We were really happy with the knowledge of the salesperson & the professionalism of the install team. Brian (salesperson) took plenty of time to educate us, so we felt like we were making an educated decision. And Brian L[redacted], the Install Tech, was professional and patient in explaining how the system worked. Woodfin has a great reputation and we were happy with our experience.

Patrick M. arrived on time, and did an excellent job. He is pleasant and polite. He knows what he is doing, and is good at explaining to the customer about work being done. I would always recommend Woodfin.

The plumbing tech, Scotty G[redacted], was very polite, friendly, and above all very professional. Answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction. Another reason I choose Woodfin for my generator. Great company with great employees.

Electrician Jesse H[redacted] #209 installed a vanity light fixture in my master bath. He had been out before and diagnosed the problem which occurred because the original fixture had become defective. He was very helpful in making recommendations for a replacement, etc. and when it was purchased came back for the installation. He was very professional, did neat and expert work, and was very helpful in explaining the process.

James W[redacted] of Woodfin Heating and Cooling has always done excellent maintenance work for us. He offers helpful suggestions to keep our heating and air conditioning systems working at peak performance.

Punctual, professional, and fair.

The plumbing tech arrived on time, was thorough, and explained everything well. He also wore plastic bags around his boots to prevent leaving footprints (it was raining) which was nice.

Patrick M came to our house to install a new kitchen light we purchased. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We have more electrical work to be done and hope to have him do it!

We have been Woodfin customers for almost 30 years and have always been very pleased with their responsive service.

The service repairman that Woodfin sent to fix my heat pump was excellent. He was on time, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly.

Woodfin Oil delivered my oil promptly. When my heater did no kick on, I called for a tech. Even though Eric had worked a long day with various calls, he was polite and took the time to explain what was wrong and how we could prevent this from happening in the future. Very satisfied with his work.

Just got our whole home inspection done for 2015-Had 3 techs at my house within 10 minutes of each other and were totally professional. Had [redacted] as my electrician-he went over whole house seeking problems-checked out our whole house generator and changed our 20+ year old smoke detector and added a carbon monoxide monitor. All done. Then [redacted]-my plumber repaired a loud toilet-checked out all the plumbing and repaired a leak in he bathroom in the garage. All done. Then [redacted] was my heating & cooling service tech-he checked the heat pump out for the summer & took a look at the new gas furnace they installed back in July. All done. Within 1 1/2 hours everything had been inspected and repaired and they were gone. Great service-prompt-efficient and really good about explaining what was found and what was needed. Set for the summer thanks to Woodfin!!!!

We were very happy with his service and with the polite people who answered the phones at Woodfin. I had Robert A 320 come out for Woodfin and was very impressed with his professionalism. He was polite and told me what he was going to be doing. He investigated, found the gas leak, and fixed it.
I was very impressed him and with Woodfin and will use them in the future.

Previously I had been a customer of a different company. However, the exceptional service I've received from Woodfin since signing up for their Home Protection Plan has completely converted me. Yesterday Jeremy B. stopped by my home to do a full service evaluation of my heating & cooling systems. He was thorough, professional & very respectful as he offered suggestions for improving my home's HVAC usage. I highly recommend Woodfin to any homeowner.
