[redacted] On May 24, "Leo J***" of Roofing-Pro came to my home looked at my roof & gutters that needed to be added to my house, he told me they could & would do the job I signed a contract to have gutters added to my home I was told the job would be done widays I paid the invoice in full $as requested by the companyNever received any updates about the job getting doneI called the Company on June 21, to find out what was going on, Only to be told by "Tim" they were not going to do the job I NEVER received any phone call from this company, They have had my $for almost a month now!! Using my money and never calling me about the job And who knows if they were ever going to call me to give me an update or offer me a refund To the date of this complaint I have not received my money back or received a return phone call from the owner of the company "Don G [redacted] " HORRIBLE customer service!!!
They installed a metal roof on my home and assured me that their crews were competent enough to handle the job in a timely fashion as well as any repair of leaks It has now been months and our roof is still leaking We have been very understanding and accommodating since I work 2nd shift and sleep during the day along with the fact that I have large dogs I must contain before they arrive It has inconvenienced us for too long now The individuals they send need to know where the leak(s) are however cant understand or speak English very well (communication is very hard, but me and my family are all non Spanish speaking but are of Spanish/Mexican descent) That is just one issue that has been hard The Managers have come out to our house on a couple of occasions and have assured us that they have found the answer but every single time we continue to have leaks and at times water dripping down some or our interior walls This is the demand letter that we sent them which doesn't

Roofing pro tore down my vent stack for my furnace and now refuses to pay for it due to the high cost. I called roofing pro to put on a new roof to my house. The supervisor came to me during the process and asked me if it would be okay to knock down a brick vent stack on my roof. The supervisor informed me that it was not in use. He stated if we knocked down the vent stack the roof would be more leak proof. I took the supervisor at his word and allowed them to remove it. I now realize it was just easier for them. I am recovering from an accident and it's hard for me to go into the basement. I had to learn to walk again and I am still not great with stairs. After the roof was completed I had someone helping me around the house. He noticed that the furnace was connected to the vent stack and he told me not to turn it on for my own safety. I contacted roofing pro to speak to them about this and the fact that I was billed for the removal of the stack. I told the owner that not onl

I am very pleased with the service I received from Roofing ProHolly explained their many financing options and worked hard to get me approved the same dayThere were two minor issues with the completed work: a torn shingle and a minor issue with how the shingles fitted around a vent pipeHolly listened to my concerns and had both problems repaired quicklyThe workers worked very efficiently and left no nails or trash onsite when they were doneI now have a great roof at a price I can affordIf you are looking for a roofing company, I definitely recommend that you consider Roofing Pro
I had a roof put on april with a + warranty’ I noticed a paint peeling on the inside in mid October I called roofing pro and explain what I saw , a appointment day and time was set up no showA week later I called again another time was set up no call and no showNow November rolls in other times was set up no show December I talked to the office manager and she explained some moving problems and assured me someone will be there that following Saturday agin no call or showThe roof problem is getting worse and I need some service!!!!!!! My wife and I were a bit blindsided by needing to replace our roof only a few months after buying our first house We called for several quotes and really did not know who to go with as we had not done this before Roofing Pro was not the cheapest out there, but it seemed they were offering a superior productI should add that they were also not the most expensive either Tim called one afternoon to see if there was any questions he could answer for us He was incredibly knowledgeable and most importantly, not pushy! We are extremely pleased with our decision to hire Roofing Pro They were on time, finished our roof in one day, and we are very pleased with the resultThe only hiccup was a piece of wood siding around a window that broke during installation Without even asking, they came back the next morning and replaced the wood siding, even going so far as to paint it

I hired Roofing Pro to replace my roofI was having a leak on the front side of the house, a small leak and the roof was old so I knew needed to be replacedOn 12/28/they started work to remove old roof and replace with new oneThey mentioned boards on the back side of the house were rottenWe were going to replace them with the same 1/6"boardsTehy said they needed boards and nails to startMy father returned within the hourThey called a few hours later saying they needed more boards and returned within in the hourHe say they still had some of the original boards and he told men who were working that it was supposed to rain that night - you need to cover up the houseHe left assuming they were going to cover the roof properlyIt did rain that night and about am I woke up to water gushing into the back side of the house where they were doing the boardsWe called them the following morningThe workers returned to finish - they sent the sales person too who quoted
