At this point I have worked with Your Home Improvement on three separate projects around my home.
There was a minor stumble on the first project when the salesman "over stated" the extent of a manufacturer's product guarantee... and of course that very issue arose several months later. However... Your Home Improvement immediately stepped forward and made good on their salesman's commitment even though it was beyond the terms of the manufacturer's guarantee. How can you not admire a company that so thoroughly supports both its customers and its employees.
I also need to comment on the customer service department. During every project Jeanne and Tammy always kept me advised of project status, confirmed when custom ordered product was due... confirmed the exact hour when the crew would arrive to begin work... and called after completion to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the result. Every contact I've had with either of them has been a delight.
As I've stated, I have worked with Your Home Improvement on three separate projects... and there is no doubt in my mind that as the need arises I will work with them again in the future.

I am rejecting this response because:They will not give me a set date on paper, verbal was on Jan 15th but still will not put in writing so installation is still open ended. I did try to get them to put a date in the new Document and have an additional fine of $500 per two week addition to the date of the 15th so start on the 29th of Jan. They are not working with me in the date of installation at all. Your Home Improvement Company LLC is a outstanding business company to work with. I started to look for windows replacement on line and I came across this company and they had a lot of information on the these windows. I have check with eight other company on windows and I felt that your home improvement co. had the best information about windows. So I filled out the application and long behold, the company called and made an appointment with the sales Rep in two days. I was very impressed with the sales rep and he spent six to seven hours showing these windows and Patio doors explaining all the details about them. He had a model with him and you could see the windows what they look liked and My wife and I was so impressed of the widows because they were the very best with very good quality, workmanship, and a beautiful window with so many choices to choose from like colors, styles, kind of glass (like one,two,or three Pain type) and etc. So, we purchase them and had the windows installed by your home improvement Co. This company just done a terrific job of installing these windows. We were so impressed with them and I highly would recommend this Your Home Improvement Company to any body. We had 15 windows and 2 Patio Doors installed. I don't regret it . they had them done in three days with efficient workmanship. Great Company!!

My name is Richard Barnes and I live in Willmar, MN with my son Roger and his wife Mary.
Recently Your Home Improvement Company based in St. Cloud, installed a new porch floor on the existing porch floor, new gutters on the whole house, three new doors, new basement floor, and new basement bathroom cabinet.
I could not be more pleased with the quality of the material used, the workmanship or the courtisy of the workers.
I would recommend the company to anyone having work done on their home.
I would want to add to what my dad, Richard Barnes said. They understand our physical limitations we have in our household. We all in the house are disabled in one way or another. So we couldn't move some things around or get things out of the way for them as a normal person could. They worked with us and had no problem with the situation. They all were extremely polite and nice and very efficient workers.
Because of our situation, the lifetime warranty is very attractive to us. Not just on the product, but on the labor also with no extra cost. So if we have any issues that they have done, they come out and fix it.
We had one issue with one of the doors they installed. I brought it up when the supervisors did the walk through a few days after the doors were installed. They saw the problems and a couple of other issues and they fixed it with no questions asked. The supervisors were not happy with the installations either.
They back up what they say. It is worth every cent to have confidence, not just in the products but they were installed right. If not they fix it. I know it is not cheap but how many companies not just back up the products but plus including the instullations forever.

Alex and his crew were great. This old house looks like a new one.

RUN don't walk away from this company. I wish I had read the reviews on this site before entering into the biggest nightmare kitchen remodel I could ever imagine.
1. The sales rep who visited our home, blatantly lied about the quality of product we would eventually receive. It was a total bait-and-switch scenario; he said we would get totally custom, high-end, hardwood, and we did NOT.
2. When the solid hardwood cabinets we paid a truckload of money for arrived, they were cheap MDF, chipped, cracked, and totally misaligned. NOT what we were promised.
3. It took several phone calls (it's a very confusing infrastructure and no one seems to take responsibility) to get a manager to come to our home and see the totally garbage cabinets. After AGREEING they were garbage, they wouldn't refund our money, but instead promised the cabinets would be remade to our original specifications (well, yeah, I should hope so since that's what we signed up for in the first place).
4. Fast forward 6 months later and yet another MDF batch of cabinets arrive!
5. We again ask for our money back because this was not the bill of goods we were promised nor paid for. Instead of refunding, we had to go to court and ended up paying nearly $20,000 for NOTHING because we didn't want their junk cabinets, but the court wouldn't refund our money because of the cost of the company to make and deliver the cabinets that were total garbage.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM MACHINE. My heart aches for anyone who has to go through even a fraction of what my husband & I went through with this soul-less organization.

I have contracted for work on 3 separate occasions with Your Home Improvement Company. EACH time I have been totally pleased with their service. I am a senior citizen who retired recently and have been limited in my use of the master bathroom. I need to use a walker to get around and could not get into that bathroom. They remedied that quite readily and installed my walk-in tub. I was amazed by how convenient my master bath turned out. I also had them level my bathroom floor (the previous owner had remodelled but left the floor two different levels) and replace the tiled sink surround with solid quartzite panels. The last job I had them do was to retile the kitchen, dining room and other bathroom flooring so it matched what I had them put into the master bath. The technicians that did the installation were VERY skilled and I'd certainly recommend them to any who asks. They were ALSO attentive and put stuff back where I wanted it - even if it hadn't been in that position originally. They even found my stock of light bulbs and replaced the one burned out one in the entryway. I love the work that Your Home Imrovement Company did and would use their service for any additional work I might want them to do.

