We called them because we had TRUST in there service over the years.
The Owners are Christians and believe in God's principles.

After examination our existing unit was certified as Dead.
The service technician reviewed with me the options.
Repair or replace.
Made no sense in repairing a 13 year old unit.
I decided to replace entire system.
Replaced with new 3 ton unit.
The new unit arrived within days.
The unit was installed immediately.
I paid by credit card and earned my rewards points.
That was important.
Helps play for next vacation.

Lebron C. Is absolutely the best AC technician that Imhave had the opportunity to meet and see work. He came to my home today with 93 degree temps and never complained or acted in a hurry to fix it and get out.

The technician who arrived (exactly on time, as promised) was patient, easy to talk with, knowledgeable, professional; after examining my home/clarifying my needs, he worked up several options and clearly explained the various quotes before letting me make the decision as to the replacement unit. Subsequently, the installers (who also arrived exactly on time, as promised, and who removed my old unit and replaced with the new) were both equally professional, pleasant, clean, thorough, and fast. Having had an unfortunate experience with another Tampa A/C company a few years ago, I was hopeful my experience with Northside would be more positive... and it absolutely has been.

We did not have to wait a week to get our free estimate, but they came that same night I called! The man who came over, C. LeBron, was out of this world - explaining everything up front (nothing hidden), honest and up front! He answered all of our questions and put our worries to rest! We didn't bother with anymore quotes, we knew it was fair and straight forward and reasonable... We were able to schedule right away for the installation of our new unit - (our old system was 31 years old, so they had quite a bit of work to do, to say the least). The installers called that morning on their way over, which was a nice surprise. They showed up, professional, clean and ready to work! They were so polite and answered all of our questions and explained things as they were doing the work. They used shoe covers every time they entered my home..... kept the area totally clean where they were working with long sheet-like floor coverings and swept the area when they were done! They went over the new unit and explained everything to us - VERY nice - professional - expert, skilled workers! What an OUTSTANDING company!!!!! Jason was prompt, professional, personable and with 20 years of plumbing experience, he was knowledgeable in his field. Prices are reasonable and happy to say, "not the typical plumber experience".

Jason explained how it would be fixed, how much it would cost and about how long it would take to complete the job. I found Jason to be professional, caring and going above and beyond to assist a customer as he fixed another handle that had broken off and volunteered to take away my old hose. A pleasure to find some one like that in todays business world.
I have used Northside for air conditioning service since moving to Florida last year and was pleased with the service. Last week I have them install a new gas hot water heater and a Recirculating Hot Water System to help conserve water. Jason did a very good job of explaining how the system works and how to maintain it. The installation was excellent and the system works very well. We are really pleased with his work.
