Customer rep. explained that the technician would call approximately thirty minutes before arrival and that is exactly what happened. The technician (Corbin) was very professional. Presented professional throughout the service call. He maintained focus on the work to be performed. Corbin listened carefully, he understood what we, the customers wanted and responded accordingly. The call was for some electrical work. It was mentioned to the technician that we needed to get a plumber out at some point and that's when Corbin shared information about the Electrical plan and The Whole Home Plan, which was awesome. He was knowledgeable as to what the company offers. Quality work was performed. I would highly recommend Woodfin to others.

Chris Beck Serviced my heating unit today and did a very through job, was very polite and a pleasure to have in my home. I also felt very secure having him here. I will be requesting him for service when ever I need it again.

Steve C[redacted] did my yearly plumbing inspection and he was courteous and knowledgeable and gave good advice. Answered questions and let me know what needed to be done and how to proceed from the visit.

Tony D installed a Linear Security System at my condo yesterday. He was awesome! He explained what he was setting up and why. He was totally processional and technically an expert. After installing all the components and the mastermind system, he tested each part through to the Monitoring Center and continued on to teach me all about each option. I love the system. It is easy to use. Woodfin, [redacted] and Diane D[redacted] are my go to company and personnel for providing me with the comfortable secure feeling!

I continue to be very satisfied with the service I receive from Woodfin. The service tech is always considerate in every regard ... time, personal property, personal interaction. And this most recent visit was no different. I will continue to use this company and recommend it to anyone who asks for my opinion.

Adam G. Technician # 15 did a great job in finding an issue with my older a/c unit and getting it corrected. Woodfin did a standard maintenance on this unit on Friday before Labor Day, and the other tech did not resolve the condensate overflow issue and they promptly sent Adam out when I called back on Tuesday. Adam was able to pinpoint the issue, and cleaned out another condensate tube, which resolved the problem.

James the service technician arrived on time and promptly identified two problems. One was with my humidifier which I knew about but the other was with the contact coil which would have left me without heat in a short period of time. Because of the excellent service being without heat was avoided. Glad I had a service contract with Woodfin.

Drake introduced himself when I answered the door. He was prompt, arrived at 8:30 am, and was done at 9:am. He left an inspection sheet for me and his business card. I have had an account with this company for at least thirty years and have been pleased with their service.

The plumber came promptly and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. No further occurences.

Chris K was very thorough with his tune up and inspection of my heating system last week.. He explained his findings and was very knowledgeable.

Scotty was on time, very polite and professional. Fixed the problem, recommended the plumbing contact as a way to save money which I very much appreciated! I have used Woodfin in the past and will continue to use them for future issues.

As with all contacts I've had with Woodfin, this was a top-notch, professional service call to install a security lock. Tony was professional in every regard.

Stephen D[redacted] with Woodfin Plumbing efficiently replaced my toilet flush lever. He was professional, helpful, and polite and answered all questions. I recommend his services, and I would request him for future service.

James was my HVAC technician from Woodfin and he did a great job on my tune-up and inspection. He was able to explain basically everything he was doing and why it mattered and what to look out for in the future. I was impressed by his and the company's professionalism, which is why I bought the home protection plan as well. James did an outstanding job!!

We received our annual maintenance PM on our A/C unit today. The technician arrived in the time schedule that I had arranged when I set up the appointment. He was very knowledgeable of my system and spent the time to check all components of the system. He also explained to me one thing I had done wrong when changing my air filter. This is the type of professionalism you would expect from a Woodfin technician.

Brandon, the plumbing tech sent by Woodfin, was very courteous and worked competently, under extreme heat, to replace our water heater.
