Joe from 123 Credit Restoration initiated a text July 8th, 2019 @ 10:13am EST. We sent may messages back and forth as the price was steep and I was skeptical at first as I wasn’t sure if the company was real or not. After speaking to two family members and reading reviews of this company I decided to go with them. After seeing and getting dispute messages from the credit bureaus I was starting to get my hope ups, especially when my score jumped 115 points. Mind you, I have been in constant contact with him checking to see if specific items would be removed and it all 40+ items would be taken care of... Anyway, I stopped getting notifications I reached out to Joe via text and said, “Hi, I hate to bother you so late, but I was checking to see if you were still working on my credits and accounts? I used to get dispute emails, and I have not gotten any at all for a very long time... Please advises as soon as possible, thank you.” His reply to me was, “Yes the updates are coming by mail. I’ll check them Monday for you. No worries. Thank you. I then said, “Oh... why by mail, not emails? What changes?.... he then replied, “No reason. It’s what we deemed necessary this time.. I got concerned when I read that and followed up with, “Hmm.. I hate to be so blunt, but why or what made become deemed necessary?? He then said; “It’s normal. You will still get updates via email also. Check with me Monday. Well, that conversation started Saturday, October 5th, 2019 @ 6:2pm EST and went till the last text from him at 8:33pm EST... I forgot to follow up with him that Monday as I have a lot going on in my life right now.. So, now it is Sunday, November 23, 2019 and I sent a message at 12:25am EST saying, “Hi, I was just checking in... It’s been over 90 days and my credit hasn’t changed? I am not trying to be a rude customer, but this is very frustrating as you told me it would be repaired in 90 days for the price I paid. My message turned green, and did not go through as a blue message as Joe has an ***...So I followed up with a phone call, I got a sketch British woman speaking and I left the same message.. I am not sure what happened with this, but I should’ve seen the red flags prior to entering and paying $799.00 for this. Anyway, I will be calling my credit card company to report. I was just reading reviews of this company and I see that people, who actually maybe people are being told now they aren’t clients. If that’s the case, then I have 30+ screen shots showing and backing me up and will be more then happy to share with anyone. STAY CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE, IT IS A SCAM - DON’T WAIST YOUR MONEY OR TIME - OH, yeah he will hound you to leave a positive review, and if you don’t it upsets him.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. I was promised that my score would be at 710 in 60-90 days if I paired the $799.99 price, in which I did. If you read the attached text messages sent between the salesperson and myself you will see this. Please note I am the blue message, and he is the gray. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Took my money never did 1 thing to help remove anything from my credit. Save your self some time and money and stay away from this company. Blocked my messages and *** comments.

Signed up for a FREE consultation via Facebook post. Mr. Joe H reached out to me and sent several downloads and had me sign them. I was under the impression I was signing up for a FREE consultation. After further research with all the complaints on this website...I opted out! I sent him a text stating my reasons why. He replies "you had three days to cancel and you didn't, if I don't get a payment I'll garnish your wages". This EXACT reason why I chose not to allow this scam artist to handle anything!!!

I retained joe in April of 2019 to repair my credit and remove some items on my report. He guaranteed me that within 60 days he would have my credit report repaired. To this day nothing has been done and he refuses to return my phone calls and he blocked me from contacting him on his social media site. I paid me 400.00 for his services and not one thing has been accomplished. I have sent me 39 messages on social media requesting a phone call and he has neglected to contact me thus far. I will be pursuing a civil suit and criminal charges against him. He has had many complaints regarding similar situations.

This man is amazing he got some stubborn hospital bills removed from my credit well over $15000 worth. He is truly worth every penny that he charges. Hats off to you Joe. I highly recommend his services.

This business/person promised the following, but has been aggressively sending text messages to collect $250 bi-weekly to pay a $999 flat fee being charged to remove a specific number of negative items from my credit reports with the 3 major bureaus.

"Once the invoice is paid in full you will see increases in as little as one week. Big increases within 3-4 weeks and I should be able to complete almost everything within 60-90 days typically. It will also stop them from being able to get judgments and legally collect the debts owed listed.

I will be available seven days a week to answer questions and update you on the accounts. I am in and out of court during the day but I can always fall back within an hour or answer by email or text if in the courthouse."

I became concerned when I received an e-mail from Transunion stating that I they completed an investigation that I needed to follow a link to view the results. I couldn't access the information with the credentials I have used in the past and could not recover or change the password because it was something this business initiated while pretending to be me. I immediately reached out to this business to figure out why I was unable to view the results and was advised that I copy would be sent to me, but it appeared it would not be sent until I paid the next 2 $250 installments of the $999 flat fee. I paid $500 and then received an e-mail copy of results that appeared to be nothing aside from the type of online disputes I have done on my own in the past and not the big promises made via e-mail. Everything was virtually reaffirmed.

I paid this company for services and they were not completed and the owner failed to contact me back. As advertised they can stop creditors from collecting back debt, they took my money and did not complete the job. Then I paid him to help with a judgement for a garnishment he told me the garnishment would not be able to proceed took $240 from me and then did nothing..the garnishment happened anyways and then I was told it would be stopped and 9 months later no change and no answers

WE REMOVED ITEMS AND SHE PAID $20 PER ITEM. WE ATTEMPTED TO STOP THEM FROM A JUDGMENT. REMOVING ITEMS FROM THE REPORTS THEY ARE NOT ALWAYS TAKEN CARE OF FINANCIALLY. THAT IS BEYOND WHAT WE DO OFTEN AS A CREDIT REPAIR SERVICE.

