Vivid Racing is an awesome company and I would definitely recommend using them for most auto parts you need. Mike is awesome person to talk to and he will help you the best possible way to make sure your ordering goes great and you find the product your looking for. His extension 225 when you call their main number just dial his extension.

Item I purchased was not shipped as advertised.

When I tried to get a refund, I waited 3 weeks and was only able to get a refund with PayPal's assistance.

I would not expect after sale service and I would not expect a quick resolution to any issues.

Refunds I would expect to take over 3 weeks time

After requesting to "unsubscribe" for their email list, I receive an email to rate them.

Sometimes people do order things that are no longer available so we cancel the order and refund the money.  Many customers do not understand that a refund back to the card if the batch has already settled can take anywhere from 2-7 business days depending on their bank and credit card company....

 Another issue experienced is customer call here and get different people instead of contacting back the person who they were working with.  We have different divisions that are not tuned into each other as online sales are seperate from phone sales.  So that is our mistake.  The customers order was never invoiced.  So that means that we went through the approved transactions and voided it back to the customer which would take X amount of time to show back in their account.

Recently purchased a tune from Vivid racing, I had few technical issues on my end being new to the process, but [redacted] was extremely patient and responsive to me all my request and essentially walked me through the entire process, to ensure that everything was as it should be and that I was happy. He and vivid racing provided me EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Great customer service and worked quickly. A family member ran my car into a curb and damaged 2 of my rims. I could not find any online retailer that had them in stock. I ordered them through Vivid and they were also out of stock. But they went a step further and contacted the manufacturer ( who was also out of stock) and got them to custom make me the 2 rims I needed to replaced the damaged ones in my set. I am stoked to be able to get 2 rims made to make my set full again instead of having to buy all new 4 rims of a different kind.

Have nothing but Rave reviews for Dan and his crew! Excellent customer service and extremely professional! I have purchased three items thru this company and have experienced nothing but complete satisfaction! Thank you Dan and Vivid Racing team!

Customer is aware he actually recieved a refund yesterday in full.  The manufacturer delayed the product multiple times.  It is a new brand and the us supplier and the factory couldn't get the order straightened out.  We gave [redacted] a few options it could be delivered by airfreight...

or come via container which wouldn't have arrived until March.  We unfortunately could not get the manufacturer help with the mistake.  [redacted] wasn't happy with either delivery option so we have refunded him in full.

I Ordered a $37.65 part from the company. I called on 11/21/2015 vice ordering online because I wanted to make sure the part was in stock. Alex, at Vivid Racing, assured me that it was and I place the order by phone with Alex. The order was officially placed with the company on 11/23/15 On 11/25/2015 Vivid Racing emailed me a tracking number. The tracking number showed a package was delivered on 11/28/2015 TO SOMEONE IN A DIFFERENT PART OF THE COUNTRY. I called to tell them they gave me the wrong tracking number and they gave me the run around and told me there must have been some mix up and they would look into it. About once every four or five days I emailed them to ask the status. They responded only three times via email. I called the company several times to inquire about the issue. When I was able to speak to someone on the phone, they told me were still looking into the issue.

I have tried to communicate with the company on several occasions to discern what the issue is with getting the part shipped to me and each time, they basically told me they are looking into it. On December 7th, I was told by Vivid Racing that if they couldn't resolve the issue they would issue a refund. They did not contact me after that. On December 16th I called and asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund. I have not received a refund as of December 30th and they have not to several emails that I have sent since then.

I have ordered hundreds of items online and have never dealt with a company that was so as non-communicating as this company.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH VIVID RACING.

The motto on their website states "To Exceed our customers expectations through continuous improvement and customer satisfaction" lol

Thank you for the reforward.  The customer ordered special order parts that were very specific to his car and his application.  Invoice [redacted] was placed 9/15.  We contacted the manufacture on 9/30 for an update.  They provided another 4 week eta and the customer was updated on...

10/27.  Eventually 1 item could not be shipped so we refunded him on 1/8/15 and shipped the other item via[redacted].[redacted].  His order is now closed and he would have received all this information to his email already.

Ordered a set of headers for my Porsche. They cancelled my order stating incorrect CCV number. I know I put the number in correctly and my card got billed for the purchase.

Purchased several Items from VIVID over the years. Always easy to deal with and in most cases fast shipping when part was available. Staff is also helpful when you call in to ask questions. They even carry McLaren parts from all makers which make them a great one stop shop for super car owners who like to modify their cars. Keep up great work.

Great customer service and communication.

[redacted] and [redacted] were a pleasure to work with. I have been working with cars for 14 years and Vivid Racing is by far the most professional car company I have ever worked with. They took great care of my car while they had it and were very responsive, keeping me up to date on progress. I would and will highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

Bad customer service. I paid for an item I ordered on there site. They email me acouple days later blaming there site for caculating wrong pricing and then they take Weeks to respond and never resolve issues with my orders.. Or not even repond at all.. Had to file a dispute with paypal to contact vividracing. They didnt even bother to reply paypal back. So I filed a claim for a refund through paypal to get my refund. I Will never do business with this vividracing again.
