I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The company continues to lie and deflect responsibility.  I am attaching my initial email to the company, where I was informing them of the missing items along with the chain of emails from the past MONTH.  As you will notice, no where did the company indicate they need pictures of "ripped" boxes.  After one month, they do not want to accept responsibility and ask for pics of boxes?!  This also does not explain the missing twin bed (which was packed by them), and a box full of items that belong to someone else!! I was nice enough to inform them of this out of concern for the owner, but after one month, I have yet to hear one word about them finding the proper owner or asking me to ship this box back to them.  I am not a storage company, and will not continue holding others items due to their negligence.  I am surprised this company is in business, and only assume it's due to people like me who are not informed of their negligent business practices prior to utilizing their service.

Consumer was informed from the start of the move that it will take up to 21 business days to get her delivery which we were in that window .we spoke to her several time regarding delivery updates but our driver got delayed several times so we could not give her exact date of when the truck will...

arrive in California we were in touch with her boyfriend Eric the last couple of days regarding delivery and regarding the missing items they stated they didn’t received after the driver checked the inventory with the customer at offloading and signed that he received the whole shipment and then consumer called back several day later to let us know about the missing items which we right away got working on locating them the driver was able to find the mirror which he will ship to the consumer when his able to regarding missing box we are still working on trying to track it down if we don’t find the missing they may file claim for it by going to mymoveclaim.com . We have returned every call regarding this issue so we don’t know why consumer is saying we did not call him or her back if consumer would like to talk to us directly they may reach James the manger directly at ###-###-####

These guys were great. Called them the day before the move and they actually had availability in the time slot I requested. They came on time, worked really quickly and carefully and were also super friendly. Nothing was lost or broken. Went as smoothly as it could possibly get. Definitely recommend them for an affordable quality moving experience.

Great guys- I have used them three times now and they are honest, have worked very hard each time with great attitudes. The team leader two of the three times and is friendly and very professional. Prompt and good communication arranging the move date/specifics. I totally recommend them and will be using them again if I have to move again.

These guys rock. I've used them twice, and both times their work has been efficient, courteous and professional. Moving stuff (and people) can be stressful and a logistical nightmare. We-MoveU don't get flustered; they simply work to get the job done right. Their rates have always seemed reasonable and competitive.

We-MoveU was GREAT, ON TIME, RESPECTFUL, HARDWORKING, EFFICIENT, NICE! Would definitely use them again and would recommend! They moved stuff from an apartment and made 2 different deliveries in the same town. EXCELLENT! They are also easy to communicate with on the phone and by email.

We have used We-MoveU twice now, both fairly difficult moves, 2 stories of furniture and valuables. They are all hard-working, professional and simply good people. Reasonably priced, efficient and runs their business well. Excellent work, highly recommended!

Great, fast service. These guys sizeably undercut the estimates I received from ** and [redacted] as well. It was nice to actually like the movers as well, usually these guys can be a little cold but the guys at We-MoveU were pretty cool guys in general.

These guys helped me move a few months ago from Buffalo to a 5th floor walk up in the upper west side. They were extremely friendly and fast. This was my first time using professional movers so I was weary of the whole situation but they had competitive pricing and great reviews which they undoubtedly deserve. I highly recommend them!

Hired them for a ridiculously last minute job moving a really heavy piece of furniture along with some boxes - a pretty small job. They got back to me right away with a quote, arrived on time, moved everything quickly and safely and were helpful and friendly all the way through. I can't speak for how they would be for a full house/apartment move, but they were great in every way for what I needed!

Great experience with these guys. Day of the move they called me to let me know they would be 5 min late because of an accident/traffic. Very professional and friendly and efficient. Took great care of everything we had, and made the move so easy and stress free. Cheapest quote of all the movers which didn't reflect in their work or attitude. Thanks for a great move guys.

I've moved with We-MoveU twice since my first review, and I have nothing but love for this crew. They have clearly put huge amounts of thoughtful energy into professionalizing and perfecting their craft. They're fast, careful, and effective. Thanks, guys!

