Our home sorely needed new windows and we were fortunate to get replacement windows from Your Home Improvement CompanyThe Preservation line of windows they carry have proven to not only provide protection from extreme temperatures and wind, but also help to insulate from sound! (traffic noise, etc.) Everyone from salespeople to installers were knowledgeable and friendly; the actual installations were completed with a minimum of disruption and the installers cleaned up neatly when finishedI recommend this company to others and enjoy showing friends the updates made in my home

Do NOT use your home improvement companyI was lied to right from the beginning [redacted] and [redacted] will tell you anything to sell their product They were very pushy and it took over hours to get my estimateRoofers didn't show times after being scheduled Left a huge mess and didn't put things back Also helped themselves to some of my thingsInstalled sofit and facia alsoApparently decided that it was ok to put nails THROUGH my sidingNow I have beautiful rust color all across the top of my houseIt's been more than months and I still haven't gotten my warranty papersI've called Toni and she hasn't returned my callsDo Not use

I requested an estimate for insulating walls Company sent out person to do this He was at my house for over an hour before telling me the company does not insulate walls He spent the next hours trying to convince me I need the ceiling insulated even though enery consultant with MN Energy resources had said ceiling is fine Then quoted price of $ 3,500, but if I made the deal today could go down to $2, Final offer got down to 2,for a job I don't need MN energy consultant had thought job I need should be around $ Dissapointed in a wasted evening and am concerned for others this company takes advantage of Also disappointed they came out under pretense I refused the service due to high pressure and he didn't even look in attic to know what he was talking about As well as service not neededI will look for a more honest company They also claim to have very high rating of satisfaction with Revdex.com, but don't mention F rating noted on Revdex.com website for them

We have worked with YHIC on different jobs and have been mostly satisfied on one of them and 100% satisfied on the other two There products are outstanding and the craftsmanship is second to none The one job on which we were not 100% satisfied was due to lack of communication

I have to say that Your Home Improvement Company LLC is a outstanding business company to work withI started to look for windows replacement on line and I came across this company and they had a lot of information on the these windowsI have check with eight other company on windows and I felt that your home improvement cohad the best information about windowsSo I filled out the application and long behold, the company called and made an appointment with the sales Rep in two daysI was very impressed with the sales rep and he spent six to seven hours showing these windows and Patio doors explaining all the details about themHe had a model with him and you could see the windows what they look liked and My wife and I was so impressed of the widows because they were the very best with very good quality, workmanship, and a beautiful window with so many choices to choose from like colors, styles, kind of glass (like one,two,or three Pain type) and etcSo, we purchase them and had the windows installed by your home improvement CoThis company just done a terrific job of installing these windowsWe were so impressed with them and I highly would recommend this Your Home Improvement Company to any bodyWe had windows and Patio Doors installedI don't regret it they had them done in three days with efficient workmanshipGreat Company!!

DO NOT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!! NEVER EVER use them.....Not even if its the last people you can find and give it to you for freeIt is a complete joke from the start to the finish.....or should I say lack there of a finish.....all I have had is problems, from chosing a plumber to leaks that they wont repair, to customer service...everything about them is a joke......never ever in a million years would I tell someone to use this company.....JOKE.....cost me more then what a regular local contractor would of and took longer with no customer service whats so ever wont stand by there "lifetime" warranties wont text you back....I can literally not say enough negative things about this company

I had a new roof done a while back tried calling about a problem left a few messages no got back to me had a person come out inspect and told me the problem and he would have some call me would fix it months went by did here from anybody so I called the home in provement center and they would get back to me no one ever did not ever happy with company and would not EVER TELL ANYONE I KNOW to use this company

RUN don't walk away from this companyI wish I had read the reviews on this site before entering into the biggest nightmare kitchen remodel I could ever imagine The sales rep who visited our home, blatantly lied about the quality of product we would eventually receiveIt was a total bait-and-switch scenario; he said we would get totally custom, high-end, hardwood, and we did NOT When the solid hardwood cabinets we paid a truckload of money for arrived, they were cheap MDF, chipped, cracked, and totally misalignedNOT what we were promised It took several phone calls (it's a very confusing infrastructure and no one seems to take responsibility) to get a manager to come to our home and see the totally garbage cabinetsAfter AGREEING they were garbage, they wouldn't refund our money, but instead promised the cabinets would be remade to our original specifications (well, yeah, I should hope so since that's what we signed up for in the first place) Fast forward months later and yet another MDF batch of cabinets arrive! We again ask for our money back because this was not the bill of goods we were promised nor paid forInstead of refunding, we had to go to court and ended up paying nearly $20,for NOTHING because we didn't want their junk cabinets, but the court wouldn't refund our money because of the cost of the company to make and deliver the cabinets that were total garbage THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM MACHINEMy heart aches for anyone who has to go through even a fraction of what my husband & I went through with this soul-less organization

He was very professional and easy to discuss issues or concerns withHe has a great attitudeHe walked us through the process as he went through the job I was very impressed with all of the follow up and follow through from YHIC, from the initial sales rep meeting to the final meeting with the Regional Sales Manager to make sure we were completely satisfied

With all the new products and choices that have changed over the years, it was nice to see one thing that had not, the integrity of YHIC and the genuine concern for our satisfactionWhen the installer was finished he did not say, "Well it's done." If you are thinking of contracting with this company I STRONGLY advise you to get someone else.I contracted with then to put vented soffits on my houseTo make a long story short they did such a horrible job the they had to redo it three different times because the job was done so bad.The third crew that came out was going to replace all the material only to discover that the first crew did not cut venting on the back of the house, just put the vented material over the solid wood?????In the end it looks pretty good,When I asked why they did not cut venting on the back of the house one person replied " they could not reach it" { my house is a ranch style} another said { you had enough venting on the front} but they cut it out anywayMy experience with this cohas been a nightmare and would not recommend them for anythingThank you

I just want to tell you how pleased my husband and I are with the new vinyl siding It truly has made such a huge difference in the looks of our home I can't wait to see the savings on our heat and cooling bills from the thick insulation attached to the vinyl That was the selling point for me, since our home is quite old and we had minimal insulation The installers: [redacted] and [redacted] were exceptional! They were very friendly, hard working and really paid attention to the little details which was very important to us When we would ask Randy if they could do different things that we wanted taken care of, he said we can do that, and they did without having to mention it again I also want to mention [redacted] , who came out and did the measurements, etc He was very friendly and detailed We were very impressed by his knowledge of the product and hideas for our home We look forward to having such a knowledgeable person to call if we ever have any questions or issues Thanks again! I would not recommend Your Home Improvement Co-funny how they had a rating of "F" and now "A+" - how does that happen? They put a new roof on my house several years ago and their crew did not sweep for nails and my little puppy found one of them or I should say her paw did and stiches later and a Vet bill of $later-I mailed them copies of the Vet bill along with complaints I had and I NEVER heard one word from them in regards to this matter - they did come by my house 1-1/years later and I explained to the Manager that I didn't want anything more to do with them and explained what happened-again nothing!! They should not have a "A+" rating!!