I paid him to restore credit and have received numerous fraud alerts after I gave him my information. I have asked him numerous times to show me any documentation and evidence of services and he has refused.

She has had numerous updates in fact over seven updates. Including me personally going over her accounts three times with her. She has over 70 negative accounts to remove. We removed 30 of those and she paid for those. She also has missed three appointments to go over and continue her work after setting appointments with us. We also have another appointment this morning. Fraud alerts will come from Original creditors when you request them to validate accounts because they know what you are saying they are not yours

I was promised a service in which was never performed on my credit score. Joseph hobika told me he would delete all negative items off my credit in a timely fashion in which he did nothing. He took down my social Security number and gave me a price of 699 to complete his actions. A couple of months later I find out threw my bank and threw a car dealership that he done nothing all negative items where still there. I contacted Mr. Hobika and told him about my displeased of his service and he said he would show me where he has been working on my case and show what items he have had taken off my credit. He has not done that at all (I still have all emails and messages) at this point he doesn't even respond or sent me nothing to show his work. I'm asking for my 700 back due to him not doing nothing of what he promised.

HE WAS CHARGED $20 OPER ITEM REMOVED ONLY. HE SINCE ALSO HAS A BILL PAST DUE WHICH HE REFUSES TO PAY. ONE OF THE RISKS OF NOT CHARGING PEOPLE UNTIL AFTER THE SERVICE IS PERFORMED.

They are advertising and promoting to repair credit but that is far from what they are doing. It’s a scam and they are harassing people for money. Threatening to garnish wages although they’ve never actually repaired your credit after you’ve been paying money. They drag along the time frame of them supposedly repairing your credit and continuously request more and more money.

We worked with her for six months and build her for items removed and she has refused to pay. She has not made payments in always Money. It is not a violation to send notices to collect money when someone owes money for longer than 90 days.

I have submitted the proof of them threatening to garnish my wages and also my payments which they only accept a *** Payne without an actual invoice. They send you some sort of link with no invoice attached. They are a SCAMMM!!!

THE INVOICE IS ATTACHED AND SHE HAS NOT PAID HER BALANCE EACH MONTH FOR SERVICE CHARGED AFTER THE SAERTVICES WERE RENDERED. THIS IS A BOGUS COMPKLAINT BASED ON THE FACT THAT SHE DOES NOT WANT HER DEBT TO BE SENT TO COLLECTIONS FOR FAILURE TO PAY.

Company withdrew $400 from my account with out giving me an actual price and then abruptly shut down with out a refund or providing any services what so ever. Contacted company several times with no response. I heard they reopened almost a tear later reached back out to owner who apologized and stated he was mailing a refund check the following day and wanted to offer some free services to make up for the issues he had. It’s been months, I received no check, no services and owner will not respond to calls or messages.

Joe was able to get my credit scores from low 600s back into 800s with removal of all bad accounts

This business claims to repair credit by removing negative marks from credit report. The owner claims he will not charge any fees until these negative marks are removed. I was charged $210.00 up front to remove a vehicle repossession from my credit report which he claimed to be positive he could remove within 2 weeks along with other negative marks on my report. It has been over 5 months and nothing has been done to improve my credit report my score has actually gone down since hiring this business. At this point he no longer responds to any of my attempts to contact him and basically stole 200 dollars from me.

NO FEES ARE CHARGED UNTIL AFTER THE ITEMS ARE REMOVED. $20 PER ITEM. HE MADE PARTIAL [AYM,ENT FOR ITEMS REMOVED AND DO TO PERSONAL ISSUES REQUESTED A REFUND TO HELP BECAUSE HE SAID HE WAS "BROKE". WE PERFORMED WORK AND RECEIVED A SMALL PAYMENT AND CANNOT REFUND MONEY AS HE OWES A BALANCE WITH US H.E DID NOT PAY IN FULL AND HIS REFUND REASON FOR BEING BROK DOES NOT CONSTITUTE VALIDE REASON. WE ALSO REQUESTED HIM TO COME INTO THE OFFICE TO GO OVER HIS FILES AND SETTLE THIS MATTER AMICABLY.

We maintain contact weekly with all clients, never tell clients not to pay their bills, get updates back within days for our clients and our guarantee is after we have been working together for twelve monthsWe tried to contact *** numerous times and refused to come in and go over his files
I even offered to go over his refund or potential refund even though it had only been a month or two since we started working on his account and we already removed negative accounts plus whatever was removed on the *** updates he refused to bring inWe also still have open disputes pending on his behalf Currently under our money back policy he would be owed $134, the value of the three accounts removed is equal to $ I would be willing to get the results of the open pending disputes and then refund that amount minus $for each account removed under the open pending disputes We thrive on being honest and having open communication with our clients and will do whatever is necessary to maintain positive relations with our clients Please contact us with any further questions Thank you