We replaced our windows and door with Preservation's three-pane windows and Preservation doors furnished and installed by Your Home Improvement. This North Dakota winter has been one of the coldest in recent years and the summer was warmer than usual. We noticed that our house used less energy than last year's milder winter and cooler summer. We were so pleased with the energy efficiency of the windows and doors that we decided on choosing Your Home Improvement to re-side our house with Preservation siding. We expect to see more energy savings with this new siding. The product has enhanced the appearance of our home and promises to be more durable and fade resistant than our old siding. We have been satisfied with the products Your Home Improvement uses and also with its installation process.

As we sit here looking at our new windows, we are extremely pleased with the whole experience of having 18 windows replaced as well as significantly warmer. The professionalism of [redacted] and his crew was reassuring throughout the process. As “do it yourselfers” we could easily have completed this task as we have in the past, but it would have taken us forever and we still would not have had the quality of window that Preservation provides.

From the perspective of a Certified Crime Prevention Specialist, I have always sought the highest level of security available in doors, locks and windows. Preservation window standards exceed other windows on the market by providing additional features such as the channel between the moveable window sections. The channel prevents the lock from being opened from the exterior side. The triple panes insure that breaking them would take time and make noise which are both deterrents.

Communication from Your Home Improvement Company was excellent. Each step along the way we were contacted to give us an update on the progress, make sure we were satisfied and on hand to answer any questions that might arise.

We will be telling our friends and family about Your Home Improvement Company for home improvement projects they might have. Who wouldn’t want dependable, quality service!!

My husband and I recently had our kitchen counter tops, back splash and a new sink/faucet remodeled by Your Home Improvement Company. This experience was seamless; the company was in great communication with us throughout the entire project and was very timely. Our remodeled kitchen is absolutely beautiful and perfect, we could not be happier with our new kitchen. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a stand up company, with hardworking employees who are respectful and very clean.

There has been appropriate communication in the manner and the homeowner agrees to keep the Scheduled Install date of 1/15/18. Additionally we will consult on the verbiage on the written agreement for review to provide assurance to the consumer we will back our products with the warranty provided on...

I want you to know how thankful we are for Your Home Improvement Company. It was over 12 years ago we trusted them to make changes in our home. It was one of the best decisions we made! In the last 12 years we have seen an overall average savings of $52 a month off our heating and cooling with the new windows and insulated siding. You never promised a quieter home, but we have that too. It was a lot of money for us at the time, but I'm glad we went with your company. Every fall I smile when I wash down the windows and siding, everything looks so nice. My neighbor is still trying to contact his contract for some issues. They are no where to be found. Any one can put some lettering on their truck and make a promise, YHIC didn't disappear. I was able to have YHIC come back 12 years later and do another upgrade. It was nice to know they remembered us. Before YHIC asked why I called them, they asked if we were still happy with what they had done over 12 years ago. What a refreshing attitude. In December YHIC upgraded the main bathroom in our home. My wife is just thrilled, that says it all for me! With all the new products and choices that have changed over the years, it was nice to see one thing that had not, the integrity of YHIC and the genuine concern for our satisfaction. When the installer was finished he did not say, "Well it's done." He said, "Let's look over everything to make sure you're satisfied." YHIC still sets a standard for the rest to follow. I highly recommend YHIC and crew for anyone looking to do a home improvement.

They did a very nice and clean job. The workers that came were friendly and polite. We are very satisfied with the work performed.

DO NOT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!! NEVER EVER use them.....Not even if its the last people you can find and give it to you for free....... It is a complete joke from the start to the finish.....or should I say lack there of a finish.....all I have had is problems, from chosing a plumber to leaks that they wont repair, to customer service...everything about them is a joke......never ever in a million years would I tell someone to use this company.....JOKE.....cost me more then what a regular local contractor would of and took longer with no customer service whats so ever. wont stand by there "lifetime" warranties wont text you back....I can literally not say enough negative things about this company

I had a new roof done a while back tried calling about a problem left a few messages no got back to me had a person come out inspect and told me the problem and he would have some call me would fix it 2 months went by did here from anybody so I called the home in provement center and they would get back to me no one ever did not ever happy with company and would not EVER TELL ANYONE I KNOW to use this company

I would not recommend Your Home Improvement Co-funny how they had a rating of "F" and now "A+" - how does that happen? They put a new roof on my house several years ago and their crew did not sweep for nails and my little puppy found one of them or I should say her paw did and 2 stiches later and a Vet bill of $245 later-I mailed them copies of the Vet bill along with complaints I had and I NEVER heard one word from them in regards to this matter - they did come by my house 1-1/2 years later and I explained to the Manager that I didn't want anything more to do with them and explained what happened-again nothing!! They should not have a "A+" rating!!
