Sometimes people do order things that are no longer available so we cancel the order and refund the money Many customers do not understand that a refund back to the card if the batch has already settled can take anywhere from 2-business days depending on their bank and credit card company
Another issue experienced is customer call here and get different people instead of contacting back the person who they were working with We have different divisions that are not tuned into each other as online sales are seperate from phone sales So that is our mistake The customers order was never invoiced So that means that we went through the approved transactions and voided it back to the customer which would take X amount of time to show back in their account

I'm sorry for the delay in the response. We aren't as active on this website anymore. The issue was resolved with the customer long ago. We worked with the vendor because the hood was damaged and got a credit we then matched the vendor credit to make the customer happy with the
refund amount. He has been refunded and this matter is closed.
If there is ever a problem please let us know as we are happy to work to resolve any issues that occur to the best of our abilities.

I purchased a set I side pods for a helmet through Vivid Racing's website and a week later my debit card was compromised I haven't used this card in months This is the only place this could have happened

Very disappointed on VIVID RACING for promises and lack of communication
I bought an E*** trunk spoiler for my Audi sat the beginning of April through their websiteI understood it took about 4-weeks for productionAfter weeks or so I called for an update on my productThey said that their distributor were having problems with their moldings and that they will ship out soon as they were already finishing up on new sets
Another month has passed which is already July 2016, I call for an update on my paid productThey told me the same thing, which They are still working on new sets and that it should be shipping out soonEach time I called, they told me that they will call the distributor and call me back as soon as they have answersThey did not call back
Its already Aug and I have been patient the whole time, and I finally gave up and called for a refund, they immediately called the distributor and said that the owner at Enlaes has offered to upgrade the spoiler to a carbon fiber one since I ordered the FRP trunk spoiler which is not carbonI said okay since they promised that it would ship within the next weekThey also made a tracking label and emailed me the info
Its September the tracking label has expired due to no activityThey never shipped anything outI called every week for status and the same promising response was told to meThey made another shipping label and sent me the infoOut of all the calls I made, they told me they will give me a call back the next day for a response or answer, THEY DID NOT CALL ONCE

I made a phone in purchase to make sure I received the correct parts and the company still sent me the incorrect partsThey refuse to pay return return shipping for a mistake their employee madeHorrible customer service! This mistake left my car in the air for an extra week while I waited for the correct partMy credit card was also hacked days after I gave the employee my credit card info for the purchase

Customer is aware he actually recieved a refund yesterday in full The manufacturer delayed the product multiple times It is a new brand and the us supplier and the factory couldn't get the order straightened out We gave *** a few options it could be delivered by airfreight
or come via container which wouldn't have arrived until March We unfortunately could not get the manufacturer help with the mistake *** wasn't happy with either delivery option so we have refunded him in full

The most wurst company vivid racing I order maesterschaft exhaust am 10/25/the toll me wetting time is four weeks am November I email May seller and the toll me your seller is no working for as enimore,I pay the full price in first day total 1935.00$,wich everybody pay haft and the other haft when the order is ready??!Now the toll me weeks to get May order and plus I email the owner the vivid racing and he never try to contact me plus I am email in back and for with a nice costomer service Simone is her name,and she train to keep me happy bay promising that maybe that week or nex week!! I am wetting one more week and ask for May money back,and never wish anybody to do busnies with tha people!! I am Very disappointed!!

Item I purchased was not shipped as advertised.
When I tried to get a refund, I waited 3 weeks and was only able to get a refund with PayPal's assistance.

I would not expect after sale service and I would not expect a quick resolution to any issues.
Refunds I would expect to take over 3 weeks time

After requesting to "unsubscribe" for their email list, I receive an email to rate them.

First, we would NEVER steal anyones money.  Been in business since 2001 selling millions of dollars of parts worldwide.  This is another special order hard to get item from Japan.  We have a customer service team dedicated to order updates and followups.  I am sure the customer...

was refunded, but I cannot look it up with an invoice number or name to confirm if they were refunded.  The unfortunate side of this business is the many custom parts that can take months to make or get from overseas and people eventually lose their cool.  We try our best to keep them updated but sometimes we are at the mercy of the manufacturer.

They have just regurgitated all the emails I've sent requesting that I receive my tires or a refund.  Until I receive a refund and they pick up the wrong sized tires, then this is not resolved.
If you look at my original complaint, I am asking for a refund or tires; however, the deadline to receive the tires that I noted in the complaint was June 23rd 2014.  It is well past that date now and I sent further instruction to both Revdex.com and Vivid Racing that I want a refund of my money.
I am able to purchase the correct tires elsewhere.
Vivid Racing's response does not address my request for refund.  They have never sent any shipping labels, as they state in their response and they did ignore me for over a month; just look at the emails I sent.                                     5/19 -  email follow up regarding exchange (no response):   This is an outright lie .... I copy/pasted the actual emails with date and time and they were the ones not responding to me.  It took [redacted] over a week to respond.
Regardless; look at my email from his response: 
"I no longer have time to wait as I am scheduled to leave town on the 29th and they need to be delivered and installed by then.  I will not have time to wait for labels; return the wrong tires; and then wait for the right ones.  The time ran out on that scenario quite some time ago."
               
