So, Taxes are pretty scary unless your a CPA or Tax Attorney. Even when you think you are taken care of with Audit Protection from software's, you can still land yourself in the hot seat. Sadly, this is my families story. We thought we had everything handled.
Almost half a decade from the date of file we received a letter from the IRS about a delinquency we didn't know how we accrued. We were a bit surprised and a little scared. We searched for companies that were reputable in handling smaller tax issues. I made one set of calls to a company that never returned my calls for over 2 weeks. Then, 20/20 called me! They were professional, upfront and quick. James D is kind, understanding, and exceptionally knowledgeable. His assistants Cody and Garret are to the point, within minutes of a call they had paperwork to me for signature or whatever was needed. The whole company is tech-savvy, down to earth and connected.
