It was time to purchase windows. Got a few quotes, and went with Window Design Group. Haven't looked back since. Great experience all around. Nothing but good things to say about these guys. Will be recommending to family and friends.

Review: I sign a contract with Window design group on 11/26/14 to replace-10 windows and the entry door,I gave [redacted] the sales rep: $ 5000.00Check. For this job. After a delay on the on remeasure and the do date-For the installation I try to cancel I spoke to [redacted] and he said that I can'tCancel So he call his boss to call me for me to not to cancel and for the 10,250.00 contract he offer me a break on the price and said if I foundA lower price he was going to match the price and I agree I belive to himWhile I was checking prices I found this Company that quote me$5,011.00For the windows only . I tried to contact this man with window design groupWith no lack I never could to talk to him again.After they installed the windows the installer ask me for the balance andTo sign for the installation,I sign for the installation but I told him that-I was to call on Monday to have that match price that they [redacted] and This man the "Vice President" offer me.insted this lady callme andShe was very aggressive saying that I have to pay righ the. $ 4,875.00I told this lady that I want to speak to this man the Vice President and She hangout on me the next ting I new they dig into my checkingAccount with no permission or authorization of my part and-Withdraw $5,000.00 from my checking account . They use the initial checkAccount # to withdraw that amount .I contact my lawyer and he sent them a letter. They answer that-Letter saying that I agree for them to do the withdraw. And is not trueThey did that without permission or authorization .I Call [redacted] the sales rep: asking for the invoice and he said no invoiceWas necessary. I said to him I need it for the match up price. He said it was one price for the windows and the front door.I think I'm right when I ask for an invoice,and for match of price.They never had my consent to take money from my account...Also font door need adjustment and patching the stucco around it...Desired Settlement: They have to come and fix the estucco on entry doors . Or -Pay for the repairs. I Sent them pictures, and nothing.they got theMoney. Now they don't want nothing from me not even talk to me :

When the customer commenced the original appointment with

our company and upon the signing of the contractual agreement, our sales person

honored a price match from a competitor. As stated on our website we do not

offer more than one price match per contract. The installation was performed as

scheduled and the final payment due according to the terms and conditions of

the contract. Once the job was installed and finished the customer told our

installers to have our office collect the COD. The installers are not allowed

to leave the project without final payment. The final payment was called in by

the customer. All documentation has been submitted to the attorney to support

our claim.

I am rejecting this response because:they change the history Now.they told diferente to the attorney this company abuses old custumers they lied from the beginning, when I called them I was asking for the invoice, for the door repairs, and for matching price tha they offer me From the begining,I never ever give them permission,authorization,or consent to them.I knew that once they got the money they not going

Review: Called Window Design Group for 2 sliding glass doors. Had a sales rep come out Jan 20th 2015. He lied to me about deposit company policy to get my business. Next general contractor from company was supposed to come out to measure Jan 26th 2015. Delayed till Jan 29th 2015. 2 to 3 weeks for sliding glass doors to be made. Another week & a half delay. doors were installed March 7th. installers Had to go back to company for the 2 screens. Noticed the next day 1 glass panel defective. In direct sunlight, top half of glass has brown streaks all over. Also 1 screen has a defective lock. Have called many times to company & owner on his cell phone. No calls back since March 11th 2015. Paid $1398.25 deposit on Jan 20 2015 & Made final payment of $1398 on March 7th 2015. I would like a new glass panel with no defects & a screen with a lock that is functional &works. Thank you. We are not sure about the claim of the sales rep lying about the deposit? Our contracts state (verbiage straight from CSLB) as to the 50% deposit required. 10% for the start of the order, 40% required once materials are cut, totaling 50%. The customer was installed on March 7th and signed off on our Installation Work Order Completion form, along with paying the remaining 50% Due. We have not received any phone calls from the customer. Our phone lines are up from 9-5 Monday - Friday and 8-2 on Saturdays. We have informed our head technician to contact the customer today and inspect any issues that may be present with the product. The vendor and our company will stand behind any manufacturing warranty issues.

Our technician Yordan did inspect the project and complied with repairs needed. We have ordered the warranty issue items with the vendor and should be receiving them as quick as possible. Once received we will have Yordan (or his crew) out to complete the repair.

The process was flawless!! From sales to installation with constant follow-up...Just Flawless!! Highly recommended!!
