The employees were very knowledgeable, professional and very willing to work with my needs and budget. I didn't feel pressured in any way. They were very courteous and explained everything thoroughly. They cleaned up everything and hauled away all of the old unit and ducks.

I am very pleased to share my experience with Northside Services. Not only did I get a great deal on my AC system back in 2011, My service Tech Lebron went above and beyond the expected level of service when my AC was working only partially and needed a part. Rather than wait for a part to be delivered, he picked it up close to his home so that we could get cool more quickly. Lebron was courteous, kept me updated from start to finish and took care to be as neat as possible.

When I called the Northgside AC message service on Sunday, it was not an emergency, so I got a call bright and early on Monday. I think they are superb!

This is a hard review to write. We have been doing business with Northside Air for over 11 years. We called them for routine annual maintenance which the Tech presumably performed. I mentioned that the fan was making a lot of racket and was told that the fan motor was shot and needed replacing and a new motor would cost $550 and could be installed "tomorrow". He also said since the unit was now 10 years old it would need replacing and showed me some new machines that ranged from $6,600 to$18,000, he left after the service call was over and I turned the unit on, nothing happened. I called the company and was told he would come back to investigate. He called me to check the breaker switch abd he could respond but we both know what was wrong, reminding me that he could put in a new motor within several days. Since the machine was now "kaput" I called the service company associated with my appliance policy. He arrived and, with me watching, he opened it up and found that a wire was pulled from the motor. The noisy fan and electrical smoke smell was due to a loose wheel which he tightened up. That call cost $58, money well spent. Still a loud fan but we were back on the road again and the AC will work for a while longer.