We-MoveU and co. moved me and my wife last night into a 4th floor walk up!!! It was late and we were all tired, but they remained awesome and kicked [redacted]!! I highly recommend these guys, for their professionalism and for having the best rate!

Review: I used this company to move to a new state and my new home. Everything was great the were detailed no we agree on everything discussed up until they received the first payment. They then changed everything on us cause they know at that point the money paid was nonrefundable. They went from shifting the delivery date to not delivering all our stuff. They lied about being unsure of having and when to deliver it. When the eventually did the redelivery they placed our stuff on the street in front our management office at the gated community. The office manager was upset and we were embarrassed. She wrote a review on them and it was the only time we got a call which was to ask if we can tell them to take down the review. Till now we are still missing items and no one is following up with us. I have to keep calling and they seem to be annoyed. There was no compensation or even an apology given for the day we are without our missing items. They never compensated for out damage items also.Desired Settlement: At this time we think it's been long overdue without our items. We would like to be compensated for the days without it as well as for the lost and damaged items

We have apologized to Ayana and her husband about the items that have seemed to be misplaced. We have called other customers to see if the items were delivered to them on accident... no one reported any extra items. When Ayana called for an update, we regrettably informed her that we were unable to locate the items and when we tried to giver her the claims info to file a claim she disconnected the call. We tried to call back and got no answer.

that response is totally untrue. No one from that company has ever reached out to us apologizing. I was the one that told them if we never called we don't get any follow up or even an apology. I then asked how are we being compensated for the missing items or the days without them. They tried to ask if the missing items was packaged by me as if to say they don't compensate if you package the items yourself according to their contract. I was then directed me to a claims page where it's telling me I have to pay to do a claim I think that is robbery and totally unfair on our part

we have directed customer to the claims department you don't have to pay to make a claim it is free of charge we do not know where the client has gotten this information and in order for us to issue a refunded a claim has to be made she must contact our claims department at ###-###-#### to make a claim and based on all the issue she had we will issue a refunded for any damages or missing items

They get the job done and fast. Helped us pack all our stuff and the ([redacted] to) lol. We were quoted crazy prices from various companies and We-MoveU was the best. I highly recommend these guys.

Review: I recently moved from NY to MN I hired We Move U to help me with the process. Their customer service is horrible. I was sold the moving company by a sales rep that quoted me 4-5 days for my belongings to arrive at my MN location. Today marks 24 days, so this was a flat out lie, the "fine print" states that they were able to hold my belongings for up to 21 days before delivery. This was never addressed in the process to book the moving company. Every time I have called about my belongings they are very unhelpful, they still have not given me a date to delivery my goods.They will not give me a projected date, they do not respond to my calls or emails, when they say they will call or email me they do not. I am beginning to feel like this company is not real and that they have scammed me. ALL of my personal belongings are in their possession right now, my tax records all my assests. They have advertised falsely to make money and it is not right. Their web site says the following "When working with our Interstate Moving Coordinators you can expect to be informed about each and every step of your relocations process. From the initial phone conversation with our sales team to the day of your moving delivery and all points in-between." The sales person lied to me she did not say that 4-5 days was only an estimate and they would actually store my stuff for UP to 21 days. Not one of there employees has given me any information except that my belongings are still in the warehouse and they don't have a truck. HOW can a moving company NOT have a truck? I was told to file a complaint and they would send me an email with a link, nothing. Not only that when they picked up my belongings in NY they tried to get me to sign my name on a blank document in case any charges were accrued. Why would anyone think it is ok to sign a blank document where they could then write in anything they want. This company is shady, and they need to be held accountable.Desired Settlement: I would like my belongings delivered and a drastic discount if not completely compensated for the total cost of the move. Which was roughly 1700 this was the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company.

I can't say enough about these guys. They were very reasonably prices so I was worried at first. But they showed up with the right sized truck which was very clean and well loaded with materials they would need. Their estimate was low which I expected. The crew was full of smiles and very professional and thorough. They worked very hard and I was very impressed. I would recommend them to anyone.

