We received a call this morning at 8:00am from Daniel [redacted]. He said that our computer may have a hacker named KOOBFACE and that Norton did not provide security for that. He continued to show me all sorts of things about our computer and I was suspicious of him. How did he know that we had issues with our computer? Why did he charge 150.00 for a lifetime security and give us an ID number that we were to use when calling. We were to always use the security code and ask for Daniel. HAVE WE BEEN SCAMMED by making me afraid that the info on the computer would be lost and that I needed to purchase a security for the computer. I have tried to call their 1-888-302-5939 many times and always get a busy signal. Is this part of your 24-7 ITech Solutions?

I received a cold call and they walked me through telling me I had computer problems when I know what they were says was wrong. (I'm in the computer business, so they tried to scam the wrong business.)

Unsure if all the positive reviews on here are legitimate and people not realizing they bought something they possibly didn't need, or if they're false postings by the company itself.

My computer had a lot of problem at before, but right now I don't have any problem in my computer.It's all because of 24/7 I Tech Solutions guys. They help me to fix my comuter. And when ever I face any kind of problem in my computer I just call them and they help me every time. They also called me to make sure the computer is running fine or not. I really appreciate that.

My experience with 24 I-Tech solutiona has all been good. they have taken care of my computer problems and my computer has been running very good with no problems.I highly recommend them for all your computer problems.
