20/20 Tax Resolution

Although my tax issue isn’t huge in the grand scheme of things, it is huge to me and something always hanging over my head and causing sleepless nights. With all the online scams prevalent in our world today, I was more than a little apprehensive about reaching out to 20/20 for help; I live in Wisconsin and they’re based in Colorado. Trusting a company with this magnitude of a problem and never meeting anyone face-to-face was daunting; but am I ever happy I took the leap and called. Once I signed the contract and officially enlisted 20/20’s help, I was paired with a wonderful representative named Amy who has not only taken great care of me along the way but also has put my mind so at ease. And, more importantly, I have never been made to feel ashamed for getting myself into this tax predicament; my story was heard and help was offered unconditionally. Sharing this burden, for an extremely reasonable fee, and having Amy and 20/20 be my liaison with the IRS have given me more peace of mind than I could have ever imagined.
