We removed almost every negative account from her three reports since she started we send updates monthly on the accounts we are working on removing we have always had a cordial relationship wioth this client and she has been to our office numerous times a letter stating that we
were working on the remaining files was submitted to her they wanted a detailed breakdown unlike the breakdowns on our updates and she was told there was a $for such a detailed listing to be submitted to a third party we tried to contact her via phone and email numerous times regarding this matter with no responsedue to a few files remaining on her credit that we are working on removing the government may have according to her, terminated her position I hope that is not true for her sake and I am very sympathetic but we are here to do anything we can like always for her and everyones situation

Any new appointments are always free consultations also with no money owed until after the items are removed and it is $20 per item removed only payable AFTER the item is actually removed. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The information provided states that this company removed items from my credit report, which is incorrect. I personally had to do work to improve my own credit score. Also the statement that I incurred additional marks against my credit is completely false. The company states they will bring your score to a minimum of 690-720 which never happened, so they need to honor their warranty. In previously provided message they have stated a full refund will be provided, please issue my refund immediately or I will take legal action as already informed.

[redacted] signed a contract which has a money back guaranteed after one year. The year is not up yet. Furthermore we did have his negative accounts removed. [redacted] is now ccompletely clear. His score is not as high as he wants because now after removing the negative accounts he needs to open a...

Small credit card or secured card and that will boost the score immediately because he has no positive accounts after we removed his negative accounts. He also paid a reduced rate of $300 not $500 per person. If after the year is up we will gladly assess and pro rate a refund per his signed contract, however we did remove negative items and it is unlikely he is entitled to much ie anything because we did delete neagtive accounts on all items as we promised. Only a couple updates are included as most were mailed directly to him from the credit bureaus and he is not brining them in as he is supposed to. Any furhter documentation requested will be gladly provided as we are abiding by the contract and will gladly refund any money under our 12 month refund policy when that time is here. We removed almost all of his 63 negative accounts including repossessions and still have more updates pending.  he has not answer any of our letters to him or calls.  we would be more than happy to have him come to the office to go over his files and abide by our money back guarantee...

This does not solve the problem . Hes never there to give intake to in person.  My mother sent intake report via picture text 6 times. Im done waisting my time witg these lies. I will mail intake report 3 times. But I still want my money back.  He has all our information since the first hour . Oct 14 2015 at 330 pm. He has only removed two accounts off one credit report out of three.  I still havent received a phone call from about what hes going to do. Its obvious hes wasting time.  Theres no option I will settle for other than my full refund. If not we can go to court. I have all copys of texts and all reports sent to him via picture text as he requested. I am not thw only obe hes done this too. Ove talked to a few people and some are going to complain through Revdex.com . Please refund my money to my credit card. There is no other resolution. You wont do the work you advertise. Thanks

His score is not as high as he wants because now after removing the negative accounts he continues to not make payments until 30, 60 and 90 days late on his open accounts....

We will gladly assess and pro rate a refund per his signed contract. However we did remove negative hems and it is unlikely he is entitled to much if anything because we did delete neagtive accounts on all items as we promised. Only a couple updates are included as most were mailed directly to him from the credit bureaus and lie is not brining them in as he is supposed to. With nust the paperwork we included he has 8 deleted accounts which at $55 per deletion per our refund policy the value is $440 and that is not a complete breakdown of all deletions. So even as we stand he would only be entitled to $60 which we will mail a check if that will satisfy this complaint. We ask he submit all updates he did not give to us so we can pro rate a refund amount under the contract. Any furhter documentation requested will be gladly provided as we are abiding by the contract and will gladly refund any money under our 12 month refund policy. Sincerely, j h., j.D.

Paying off a collection account doesn't remove the debt from the credit reports.  We make calls, validate information and dispute information using various methods to put the burden on the creditor to prove they can place it on the reports.  The customer also states we only contacted him 3 times in 8 months, this is untrue the start date was December of 2016 and the complaint was filed 3 months into the work in which we removed many accounts as shown in our previous reply.  We also contacted him more than 3 times in the first two weeks alone to go over his account.  We welcome Mr. [redacted] to come into the office for an appointment to go over his files.

Revdex.com has spoken with Joseph at business and the following was relayed: I need the 3rd contract signed and submitted and agree to the $900, $300 each for each of the 3 individuals. As stated to consumer, we need the first 3 pages with the report numbers of the updated credit reports. If the consumer is unable to bring to us, we have offered and are willing to arrange to pick up. The consumer has been shown results and still has results pending. See attached for Intake Packet to be filled out and returned.

Review: I was guaranteed they would have my credit and my wife's credit score improved to over a 600 and close to 700 within 90 days or they would refund our money. they also said they would get the wage garnishment off of my wife's which is still coming out of her check weekly. it has been well over this amount of time and our credit has not moved. I have tried calling many times and have been told that we would see the difference soon or to just leave a message with no contact back to me. right now they will not call me back to refund my money like they had guaranteed they would. how do I go about getting my $600 back I paid them for their service they did not provide. I do believe this company is just a way for them to scam people like me who want to improve their credit without bankruptcy out of their money.Desired Settlement: I just would like to receive the $600 I paid to them.

Attached is the intake form given at sign up along with a copy of emails.

The money back guarantee is included. It has not been a year per our policy to go

through the guarantee but within 3 months we have removed 15 negative items from his

[redacted] report, 6 from his [redacted] report and 4 from his [redacted] report. Each

deleted account is worth $55 per the intake and money back guarantee provided at the

intake with proof in the [redacted] messages that can be provided to you by email. This

ias a value of $1,375.00 and he has paid $600. We also have not stopped working on his

files and I am confused as to why he would contact you. Proof of such can be submitted

with personal information omitted at any time.

We have always answered any calls and emails and all [redacted] messages can be

emailed to you along with proof of the deletions if you give me an email address. The

files are too long to print.

Please contact me so I can provide with any other details or more proof that we handled

his case with care and did more work than he paid for.

I will say he has since sent me a nasty text message about this matter in which was not very professional. He did in fact tell me it was a money back guarantee in three months and is now changing it to a year, so I will give him that amount of time to bring the credit scores to where I was promised as long as he continues to work on this for no more money and will send me updates by mail to my home address I will not pursue this matter any further.
