Our primary role in the resolution process was to provide Gabe with the information and reports that the IRS or Gabe needed to resolve this for us. They did all the heavy lifting which made an already overwhelming situation as manageable as it could be. The resolution we received was better than we expected and as good as was possible considering the circumstances. While we do not want to have any similar situation arise with the IRS in the future, we would definitely call 20/20 if we did! Thank you Gabe, Efren and everyone at 20/20!!!

I am literally at a loss for words to describe the professional help 20/20 provided during a period in my life when I felt quite helpless and overwhelmed. I assumed the process would be complicated and scarey, but in fact, it was just the opposite. I immediately felt comforted after the initial call I made to start the process as I was expecting to speak with pushy salepeople, eager to take advantage of my situation. Fortunately, the experience I had was quite the opposite. The first person I first spoke with was warm, friendly and knowledable as he explained the overall process, including the fee schedule. Next, I was quickly assigned to, Anita, a woman who led an entire team of kind, knowlegable and reiable professionals, ready to assist her in resolving my tax situation. At the end of the process, Anita and her team (which I felt was MY personal team), had successfully guided me thru the IRS maze and was able to successfully negotiate a $10,000 reduction in my fees and penalties. Best part, I never once spoke to the IRS directly. My only regret, I didn't call 20/20 sooner.
