We were given a price for a replacing our roof, we were told that we were getting a premium High tack high temperature film underlayment,year shingles and Ultimate pipe flashing system that will never have to be replacedThey came to do the job and after they had finished they left a dump bed trailer here and I noticed that the underlayment was what the saleman had told us was the basic underlayment and they did not put the ultimate pipe flashing system on they were just standard bootsWe contacted the company of these issuesI sent them pictures that I had taken of the box that said Sand on it and not the High temp underlayment that we paid forSomeone came out and he looked at it and said they would take care of itThe same salesman came back out and talked to us and they are trying to convince us that all the underlayments are the sameWe did not agree with that if that is the case then why do they offer different types at different costThen they told us that the high t

We contracted this company to replace our roof in March Just months later in August 2018, we started having leaking issues and to date the leaks have occurred in a couple different placesBy October 2018, we had water damage on our ceiling and water running down our wall inside our homeI was told they were coming out to fix the problem but every time they came (5-times to date) someone puts some caulking around the skylight and they tell us they can't see anything looseOne of the higher up management guys who is the brother of the company owner admitted that they didn't use flashing under the shingles the way they were supposed to and so it created a place for water to leak inThe last time someone showed up he was supposed to take all the shingles off and look for the source of the leak however, when he showed up he didn't have any materials and he told me that he was only told to look at the skylightNow they are no longer returning my phone callsI have called numero

May 2017, I contacted Roofing-Pro to replace a roof and trim on a roof above a car port/storage area I signed a contract, and the end of June they called to ask if the rook was done and if I was satisfied and to please sign the form for the load I said the roof was not done and they sent someone out the week after The replaced the roof, though not the trim or the soffit The people who did he roof when they left told me they did not do that and someone else would be here to finish No one came, no one called, and then in October I received a call asking me to sign the papers again and I again told them the work was not complete In the mean time there were nails in my drive, I have had flat tires, and since the soffit was not secured, some flew off and hit my car and scratched my back tail light, and small scratches in paint They finally came to finish the work, when I told them about the nails, car, no one wanted to listen Finally in December, they worked on the trim an