Review: I used this moving service for my household items from Astoria NY to Seffner FL. Upon receiving my items July [redacted], there were a few items stolen from the boxes (boxes ripped open and items taken out of individual boxes) along with missing item (Twin sized bed). Upon contacting the customer service department, I was given the run around for over a month on the standard "[redacted]". After a month of waiting and number of calls and emails, the company informed me that they are still looking for "bed" and the stolen items are not their responsibility due to them not packing the box.Desired Settlement: I would like my items to be replaced or compensation provided.

The shipper informed us of the missing items and we told him we needed proof. We as a company didn't pack his boxes so we don't know what was in the boxes. We do not open anyone's belongings. We just wanted proof that the tape on the box was ripped off and the box was open and that he received it like that. He couldn't provide the information that anything was stolen so we couldn't take responsibility. If it was proven that there was negligence or theft on our part, the proper actions would've been taken. But we just cant take his word for it that someone stole 2 game controllers out of one box out of the whole bunch. We have no way of knowing there was even any controllers in the boxes.

We got [redacted] complaints of his missing items and the extra item he had. We have been trying to locate the owner of the missing box being that the box has no sticker with the lot number on it. We have been trying to find his belongings to redeliver and pick up the extra box. We have been looking for the missing bed. We understand [redacted] frustration with the incident, but, we do have procedures in place for problems like these and we do what we can to rectify the situation. Review: I used this company to relocate from [redacted] to [redacted]. I had very few things to move and store. After packing my things in the truck the mover added $400.00 to my bill. Moving is stressful to begin with and expensive and to just add $400.00. I really did not have many belongings. I had a 1 month free storage with the company. I opted to utilize this opportunity. I had to have them store my things for an additional month at $150.00. When my belongings showed up on the delivery day my TV Stand had a crushed wheel. I had to remove the other 3 so I had a place for my TV. I have an [redacted] matching bedroom set. The nightstand was completely destroyed and looks like it was smashed on the ground. My Chest that I paid extra for to complete the set is about to fall apart. The left side panel/hinges are coming off. My sterile storage containers have MUDDY FOOTPRINTS on them. Someone was actually using my belongings to stand on!! They suggested and require mattress and box spring have covers over them for cleanliness and protection. My box spring cover was pretty much torn off. I hope unlike me someone reads this and does not use this company. I am not the type of person to do something like this, But I feel violated and disgusted. I'm very disappointed in the way my personal belongings were treated.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $1892.00 This includes the deposit I put down of $260.00. Upon pick-up I gave them $741.00 then upon delivery they got a remaining balance of $891.00

All of our bindingtransportation quotes provided by our relocation representatives are based oninformation given by customers prior to move date which consists of a totalvolume to be shipped. Upon receiving this information, a binding &guaranteed transportation cost is provided to the customer specifying anddetailing services to be rendered, with customer approval to Order of Servicevia Electronic Signature confirming the information provided is true andaccurate. Our recordclearly shows that due to additional services requested by the customer andrendered by We Move You, Inc on theday of the pickup, consisting of additional volume to be shipped and PackingSupplies to be used, additional charges were made to their account. The totalTransportation cost for the relocation was reconfigured according to their newrequirements at the time of pickup date. this is what I received from this company, well I have not received anything, they are lying and dragging their feet hoping I go away and not pursue this, I want reimbursement for damages their company did to my belongings and the things they lost, and I also want back all ORIGINAL paperwork that I have sent to them.Desired Settlement: for them to do the right thing and compensate me and stop playing games, these people are not Revdex.com worthy, just read the emails and from them I have forwarded to you, and the frustration from me.

[they make it seem like they have been so willing to rectify this situation and that is so far from the truth. If it were your belongings and they offered you $44, for a sofa you paid $725 you would be frustrated and aggravated as well, its not only that what about the legs to my dining room table, my ottoman, see those items are now not usable and this has cost me money that I do not have to replace these things. This is not over I am contacting the news station in my area to investigate these people. This is not right what they do to peoples belongings when they have entrusted them to move them. $44 will not cover the damages that their employees have done.]
