I called Matthew Ponder at 1st Rate for a refinance after receiving their mailerI called in mid-March and told him I needed to close within the same month I began the refinanceHe was up to the challengeHe kept in constant communication and was honest, hard-working, and solved every problem which arose during the processI indeed closed within the month of April! 1st Rate's reviews were great (I checked beforehand), and now I see what all the fuss is aboutThey are excellent! I plan to call Matthew the next time I need to refinance or make a purchase!
