Tony D installed a Linear Security System at my condo yesterday. He was awesome! He explained what he was setting up and why. He was totally processional and technically an expert. After installing all the components and the mastermind system, he tested each part through to the Monitoring Center and continued on to teach me all about each option. I love the system. It is easy to use. Woodfin, [redacted] and Diane D[redacted] are my go to company and personnel for providing me with the comfortable secure feeling!

Great review for Woodfin's Brian L[redacted] and Chris C[redacted] - both Installation Technicians. They installed a new HVAC system in my home this week, and dismantled and removed the old boiler/furnace and AC systems. Both Brian and Chris are very personable, polite, friends, clean and professional. I am totally pleased with their work and give them the highest praise.
In addition, in over 12 years of working with Woodfin on the old HVAC system in my house, every time anyone has ever come for service, they're been very helpful and top-notch.

[redacted] did a very good job checking my air conditoning and heating systems. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional.

Drake did an outstanding job on the annual maintenance of our oil-fired boiler. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly, explaining everything thoroughly. There was no oil odor when he finished, and he even left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived!

Electrical system inspection completed in my house 6/26/2015. [redacted] was thorough, helpful, and informative. Explained everything in detail.

[redacted], technician # 311, was quite professional and answered all of my questions. As he went through the house testing all of the plumbing, he explained all of the issues with the toilets and other water fixtures. We determined the need for replacements of the toilets and he provided me quotes of different types of toilets. He never appeared in a hurry --- and I asked lots of questions. My sister has been using Woodfin for years and I am glad she recommended them.

Dylan was the best of all of the ones I have had from your company. Now the reason why. He started my boiler and showed me how it was currently running and then after he cleaned it he showed me the results and even left the copy for my wife to see since

she was not home while he worked. He communicated every step of the way with me and was willing to answer all my questions. To top it off; he was running behind his normal time for cleaning a boiler but that didn't matter. He did the job right. Thanks, Dylan as I appreciate you. Will ask for you next year and if I have a problem.

Brandon was awesome. so helpful in helping me understand the parts of my plumbing system. He installed a new bar sink faucet. Cleaned up very diligently and had a friendly personality to go with his good work ethics. Will request him for any further plumbing needs. Woodfin has been a good co. to work with.

Jeff the technician was very kind and professional. He provided me with helpful information in order to make decisions re: repairs/replacement.

Patrick came out to check our 22kw whole house gen. that Woodfin installed...seemed the battery charger had been acting up...he was professional, on time and did the job. No complaints!

Great service from Robert for our annual a/c tuneup. He arrived on the early end of our appointment window (always appreciated) and was very courteous and efficient in completing the work.

Service was very prompt. Technician came within two hours of the request for service. He was very professional and diagnosed the problem quickly, explained what he planned to do and made the repair. Also got him to fix another unrelated problem which he did without complaint. Have used Woodfin several times over the last few years and have always been satisfied with the service and the friendly people they employ.

Patrick asked me to write review, but everyone I dealt with was courteous and patient with me as I was dealing with a stressful situation. Patrick did the finish of the project. He was efficient and thorough. He outlined in a clear manner exactly what he was doing and why as I took notes.
Our experience was positive throughout as we determined generator location and the least intrusive pipe placement as I have a small city garden. Bryan D[redacted] was especially thoughtful and considerate as we were dealing with a significant health issue. Also Nina was very helpful with scheduling...that was my only issue..coordination between city inspectors and workmen. All in all a positive initial experience.

We always find Woodfin's customer service to be exceptional. The scheduling staff are courteous, pleasant and helpful, accommodating our schedules, yet with minimal wait to get the service performed. Jaye is personable and informative, eager to answer questions and update us on the progress of the work. Today he had to coordinate his work with another contractor, and they couldn't have been more collaborative toward their combined goal. Many thanks!
