We were given a price for a replacing our roof, we were told that we were getting a premium High tack high temperature film underlayment,year shingles and Ultimate pipe flashing system that will never have to be replacedThey came to do the job and after they had finished they left a dump bed trailer here and I noticed that the underlayment was what the saleman had told us was the basic underlayment and they did not put the ultimate pipe flashing system on they were just standard bootsWe contacted the company of these issuesI sent them pictures that I had taken of the box that said Sand on it and not the High temp underlayment that we paid forSomeone came out and he looked at it and said they would take care of itThe same salesman came back out and talked to us and they are trying to convince us that all the underlayments are the sameWe did not agree with that if that is the case then why do they offer different types at different costThen they told us that the high t

I called roofing pro to put on a new roof to my house The supervisor came to me during the process and asked me if it would be okay to knock down a brick vent stack on my roofThe supervisor informed me that it was not in useHe stated if we knocked down the vent stack the roof would be more leak proofI took the supervisor at his word and allowed them to remove it I now realize it was just easier for themI am recovering from an accident and it's hard for me to go into the basement I had to learn to walk again and I am still not great with stairs After the roof was completed I had someone helping me around the house He noticed that the furnace was connected to the vent stack and he told me not to turn it on for my own safetyI contacted roofing pro to speak to them about this and the fact that I was billed for the removal of the stackI told the owner that not onl

Using my money and never calling me about the job And who knows if they were ever going to call me to give me an update or offer me a refund To the date of this complaint I have not received my money back or received a return phone call from the owner of the company "Don G***"
