Nobody from their installation department has reached out to me for the French door installation and the completion of the unfinished installation since the last time I spoke with the sales manager Tony on 6/1. I even send him an email after the lawsuit was served he asked for my full name and the contract# and never got back to me againI never refused to pay them; once they deliver the French door and finish the installation I will pay them. They need to contact me. I have reached out to them several times and have not heard back from them. What is the resolution in their response I don't see oneRegards, A*** ***

install "new" factory windows per our agreementAnd they performed a terrible installThey installed "repaired" and "reframed" windows poorly, along with defective windowsI am disputing all monies paid to them, and will most likely have to sue them in courtThey have in NO WAY fulfilled anything promisedPLEASE, please helpI have been threatened and bullied and have horrible defective and repaired windows in my home that do not function properly.

I am rejecting this response because:ateThe statement from Windows Design Group is not true.They did not manufacture the shutters correctly, that is the reason the french doors was not able to close properly.The installers on the day of installation was aware of this, and confirmed the manufacture ignored the specifications and did what "what they wanted" to.The connection for the arch is off, this is not acceptable, when paying for products, the expectation is to have the connection be smooth when transition wood pieces.This was obviously a rushed job and of low quality The arch door cannot close properly, they bottom of the door exposes the light when both panels are closed.Windows Design Group have stated they will not fix these issues, they cannot remake the shutters When the installer called, and I asked him if Windows Design Group will fix and addressed all of the issues I've asked for a work order of items to be fixed, they said they "did not know" I responded "to get back to them" trying to get more information from their office staff.In short, they have wasted my time going round and round starting June and this is still on going I have an incomplete job where the shutters are crooked, cannot be closed and Windows Design Group does not care or provide any solutions They are not willing to fix anything, publicly they stated they will fix, but they will not privately This company does not care about its customers or the product they sell

I am rejecting this response because:they change the history Now.they told diferente to the attorney this company abuses old custumers they lied from the beginning, when I called them I was asking for the invoice, for the door repairs, and for matching price tha they offer me
From the begining,I never ever give them permission,authorization,or consent to them.I knew that once they got the money they not going
To comply with their promisesThey abuse seniorsHow dificult is for this company to give me a final invoice?
Also on those copies they sent to the attorney shows $4,and they collect 5,you can see what class of company is thisThey can ask the installer I hope he disclose the repairs that are needed around the frame on front doorThanksI

"The customer commenced the contract with our company for custom made productsUpon the arrival of the products there were some manufacturing errors, in which we expedited the remade itemsWe have remade items that were manufacturing issues,
along with remaking items for customer satisfactionWe have sent multiple installers, our installation technician, and our general manager out to the customers homeUpon the final installation once our installer left the customers home he received a phone call from the customer indicating that they had discovered a hair line crack in one of the panels to a shutterWe have reached out the customer multiple times to schedule an inspection of the issue so we can obtain photos and a warranty repair inspection logThe customer has told our installation division that they were out of town and could not be bothered at the moment for this inspection; which will be needed in order to fix any issuesSince then we have made multiple attempts to have them scheduled for an inspectionThe customer can reach out to our office any time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (closed for lunch 1-2pm) and Saturdays 8am-2pmWe will stand behind any manufacturing warranty issues."

customer stated that he wanted out of the contract due to the amount needed to fulfill it,  in which we agreed and canceled the window contract. The customer was informed that the window coverings portion was already in production and would be arriving shortly. We have the window coverings and have reached out to the customer for the installation.

customers are offered pricing from various shutter manufactures. The product that was sold to this customer was through our China based facility as the price was within their budget. At no point in time did we claim the purchased goods were coming directly from a US factory nor does our contract falsely represent our factories origin.

I am rejecting this response because:
These items are being remade since June 2016 and the company rep told me that it would take 4-6 weeks; since then it's been at least 12 weeks and I tried to call and email Window Design Group since July and did not get any response.  $150 were given to me back on 03/31/16 for the inconvenience related to the installation of the whole order in the first place, which was also delayed as I explained in my first letter.  As I said, it's been 10 months since the order was signed.  The fact that the shatters in my house had to be "custom made" had nothing to do with situation - the WDG was aware of this fact and should have told me that the order would take longer time to finish; they lied to me to get the contract and there is no other way to see things.  They are trying to lie their way out of the situation again.
By the way, the number of items they need to finish are 3, not 2; I just need WDG to know that to awoid another delay.  The items are #9, 10 and part of #11, order #O-7740.

I am rejecting this response because:Unfortunately once again there is a miscommunication with them. The complaint I filed with the Revdex.com is about the "WINDOW" not the french door. Not the french door shutters. The window that has nothing to do with Milgard. I have two issues with this company. I was kind enough not to bring up the french door that has been leaking since January because Milgard is doing its best to remedy the situation.  Let me be clear. The window that leaked back in March. The window that Jordan came out three times to be measure. The window that was supposed to be installed on May 26th between 8:00am - 10:00am and at 11:30am I was told they couldn't find it. The customers custom windows are specifically designed and measured to fit their applications. The customer had a window that was down to the stud when our final measure technician took the size to submit into production. After arriving with the product the customer has claimed that their window...

does not fit. The window does not fit due to the fact that during construction the size had changed from when our technician took final measures. They had added tile to the opening. They customer wants us to provide them a new free window when we have offered to provide a new window at our raw cost.

I have complied to all of our rights concerning the contractual agreement. We have all signed documents from the customer. We have never conducted business in an unethical matter.

We have the new screen that was torn and the front door. We will have our installation division reach out to the customer ASAP. They can reach out to us at their convenience as well. We do not offer pet guards for the screens, and that is not contractually agreed upon.

We wanted to add some flair to the exterior of our home so shutters and new windows were a must! This company had great prices, professional and friendly customer service, and were extremely time efficient! I would definitely recommend them for any window needs!

When the customer commenced the original appointment with

scheduled and the final payment due according to the terms and conditions of
the contract. Once the job was installed and finished the customer told our
installers to have our office collect the COD. The installers are not allowed
to leave the project without final payment. The final payment was called in by
the customer. All documentation has been submitted to the attorney to support
our claim.

The customer will be contacted by our installation devision to schedule the reinstallation of the frames in question. The customer will hear from our office within 24 hours.
