1 800 Wheelchair.com

I ordered my wheelchair off of their website I paid immediately the total of $400.00 They wrote me and said the wheel chair I ordered was discontinued. I did not like the replacements they offered. I received a credit statement saying they are deducting $11.50 for an adjustment fee? WHAT?? They did not have what I ordered and they want to charge me an adjustment fee? I have filed a claim with ***. This is an underhanded business and people should be made aware of their practicrs.

I purchased an electric patient lift from 1800wheelchair on August *** for a total of $3080. I decided to get the lift from a different vendor, and I cancelled the order with 1800wheelchair the next day. I received a written acknowledgement of the cancellation from 1800wheelchair, but the company never reversed the charge on my Citi MasterCard. I want the company to reverse the charge

I recently purchased a wheelchair from 1800wheelchair.com. They said they didn't have it in stock and asked me if I wanted to change it out for another similar product...I said yes. When it hadn't arrived by September I asked them to cancel the order and issue me a refund. It took them several days to respond to me and they said once they had proof I had cancelled the order, they would refund me. It is now a month later and I have sent them several more emails as well as trying to contact them by phone...still no response. I had to borrow money to purchase another wheelchair and I am on a fixed income. I would appreciate it if someone could find out where my refund is.
