Review: On Jan 25, I took my car to the dealership for service to ask for a diagnostic fee. They called me back and said I need a fuel pump. When I asked them about my diagnostic, they said they could not do it without the fuel pump. I challenged them about that and ask why cant they just use the battery so get a read on what wrong. They said the battery was not the issue and the battery was running fine. I told them as long as I can drive my can drive my car once they put the fuel pump in then they can fix the fuel pump. They assured me the fuel pump would get the car driving. The next day they called about the battery needs to be replaced. I challenged them again because they said the battery is ok .. now it is not. Again they assured me that is all that was needed to get the car running again. Just that one more thing they said. I get a call on Friday Jan 31 that my car is ready. I was on my way to get the car the next week and they called to say the engine needs to be replaced. I go from wanting a diagnostic to them saying I need a new engine AFTER they assured me my car was running after I invested 1700 dollars in the repairs they said would do the job. I feel that is negligence on their part and I want my car back.Desired Settlement: I want them to fixed my car or adjust my bill to a diagnostic fee only. They lead me astray or they are negligent. Either way, I should not be paying 1700 for a car that does not run after they assured me it does. The mistake was theirs.

Dear [redacted]

I writing you in reply to case number [redacted] towed a car in that had not been running for a while. He was advised of a bunch of work the car needed just to get it started, so it could be driven and may need further work once we got it started. This was advised to him by [redacted] as well as myself. He authorized the repairs. After getting the car running we found internal engine problems that could not be found without previously mentioned repairs. He was advised of this prior to starting any work. Now he doesn’t want to fix the other work to make the car road worthy. We are not negligent in any fashion. He was completely informed of possible additional repairs that may be needed.

The internal engine and transmission cannot be accessed until we can run them and perform drivability tests

If you have any more questions I will be happy to reply

Review: I purchased a vehicle in june 2014 with a cosigner. The cosigner could not get a valid id so they took her name off of the contract after 2 weeks. So I signed a new contract alone. All of this time I still had the vehicle. 3 weeks later they called me to bring the vehicle back to paint the hood, and once I had given them the keys they told me they could not get the truck financed and that I could not get it back unless I used the co signer. Is this legal that they can take the vehicle from me after I have signed a valid contract stating I will pay a certain amount per month?Desired Settlement: I believe the vehicle is mine since I have signed a contract, and put full coverage insurance on it,and drove it for about 6 weeks.

August 14, 2014To Whom It May Concern,This statement is in regards to a 2007 [redacted] which was attempting to be purchased by [redacted] and [redacted] around the date of June 28. During the loan processing it was discovered that the license of [redacted] had expired. We attempted to then do the loan process under [redacted]'s name. Unfortunately, he hadn’t budgeted for a car on his own and was declined by the banks. At that time, now into the week of July 21, [redacted] was notified and told us she would be back by the 25th with the issue handled. The license on that day could not be materialized and upon speaking with the finance department it was stated that the vehicle could not be released without the license. The [redacted] in question stayed on our lot until August 8th. I feel that there was enough time and patience given to try and keep them with the vehicle. Please feel free to contact me at the information below on the matter, if needed.Sincerely,Dan SSales Manager
