Hello, I already talked to customer and the case solved the problem, she is ready to withdraw the case.

I like this because it's making my computer running faster and as of right now I do not have any problems. Ever since I have this all them are positive and giving me help when I need it. I have not had any problems with my computer and before my computer was running slow and now it runs fast. They are available 24/7 whenever I need them.

I have been using 24-7 I-Tech Solutions for about 1 year. They have fixed every problem I have had and they are very patient with me. Some times I'm sure I ask stupid questions and they never make me feel bad for asking. Best thing is -- they fix it right away and I never have to take the pc anywhere.

The service was standard and appreciated. I was unaware of the viruses/spyware my computer was carrying until I received the call from the firm. Though I quickly thought it was just another telemarketing scheme, I appreciated the integrity and assistance the servicer provided to my machine.