I made it quite clear in that email that I did not have time to wait for the labels, send the tires back, and then trust that they would send me the correct ones.  My suggestion to do the exchange with [redacted] at deliver would have solved that problem,
At this point I do not trust them to deliver my correct tires, nor to I trust that they will refund my money if these imaginary labels they claim to have sent arrive and I send the tires back.  What guarantee to I have that they won't just keep the tires and my money.  After this bad experience I just don't trust them at all.  
When I have a refund this matter will be resolved.  It is not resolved currently.  I need that refund because the correct tires are available at another dealers; but if they keep stalling and refusing to refund my money, then I could lose out again, as they are in short supply.
I would be willing to send the tires with the shipping labels, but only if they refund my money once [redacted] is their to pick them up; as I really don not trust them to just send the tires with no refund.

I Ordered a $37.65 part from the company. I called on 11/21/2015 vice ordering online because I wanted to make sure the part was in stock. Alex, at Vivid Racing, assured me that it was and I place the order by phone with Alex. The order was officially placed with the company on 11/23/15 On 11/25/2015 Vivid Racing emailed me a tracking number. The tracking number showed a package was delivered on 11/28/2015 TO SOMEONE IN A DIFFERENT PART OF THE COUNTRY. I called to tell them they gave me the wrong tracking number and they gave me the run around and told me there must have been some mix up and they would look into it. About once every four or five days I emailed them to ask the status. They responded only three times via email. I called the company several times to inquire about the issue. When I was able to speak to someone on the phone, they told me were still looking into the issue.
I have tried to communicate with the company on several occasions to discern what the issue is with getting the part shipped to me and each time, they basically told me they are looking into it. On December 7th, I was told by Vivid Racing that if they couldn't resolve the issue they would issue a refund. They did not contact me after that. On December 16th I called and asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund. I have not received a refund as of December 30th and they have not to several emails that I have sent since then.

I have ordered hundreds of items online and have never dealt with a company that was so as non-communicating as this company.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH VIVID RACING.
The motto on their website states "To Exceed our customers expectations through continuous improvement and customer satisfaction" lol

I recently walked into Vivid Racing store to purchase some brake fluid for my vehicle. My husband had sent me to run this errand for him because he didn't have time. I was a little intimidated when I first walked into this custom racing store to order a couple of bottles of fluid.

From the time I walked into the front lobby I was greeted by the receptionist and immediately provided customer service by Todd. My order was so small yet I was treated like I was important at this place.

My family is probably a small consumer of products at Vivid Racing but made to feel just like a larger consumer would. Todd took me back to his office area and handled everything. He was polite and provided me with outstanding customer service.

A week later I had to go back in to Vivid Racing to return the two bottles I originally had bought because we needed a larger quantity of fluid. I was greeted once more promptly by the receptionist and Todd was called up to help me.

I was impressed with the level of customer service provided by Todd. He assured me not to worry about the return and asked if I needed to by more quantity for the brake job. When I explained that we were going to use another brake fluid instead of theirs he stated no problem.

Todd fully refunded my purchase and told me he hoped to see me again. He didn't try to deduct a restocking fee for more order which he rightfully could have based on their restocking policy stated on my receipt.

Todd one my family over and we will definitely shop from Vivid Racing in the future.

I had the most pleasant experience with vivid racing team. They communicated with me via email to let me know the outcome or update of my item I purchase thru them. I order it two or three days before Christmas and I got it on 1/2/17 even with the holidays I got my stuff in the morning. The product I purchase know one makes it and it's the best tcu upgrade that exist for now.

I worked with Jacky there, all I can say is it couldn't be better. I ordered Exhaust system for my 2010 MB C300, after a week I decided to sell my car. They gave me a full cash refund with no questions asked. I move on to my next car and couple months I come back since I love how honest they are with their customers. I get my 2010 VW GTI. Got headlights, intake, bov, full exhaust system and VR tune. Did the installation in another shop and got into issue with the exhaust not fitting proberly due to the company that makes it. Jacky takes care of everything and gets me another one without me having to worry about anything. Once everything was installed I take my care for a Stage 2 tune. Gave them my gopro and asked for a video, They did a great and clean job with the tune, took videos and pics as I asked, and after driving my car for two months all I can say is WOW the power is there. Great work, best prices I found in AZ and people that aren't just trying to sell you [redacted] but actually cares about your needs. Thanks guys at Vividracing (especially Jacky) for making my experience excellent! Would definitely come back to finish my K04 build

There is pending litigation for this so it was in our attorneys recommendation to not respond as we had already responded to all his emails. We have pictures, videos, and emails from the customer of him thoroughly enjoying the product and thrashing his car.  Having repaired several...

things for him free a couple of times, he would be deployed and gone for 6 months at a time.  Over the course of these 3 years, we eventually discontinued the kit.  When he had major issues with his car from the extreme driving he was doing, we let him know we could not support him anymore as we discontinued the product.  He then took the car somewhere else and paid them to remake or fix parts of the car that he choose to.  We saved all these posts, videos, and pictures but Mr. [redacted] took most of them down so he could not be seen as guilty from abusing his vehicle.
