Posted earlier about their work...how to not ever use them as a contractor........after my post they came out and talked things over and we aggreed to change my shower door which they did for "cost" At least they have tried to rectify some of my displeasure with them Shower door is much better now, repair guys are nice

The Home Improvement team was very helpful accurate with lots of good ideas and suggestions They quoted us a price and there were no surprises They were extremely effcient and we were very happy with the work

I requested an estimate for insulating walls. Company sent out person to do this. He was at my house for over an hour before telling me the company does not insulate walls. He spent the next 2 hours trying to convince me I need the ceiling insulated even though enery consultant with MN Energy resources had said ceiling is fine. Then quoted price of $ 3,500, but if I made the deal today could go down to $2,900. Final offer got down to 2,500 for a job I don't need. MN energy consultant had thought job I need should be around $800. Dissapointed in a wasted evening and am concerned for others this company takes advantage of. Also disappointed they came out under false pretense. I refused the service due to high pressure and he didn't even look in attic to know what he was talking about. As well as service not needed. I will look for a more honest company. They also claim to have very high rating of satisfaction with Revdex.com, but don't mention F rating noted on Revdex.com website for them.

Your Home Improvement Company did a wonderful job for us when we decided to put new interior doors in our home. The employees were courteous, hard working, and provided great customer service. We are very happy that we chose Your Home Improvement Company for our home upgrades and would recommend this company to anyone looking to make improvements on their home.

Do NOT use your home improvement company. I was lied to right from the beginning. [redacted] and [redacted] will tell you anything to sell their product. They were very pushy and it took over 4 hours to get my estimate. Roofers didn't show 3 times after being scheduled. Left a huge mess and didn't put things back. Also helped themselves to some of my things. Installed sofit and facia also. Apparently decided that it was ok to put nails THROUGH my siding. Now I have beautiful rust color all across the top of my house. It's been more than 3 months and I still haven't gotten my warranty papers. I've called Toni and she hasn't returned my calls. Do Not use

We have worked with YHIC on 3 different jobs and have been mostly satisfied on one of them and 100% satisfied on the other two. There products are outstanding and the craftsmanship is second to none. The one job on which we were not 100% satisfied was due to lack of communication.

For the 7 windows we ordered, they look amazing. There is also a distinct functional difference between our new windows and the remaining windows on our house.

I had a great experience in dealing with Your Home Improvement Company. The windows I received from them are top of the line. The installer that did the work was very nice and did a great job of cleaning up after himself. Throughout the whole process they were very good at communicating what was going to get done and when. Overall, pleased with everything start to finish.

Our home sorely needed new windows and we were fortunate to get replacement windows from Your Home Improvement Company. The Preservation line of windows they carry have proven to not only provide protection from extreme temperatures and wind, but also help to insulate from sound! (traffic noise, etc.) Everyone from salespeople to installers were knowledgeable and friendly; the actual installations were completed with a minimum of disruption and the installers cleaned up neatly when finished. I recommend this company to others and enjoy showing friends the updates made in my home.

If I were to have additional windows and work done, I would ask for [redacted] personally. Great guy! He was very professional and easy to discuss issues or concerns with. He has a great attitude. He walked us through the process as he went through the job. I was very impressed with all of the follow up and follow through from YHIC, from the initial sales rep meeting to the final meeting with the Regional Sales Manager to make sure we were completely satisfied.

I just want to tell you how pleased my husband and I are with the new vinyl siding. It truly has made such a huge difference in the looks of our home. I can't wait to see the savings on our heat and cooling bills from the thick insulation attached to the vinyl. That was the selling point for me, since our home is quite old and we had minimal insulation.

The installers: [redacted] and [redacted] were exceptional! They were very friendly, hard working and really paid attention to the little details which was very important to us. When we would ask Randy if they could do different things that we wanted taken care of, he said we can do that, and they did without having to mention it again.

I also want to mention [redacted], who came out and did the measurements, etc. He was very friendly and detailed. We were very impressed by his knowledge of the product and how-to ideas for our home. We look forward to having such a knowledgeable person to call if we ever have any questions or issues.

If you are thinking of contracting with this company I STRONGLY advise you to get someone else.I contracted with then to put vented soffits on my house. To make a long story short they did such a horrible job the they had to redo it three different times because the job was done so bad.The third crew that came out was going to replace all the material only to discover that the first crew did not cut venting on the back of the house, just put the vented material over the solid wood?????In the end it looks pretty good,When I asked why they did not cut venting on the back of the house one person replied " they could not reach it" { my house is a ranch style} another said { you had enough venting on the front} but they cut it out anyway. My experience with this co. has been a nightmare and would not recommend them for anything. Thank you.

My husband and I had Your Home Improvement Company do a remodel job of our bathroom and put new windows in our home. We were very satisfied with the crews that put in the windows and the "one" member crew who did the bathroom. He was great at his work. They were very professional and courteous and expand each job they did for us. We will recommend the company any day!
