my general information and informed me that a "loan specialist" would be in contact with me
Fast forward hours and I get a call from Demi M***Her sales pitch started at the first "hello" to the final "goodbye"Every question I asked she answered robotically "That's a good question ***"She proceeded to act like my best friend and ASSURED me that any negative remarks on my credit report would POOF! disappear once my debt was settledI was very apprehensive and she did her best to sway me to the "dark side"
Finally it workedI signed the contract and agreed to a monthly paymentI really should not have done that and I should have done my homework first
Almost immediately, I regretted my decision and emailed Demi back and told her I wanted to cancel the contractShe went in on me! She belittled me for not being "responsible" and not taking care of this debt, etc
I mailed and scanned a Cancellation Form that was in the contractAnd I put an end to our dialogue; as it was just a rant of insults at this point (on her end, not mine)
Even though they received the Cancellation Form over a week ago, they took out over $out of my checking accountLuckily, my bank was able to 'sop payment' on that withdrawal
This was a nightmare! I strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this shady companyIf you do, be careful, they have sticky fingers

After reading these reviews, I am starting to regret my decision to use the services of Timberline They sold us with the no interest and improve your credit within a few months It's been months my credit is worse than it has ever been and I have been summoned to court And this is only the beginning They have only settled with of creditors Ones who sent US offers to settle have not been paid - It's like they want to hold your money as long as possible to keep the interest it gains At this point we are considering filing for bankruptcy even at the loss of nearly $10,that Timberline is sitting on DON'T ALLOW THESE PEOPLE INTO YOUR LIVES!

We entered the program in July of We were quoted an amount of $by Timberline to close out all accounts on April **, They made the point that this was a conservative amount that would cover all outstanding debtsWe paid the program $on April **, At that time, there were creditors that still needed to be settledFrom April to October, zero progress was made toward settling those accountsHowever, I phoned them more than times during that time periodAt the beginning of November, we received a court summons from one of our creditorsWe reached out to TimberlineWe still could not receive a satisfactory response indicating that a response was being attemptedAt that time, on Monday, Nov **, 2018, we asked Timberline to close our account and refund the remaining amount in the Global Client Solutions accountOn Nov**, we were told we would receive $5,within 4-business daysThis would be deposited into our checking accountWithin

Received a notice from Broadstar Financial offering me a debt consolidation loan I responded by calling themThey had a third party call me back from Timberline Financial All the while we we negotiating I thought that we were making a deal to consolidate my three credit cards into one loan We negotiated over the phone and we went kind of fast and I tried to read everything as best I could while the person was talking Everything sounded like we were consolidating I was to mail them my card numbers and a voided check I printed out the agreement that was on my computer and noticed the words Resolution on the front instead of Consolidation Then I went on the computer and read the differences That was not what I was looking forI E-mailed them that same evening and to the I wanted to cancel The person that helped me was very nice through the process, but that was not what I was trying to do Hopefully I won't have any problems But if I do I will contact you again

This company did not contacted my credetors for two months and I have been waitings for my $1,refund for a month now after calling their costomer service line and asking for my refund every week since

The representative that contacted me was pleasant, but tended to talk fast I followed up with some questions via email to clarify how the program would work In the end, I found another company that offered me a better solution for me I emailed the timberline representative to let her know, and in her response back to me she made the assumption that I was doing nothing She then sent me another email providing further marketing for timberline I responded and clarified that I had gone another route and didn't need anything from timberline To which I received a rude email from her Remains to be seen if she is done contacting me I am done responding to her

They are con men Joshua Corn the initial contact informed me he would be with me throughout the process After only two months, he ignored my emails seeking help When he finally responded, he directed me to a general phone numberThen, I got on email stating suit was filed against me!! I called asking why The law firm wrote back asking me to send the summons and they heard I stated I was sued! I replied, no Timberline told me I was being sued!! They have yet to get back to me to ven inform me if I sam being sued This is an awful company!

It has been a very frustrating experience. Follow my advice to avoid yourself headaches and stress AND AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I asked them to just cancel my account and to send me MY MONEY OVER A MONTH. $5,300.00 - I feel they have stolen my money, so sad to know you trust to get you out of trouble and you end with bigger issues. Have to mention that there are long waiting times and the phone calls drop quite often, which makes communication very broken and overall a frustrating experience. You never speak to the same person and you can send all the e-mails you want they NEVER get back to you.

I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE BBB AND THE AFCC to which they have the same complaints, not returning money, phone calls, emails and just POOR customer service. HOW THEY REMAIN IN BUSINESS IS BEYOND ME.

DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR RUN...

I was looking for a way to consolidate my credit card bills and lower my interest rate and at this time my wife and I had excellent credit ratingI had purchased a new truck and just remortgage my home to a % interest rateThen I got a flyer in the mail for a consolidation loan as low as 3.75% and when I called the 1-number on the Flyer a Timberline representative answeredWe talked about my credit card accounts and instead of trying to get me the consolidation loan he come back informing me that their underwriter or strategist recommended to let them negotiate my bills out insteadThe program was then explained to me in detail and I guess the idea of no interest seemed better than low interest to me at the timeNow months later, I'm thinking maybe I made a mistakeMy credit is not good, bill collectors are mad and I just don't know what the future is gonna be likeI just pray everything will be ok, but if I had it to do all over again I surely wouldn't go this route

Very honest and open about the pros and cons of the consolidation, Great savings and finally a company who is willing to help me get out of debt, not charge me ridiculous interest and keep me in debt forever!
